It was quite a good "regular" clean but definitely not a deep clean. I had specifically asked for furniture to be moved but found it was still dirty under beds & couches. The floors didnt look like they had been cleaned. While they were still here we rang the manager and expressed concern. He told us to tell them and they would fix it. We did and they reluctantly took another half hearted go. I wont use again.

He gave us some tips on keeping the windows clean between professional cleanings. We'll definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

The technician arrived right on time as promised and was very professional in appearance. He measured the spaces we needed cleaned then gave us the cost. The carpet was cleaned in a very reasonable amount of time for the space; we didn't feel that he was too slow or too fast. Our carpet is so incredibly clean now! We are thrilled with the professional and courteous service that we received from Edelweiss. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them highly!

We noticed some mold and that was quickly removed. He came w two young guys and a dehumidifier (which he left on for the week). When I checked back w them after an hour, Klaus had DRILLED 3/4" HOLES ALL ALONG MY CABINET BOTTOM and in the sheetrock (12 total)!!! We NEVER discussed this! He actually did DAMAGE while I was not in the room! I asked him why he did this. He claimed that it was to "air it out" and that it was "easy to repair" by installing a wood strip over the holes! Wow, not what I wanted for sure. Two thing Klaus kept asking me the entire 2 hrs that he was at my house was 1.) is this going to be a homeowner insurance claim, and 2.) he wanted to REMOVE the cabinet, and even suggested coming at the leak from the OUTSIDE of the house! The literally cut through our exterior wall. Months went by as we tried to close the leak (which we did). In the meantime Klaus sends my a bill for $700! For what? Doing damage in 2hrs?! I told him to COMPLETE the job by repairing the damage he did and I would pay him. That was Summer, now it's Winter and Edelweiss has done 0. And the leak was in the floor.

Victor was extremely communicative & timely from our first conversation. We arranged for him to come out to the house and give me a quote. Victor and his helper Mario were at the home for 2 days and then added on another morning when I decided to have an extra room painted. They were professional, clean & organized. The painting work completely transformed the aesthetic of the entire home. I felt entirely comfortable with Victor at the home and often went off to do errands for a few hours of time. At the end of each day, the work space was spotless and all paint, brushes etc....carefully cleaned and put away. Thank you Victor!!
