We experienced a last-minute delay due to a hardware failure, but Next Level gets points for discovering it in their labs before trying to implement, which could have been very disruptive to our residents. Installation and configuration was done in one day, as planned. Vincent did a terrific job with the install, cabling, configuration and testing. On the back end, Seldon had all of our residents pre-loaded into the new system and their transition experience was nearly seamless, he was also very responsive in addressing technical issues.
