We are Xtremely Happy Customers! Vince and team did an awesome job on the interior of our home (+…read morethe front door)... Xtreme Quality - the team used the best Sherwin Williams paints (and very thick coats) and Vince was very patient, helping us pick out the ideal colors and figure out the intricacies of the job with his years of experience! Xtremely Professional - our house was a huge job, 3,000sq ft with tall ceilings, they finished in 7 business days and even though it was a tough job everyone was upbeat, always on-time and incredibly nice throughout the entire job. Thank you Vince, you will always be our go-to choice for all of our painting needs!

Extreme painting has done work for me several times. The…read morefirst round, cleaning and stripping beams and resealing brick floors they did a great job! Everyone was great! The second round of work, I had reached out to them asking for a referral to cut a large nicho/open shelf in a wall and to reseal a small area of brick. They said they could do it for me. Great? The opening of the wall went great the finish of the opening was done poorly. They came back to try to correct the finish on the shelf/nicho but still left the edges with the base coat showing and the filler lumpy and uneven The brick I requested be resealed needed some sand, which I asked if they could do or should I get someone else to do the sand, they said they would be able to add the sand in some areas before sealing, unfortunately the sand was left on top of the bricks and seal put over the sand. They came back to redo the bricks, but only redid a portion of the brick, areas of the floor still have sand under the seal.... The response I received regarding the finish of the shelf/nicho was that it's difficult to do a plaster finish in an already plastered wall. The response I got regarding the brick is that they put the sand in the brick at my request I was told they were swamped and needed to finish the job and did what they could.

9 or so years ago I found Bioshield and purchased a non toxic varnish or sealer for the interior…read morewoodwork in my passive solar home. The product was excellent, as was the service. My home is a soulful, artistic, expressive, pioneering creation. I neglected it's needs due to financial constraints for 10 years. Just had an amazing stucco job on the exterior, and the same crew is renewing my cracked, aging beautiful interior Adobe! Yet the colors and shades of adobe are vastly different, which I am stressed & angry over still eager to remedy. I called my old friend the Mudman, a highly soulful Poet, Shaman & Renaissance Man who plays with Adobe as an outlet for helping self and others heal through connection with our living earth! I told him of my Adobe challenge. He suggested I call I called and spoke to Shannon who will send some clay based paint samples to me. Ahh, now I am really inspired. I believe this would be the most excellent solution and would honor the integrity of the living earth of my home. I am so excited I asked BioShield to send samples to my Contractor, Alvero at Blu Sky Plaster. They are an amazing team. Yet living in the Mecca of artists and Mystics, as I do, I want these amazing Artisan's to have access to this stellar line of Earth Friendly products! Awesome! Thank you!

My first exchange asking for information on paint was met with rudness and lack of willingness to actually offer information on the products - directing me to read about them instead. I thought maybe its just one employee. My second stab at this information resulted in misleading AND rude responses by the same employee after I read through all the provided information. Fot example, when I inquired into paint suitable for a shower ceiling, I was told all such products quickly fail and hence are not carried. Tile must be used at all times on all shower ceilings. Having done a good bit of digging, I found this to be untrue. I gave up on their paint but our incredibly patient, intelligent, caring and careful handyman worked with Peter to identify an appropriate wood product. Having asked for a non-toxic clear finish option for our antique doors and having inquired into color impact upon application of the recommended product, we were told oil number 9 is our best option. This incredibly foul smelling product (an overpowering aroma of rotting fish) completely changed our pale pine-like doors (likely cedar) to a deep orange almond color, which clashes with our tile, wall color, wood ceiling and all furniture purchased and installed over the last few months. As if this was not bad enough, within a half hour of exposure to treated doors, I became violently ill. When I returned to the space the following day, I was once again very ill after only 10 minutes. It will be weeks before I can occupy our space again. Turns out the oil has VOC and other harmful ingredients that are known to cause side effects and are slow to dry. When I called, I was told my handyman did not ask enough questions and the product 'worked exactly as intended.' Despite all that happened, I politely asked that their warnings be made more clear to future consumers but was told they are clear, it was my handyman and I that failed in obtaining adequate information.
