I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

Knew the unit had some type of oil build up that needed to be burned off, which ended up smoking throughout the house. The electrician harness kept shorten out and needed to be replaced. Then the circuit board needed to be replaced. The gasline and P-trap was not properly installed the first time and had to be re-done. Overall my experience with this company was been subpar. I got a response from about 5 HVAC companies with three with estimates for their service. I chose them for being the first to response with a reasonable estimate and I called to set up an appointment that will work around my work schedule. They were able to work with me to provide a good date to come out and do their service. The day of the appointment, the tech called me that he was on his way within the appointed time. He did show up early and he did his HVAC service in a reasonable amount of time, about 15 to 20 minutes. He told us what he did and I paid exactly what I was quoted in the estimate, plus tax of course. I passed on to him to add me to their 6 month preventative maintenance schedule to do our AC service in the Spring. Overall a great experience with this company as the tech was friendly but professional.

Or their aervice person has some competence issues. Not sure if its because I am a woman living alone Or because people need to cool their homes and will pay a lot. Not sure... Just wanted to provide a small warning to others. Get a second opinion.
