Great service. I've used them twice as a general contractor on a remodel project. We had to assess the under slab ducting before we started work to verify the existing condition and again after we completed a modification to the HVAC system and added additional heated/cooled space. Their work is quick and thorough and they provide duct cleaning and duct repair. Their pricing is fair. Glad we found them. We will use them again. read more

My dryer vent chimney became clogged. I attempted to clean the chimney using my own cleaning tool; however, the tools became stuck in the chimney. I called Duct Worx to fix the problem. They had previously cleaned my heating vents. The response time was very good. I explained my problem to the two employees who responded and they were very quick in retrieving my tools. I felt like an idiot for causing the problem, but they assured me that I was not the first home owner to have this problem. They restored my ego. Duct Worx came to our home to inspect our damaged heating duct system. The did a through inspection via camera and promptly gave us an estimate. The price was reasonable for the about of work needed. The Duct Worx technicians who came to our home were the best. They took extra care keeping the house clean and damage free. I asked a lot of question of them and they were more than happy to explain every detail of my queries. Including showing me on camera what they were doing. They were professional in everything they did. Once done the heating ducts were restored to new like condition. I could to be happier with their work. read more

This company overall is Fraud. Scott the owner thinks he is good but HE and his workers are full of Lies and VERY RUDE, very Unprofessional who likes to dominate others and threat them. I was told a different quote from their phone lade name sarina and when 2 guys came in for cleaning, never counted anything or confirmed prior to cleaning, and asked for almost double to pay after services and threat to if we wont pay, they will seize our house with very rude and attitude (Like they own us). I called them twice before booking with them to confirm cost but they did not mention anything extra or other than what they told me over the phone and all of sudden when they are here for service there are all other sort of charges for each vent. They are absolutely not nice and most of their reviews on this page are FAKE and so as these people are FAKE... FRAUD... LIERS.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...WORST ATTITUDE... read more

I can't say enough about the positive experience I have had working with Duct Worx. I was dealing with blocked, in-floor air ducts. They came out to scope out all the ducts with a camera, and then posted pictures of what problems they found on an internet site so I could view them for myself. No pressure, but they explained what they could do to clear the stoppages. Their workers came in and very expertly and cleanly went through every vent in the house to ream out and vacuum clean all the air passageways for clear airflow throughout, When they were finished they sprayed a coating which is designed to prevent further deterioration of the ducts. The employees were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way as they cleared, patched and returned the ducts to their original unobstructed condition. They even allowed this nosey ol' geezer to observe what they were doing, via their camera feed, as they were accomplishing the work. EXTREMELY good people to do business with. I want to second the review below from Debbie G. in July, 2018. Work on recoating our rusty and sandy duct work has been completed to our great satisfaction. What a thorough and competent job! We also have history with Air Duct Medics from 2012. The product they coated was very thin and they only did the rusty spots. Their service was not satisfactory then and their warranty allows them to get out of returning to do further coating because of their very limited contract. They did, however, charge us $5,000 six years ago! Thank goodness the Duct Worx is now on the scene. read more

We bought a home near Tramway and knew going in that the old ductwork under slab had deteriorated (Sonotube). We got bids from Duct Worx and one competitor. We went with Duct Worx because of the professionalism of the owner Craig and an inspection of a job they did in a home across the street. Their bid was extremely competitive and communication with the owner and his staff was top notch. They showed up for the renovation as scheduled, explained what they were going to do in detail, did a great job of vacuuming out the old ducts, and spraying in the new liner. The renovation is a multi-step process taking several weeks in our case. The crew explained exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. They were very careful while in our home to not scratch our wood floors or damage anything. While they were here, they also cleaned our dryer vent for a fraction of what another company would charge. They were in and out in less than four hours, put everything back the way it was, cleaned up after themselves, and set a return appointment for one week later to do the second and final coat. We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of their entire crew including Craig. They were simply outstanding and we give them our highest possible rating.
