They gave us less than half of what we needed and told us to find another company for the rest. We called Roman and explained the problem. He came out the next day and filled our pool with 2 truck deliveries. He said he normally would do same day, but was quite aways away the night of the problem and wouldn't be able to come before dark. The agent doesnt bring the voucher, they have you call the main office to get it and they NEVER send it. If they cant keep their word on a simple voucher getting any help with their product is MORE than likely going to be an issue.
