I'm an out of town owner of a rental unit in Santa Fe. The tenant complained the mini-split was not working. Aaron's was easy to schedule and came out the next day. I got notified when they were on the way and was able to coordinate with the tenant. Sergio, the technician, was friendly and communicative, checking in with me at each step. I was concerned about the hassle of having to coordinate with me and the tenant but he said they do it all the time. Sergio was able to fix the issue and get the cold air flowing again. Aaron was effective, knowledgeable and the price was okay 1month later our dishwasher let short circuiting. Building maintenance found the plumbing hadn't done something properly and it was a slow drip shoring out the electric. I logged on to Aaron's website two days ago requesting a house call and he replied immediately and was here this morning. I had a list of things that needed to be done including starting my boiler, changing water filters, installing a new water filter, replacing an old gate valve on the guest house water main, and repairing a leaky outdoor faucet. It was such a pleasure to have him and his assistant in my home for a couple of hours. We had some great conversations as they worked. The work is all finished, they cleaned up after themselves, and the price was far more reasonable than the other plumbing company I used to use here in town. My wife and I bought our home in Eldorado last year. We knew the home was on LP gas, which we have had in two other homes we built in Las Cruces. However, as we knew that NM Gas was available (in the road), we decided to connect to natural gas. We used Aaron's Custom Plumbing to install the new gas line to connect our home to NM Gas. As our water heater needed to be replaced, we asked him to do that as well, and to install the conversion kit on our Wolf range. The broiler in the main oven had not worked since our move-in. I had contacted a Wolf service and repair dealer, with no response. Pressure checks on our existing gas line revealed various leaks, which he corrected. As well, upon pulling the range out, he noted that the existing gas line was not "to code" (the line and valves were touching the ground and looked like a real amateur's work). I approved the fixes which he promptly accomplished. Aaron coordinated the line locates, communicated with the State inspector, and NM Gas personnel, and got us a great Bradford White water heater. His installation of the conversion kit on the range fixed our problem with the broiler! His charges were in sync with other quotes and he was punctual and professional. read more
