They came out to Los Alamos, on short notice and after hours for what turned out to be a serious electrical issue. The electrician was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He quickly identified the problem and showed me melted plastic and damaged wiring that could have easily started a fire. It was honestly a close call, and I'm very grateful for how promptly and professionally everything was handled. The repair was completed efficiently, the communication was great, and I felt much safer afterward. It's hard to find people who are both highly skilled and genuinely trustworthy, and Enchanted Electric absolutely earned my recommendation.

(I don't understand why Yelp says I live in San Francisco. I never have lived there.) I have had this company to my home three times. Once was about four or five years ago and the other two happened in August 2026. In each case there were two tasks, one of which was successfully handled and the other one was mishandled, although I did not know the initial job was bungled until Aug. 6, 2026, when a workman from Electrical Services pointed out the error and quickly corrected it. (The first case, in roughly 2022 or 2021, involved outdoor lights.) In the recent cases, I called Electrical Services because my smoke detector went off in late July. The company sent a man on Aug. 6. I paid $324.56. The man was polite and prompt. He said the problem was simply a bad battery. I gave him a new battery and he said all was good. Other than pointing out a flashing green light on the device, he did not otherwise inspect or test the device. I also had him look at my other 4 smoke detectors to see if there was a warning light on. There was not. However, the smoke detector problem recurred again in late August. Prior to that, because I thought the first job was done correctly, on Aug. 20 I had the company come back to fix an entirely separate issue, which was taken care of competently. At that time, I asked the repairman why the red warning light on the original detector would occasionally flash. He said he did not know. He shrugged his shoulders and did not touch or inspect the smoke detector in any way. I paid $162.28 because he did fix the unrelated electrical problem. A few days later, the smoke detector malfunctioned again. I called the owner of the company, Scott Rosenberg, on Aug. 31 and he said it would be good to replace the device. I agreed and said I didn't want to be responsible for the $150 travel charge again as his employee had been to my home twice already without fixing the issue. He said he would call back the following day. He didn't. Finally, on Sept. 11 I called again and asked to talk to Scott. He didn't call back. As of Sept. 15 I still have not heard back. I simply want a 50 percent refund of the charges of Aug. 6 and Aug. 20 as half of the work was completed correctly. It is dangerous to have a defective smoke detector and it really bothers me that this company is so cavalier about this issue. I firmly believe that every company should return calls from dissatisfied customers. This simply hasn't happened here.

Surprisingly, she called me next morning and apologized for not being able to arrange service and not calling back on the same day. So, than two days later I still was unable to find an electrician, I called April again and asked to schedule service for the closest available time. April called back within hour and saif that someone would come to look at the job immediately and if it's not too big, will do what's needed. The electrician arrived in 10 minutes, assessed the job, called the office to inform of approximate time, received permission to do it and finished the job perfectly in 1.5 hours. The price was reasonable and I felt that this business does their best to serve their customers. I plan to use them again in the future.

Peter quickly assessed the problem and identified where the circuits were crossed. He explained the problem and the fix in terms I could understand. He thoroughly tested the circuits once things were straightened out to ensure everything worked correctly. His rates were very reasonable.
