Today is September 9 and still no resolution despite my repeated efforts too have 554$ reimbursed to me as they promised. Vivint then sent me a VISA debit card supposedly with my buy-out funds. When I tried to activate the card, VISA told me Vivint deposited funds to the card but were then withdrawn the following day. My numerous calls to Vivint corporate have all been unanswered. A consumer can't get in touch with corporate. AVIOD Vivint. It's customer service is the worst. Now I have to file complaints with FTC, state Attorney General, etc.

Did not coordinate location of some of the equipment at install. Had to have them come back to…read morerelocate the equipment and incurred repair costs from their lack of coordination. In spite of numerous attempts to get instructions or an orientation of the system, I never got any. The alarm system ended up not being used for several months and I finally removed it. IHS outsourced the billing to a company in Ohio earlier this year. No online option to pay, have to send them a check. I cannot recommend this firm.
