I called TLC and the representative who I talked to was friendly, courteous and informative. The price was reasonable. Within hours I was able to have someone come out and look at my heater issue. The heater problem was minor and just needed a new internal electrical igniter. In just a short time, it was fixed and working again. The guy who came who did the service was friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't mind all my questions as he was working.
