I came to check on them at one point and they were hand washing the windows, had the oven and stove top apart and meticulously cleaning it, and on a ladder cleaning the vents. This is because they don't really clean the entire window. They will tell you on the phone that they will clean the window sill, then when they get to the house they will hand you a piece of paper that says they only brush the screens and sills. So basically the windows will still look dirty when done. Its a bait and switch. I was told on the phone and when they gave the estimate that they would be cleaning the window sills. I should have turned them away on arrival, but I didn't have time to find another company.
