Johnathon was the guy that came out to do the work and he was fabulous. He was kind and really explained how he was cleaning my carpets. He first looked for pet stains for me because I have dogs. He lifted and cleaned under most furniture and put styrofoam blocks under the legs. My carpets look wonderful now! They look like they are brand new. I have had other carpet cleaners out in the past and they don't even compare to what my carpets look like now and they also didn't move any furniture at all and were even more expensive! There was one small spot by my couch that dried a bit spotty so I sent COIT a message again and they had Jonathan back out the next day to touch it up. It worked great and I'm so pleased they accommodated my request. They were very nice about it too! I would definitely recommend this company. Seeing a print ad, we called The Grout Doctor. JJ was prompt in his reply and on-time for the appointment to see our problem and give an estimate. We found him to be thorough and knowledgeable. His estimate was based on square footage and was reasonable. We agreed on a date for the work to be done, less than a week out. JJ himself arrived on-time and was the one-man crew. His work was labor intensive, on the floor on hands and knees. He cleaned and stripped the tile floors, re-colored the grout and sealed it all in one day. This guy is a hard worker! Our floors are finally the way we want them. In addition, JJ was very respectful of our home, and when he left there was absolutely no additional clean up to be done.
