Instead of sending David, Lester subcontracted out the job to a crew that told me they had never actually met Lester in person. Lester had initially stated that he would include painting if I provided the paint. When I asked Lester about the painting after the repair had been made he incorrectly stated that the reason that they had not painted was that I never provided paint to the crew. This was not true. He also told me that I needed to "Read the messages!!" referring to our previous text exchange and work agreement. Once I sent a screenshot of our previous conversation to refresh Lester's memory and told him that I had provided the paint to the crew and discussed it with them, he said he would call me later to reschedule the paint job. I never heard from him again. Fortunately, I was able to contact the crew that was subcontracted to finish the job with them directly. I wouldn't recommend using Lester. I had 2 different companies come out and look at the repair and they both said that it was a poor job and recommended removing the texture and redoing it. Our roof failed two inspections by the State inspector. CID has helped us throughout this horrendous mess with this company. BBB has our pictures of the destruction this roofing company did to our home. Paiz has another company started Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction. IT IS NOT a BBB Accredited Business. We do have an Attorney and soon going after them for Fraud. The State inspector who came out last winter took pictures of a big burn on our roof. The roofers didn't replace fire rating coating and actually hammered nails close to the smokestack. Our home could've burnt down if it wasn't for the State inspector finding this. We immediately contacted Robert Paiz, and he said it was caused by our smokestack. We had another roofing company come out and they verified what Paiz unskilled roofers did and fixed our burnt roof area. This cost us $2.400 to fix. Of course, Robert Paiz paid Zero. So much more to this nightmare roofing job. If you do any work with this company, be careful. Document everything and don't trust Kate his office manager we find her very dishonest.

If I would have known the headache this would have been to just get in contact with someone from the installation team, I would have installed them myself. Do NOT expect your project to ever be finished. DO expect the following: - to spend the same amount on installation as the cost of your product - to call everyday for a week to finally get ahold of someone, just to leave a message for another person (who won't call you) - the wrong parts to be sent to you, at least twice - replacement orders that are never actually ordered by the installation team - having to go into the store itself to get anything done - installers who don't know what they are doing/install brackets incorrectly - a half finished job for four months and counting Let me just reiterate my main point: Save yourself the headache, and DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT INSTALLATION SERVICES!
