I booked We do Windows for a house deep clean last week. I was happy with the amount quoted. I was disappointed in the quality of the job. It was quite a good "regular" clean but definitely not a deep clean. I had specifically asked for furniture to be moved but found it was still dirty under beds & couches. The floors didnt look like they had been cleaned. While they were still here we rang the manager and expressed concern. He told us to tell them and they would fix it. We did and they reluctantly took another half hearted go. I wont use again. read more

I had my windows washed by this company and initially was a little worried the day they were scheduled to arrive. Rain was forecast for that afternoon. I was assured the product they used to clean the windows would repel the rain but they would touch up free if needed. The crew did a great job and I had pristine windows. Well, that afternoon it rained heavily and the wind blew and the majority of windows were soaked. I thought for sure I would be calling for a touch up. Guess again. Darn if those windows looked just as good once dried. No spots and no touch up needed. I'm a believer. Highly recommend them! read more

Very very expensive for the job done. Estimate sounded wonderful. We were disappointed with the service tech. He walked in and started telling us all the reasons that he could not do what the estimate promised. He needed another guy, the windows were too close together etc. etc. He said his boss never told him about the job so he didn't have the right ladder. It goes on and on. My windows are sparkling clean, they have NEVER looked this good. Matthew responded promptly with my estimate and Steve and Andrew came out to do the cleaning 3 days later. They did an extremely professional job. They even got 5 year old sticker film off the windows with their "tricks", that I could never seem to get rid of, no matter how hard I tried. This was Matthew and they did such an amazing job and more. I just used them this year again and met all his friendly professional crew. I was very impressed today with the service I received. Matthew came by earlier to do an estimate and explain the process and it was good to have that done before the team showed up to do the actual job. Within an hour they arrived and with three of them, my house was done in no time. They put up with my little barking puppy and they were so non-threatening, she calmed right down.
