The dripping became a steady stream that couldn't be turned off a couple of days later so I decided to call Signature (from hearing commercials on KHFM). Bella was very kind and showed great empathy and understanding; she arranged for Steve Olson to come and evaluate the issue that same evening. Steve was great. He was able to see what was needed and he called the office (after hours) and was able to get Max Fort scheduled to do the work the next morning. Max did an excellent job. Instead of capping the lines and taking the parts to look for replacements, he saved time by going directly to the supplies store and quickly finding the necessary parts. I was worried that the parts would not be available since the shower was so old but he had no trouble finding them. He turned off the water and also the water heater while he was working as it had been hot water coming out. I really appreciate his conscientiousness. He fixed the shower and also replaced the hardware in the other shower per my request to avoid the same problem in the future. He had to go get a tool and different parts for the other shower but did so efficiently. I really appreciate him getting this done so I can avoid an urgent issue in the future. Max and Steve were both great at explaining what was going on. I really appreciate the competence and timeliness of the team in addressing a fairly urgent issue that appeared to be getting worse with time. And the price was very reasonable. I didn't get an alert from my monitoring app. I have had my solar system since the 2018 install. When I called PNM, I was told that they wouldn't help since I owned my own system. Their advice, turn off my air conditioning to lower my power bill. Thats great advice when it's over 100* outside. FU PNM rep. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

First, he said he needed to make sure we didn't have a leak. Well...we had a slab leak. He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done.
