I'm an out of town owner of a rental unit in Santa Fe. The tenant complained the mini-split was not working. Aaron's was easy to schedule and came out the next day. I got notified when they were on the way and was able to coordinate with the tenant. Sergio, the technician, was friendly and communicative, checking in with me at each step. I was concerned about the hassle of having to coordinate with me and the tenant but he said they do it all the time. Sergio was able to fix the issue and get the cold air flowing again. The tenant texted after the service call with the following: "Thanks for coordinating the company to fix the AC. Wanted to let you know how nice he was! You should keep that number!" I will be keeping their number! read more

We needed a toilet replaced. We purchased the toilet and had it available to install. I have used Aaron Plumbing prior, and had good service so called and got quote to replace and made date. I was SHOCKED when the tech told me the final cost was $530 (was quoted $260). ( the job was easy and done in 30min). After much discussion, he 'dropped the price' to $308.39 which was STILL way more than Home Depot would have offered. Next time will use a different company, as can not trust Aaron on the quote. read more

Aaron's Plumbing did an excellent job repairing our outdoor irrigation backflow assembly. After discovering freeze damage, I was looking for a company that could assess the problem, provide a reasonable estimate up front, and complete the work professionally. Aaron's did exactly that. They finished the repair at a fair price, the work was completed efficiently, and the overall experience was straightforward and professional. I appreciated their responsiveness and the fact that the final cost was reasonable. I would gladly use them again. read more

Absolute ripoff. Charged me $500 for replacement valve. Sent me the bill on a Thursday and then proceeded to nag me to pay via text message at 8 PM on a Sunday night. Scammers and rude. read more

Aaron is an excellent plumber, he answered my call right-away, he's friendly & he said he could come out the next day - a Saturday! He's very respectful, easy to talk too, wears a mask if you'd prefer. But MOST OF ALL he was FAIR & HONEST. Honest when less scrupulous plumbers would not have been and would have potentially charged us a lot more money. Aaron's is definitely who to call, he's the only plumber we'll call from now on. read more

Aaron was effective, knowledgeable and the price was okay 1month later our dishwasher let short circuiting. Building maintenance found the plumbing hadn't done something properly and it was a slow drip shoring out the electric. I would have called Aaron sure he would've fixed it but my maintenance guy did it for free read more

Nice guy and has good communication with customers. Most reliable plumber I have found in Santa Fe

Excellent service. He was professional, friendly and prompt. Have used twice already and will again when needed.

I logged on to Aaron's website two days ago requesting a house call and he replied immediately and was here this morning. I had a list of things that needed to be done including starting my boiler, changing water filters, installing a new water filter, replacing an old gate valve on the guest house water main, and repairing a leaky outdoor faucet. It was such a pleasure to have him and his assistant in my home for a couple of hours. We had some great conversations as they worked. The work is all finished, they cleaned up after themselves, and the price was far more reasonable than the other plumbing company I used to use here in town. The other reviews of Aaron's plumbing are all correct, he is a great plumber and such a pleasant man. read more

I called Aaron and got an appointment for the next day to fix a clogged drain. Aaron arrived at my home at the agreed time and successfully snaked my clogged drain between the kitchen and septic tank. He also installed a replacement faucet in my kitchen. The work was all performed professionally. Aaron further provided me with useful tips on how to keep my drain and septic tank functioning dependably. I would hire Aaron again without any reservations. read more

Aaron is timely, knoweldgeble, and professional. He does a great job at a reasonable price.

My wife and I bought our home in Eldorado last year. We knew the home was on LP gas, which we have had in two other homes we built in Las Cruces. However, as we knew that NM Gas was available (in the road), we decided to connect to natural gas. We used Aaron's Custom Plumbing to install the new gas line to connect our home to NM Gas. As our water heater needed to be replaced, we asked him to do that as well, and to install the conversion kit on our Wolf range. The broiler in the main oven had not worked since our move-in. I had contacted a Wolf service and repair dealer, with no response. Pressure checks on our existing gas line revealed various leaks, which he corrected. As well, upon pulling the range out, he noted that the existing gas line was not "to code" (the line and valves were touching the ground and looked like a real amateur's work). I approved the fixes which he promptly accomplished. Aaron coordinated the line locates, communicated with the State inspector, and NM Gas personnel, and got us a great Bradford White water heater. His installation of the conversion kit on the range fixed our problem with the broiler! His charges were in sync with other quotes and he was punctual and professional. read more
