Once George got to my house and did his initial walk through, he recommended I get the Gold or Platinum Cleaning package. I decided to go with the Gold package. Once he was done, he called me to inform me that the carpets are in great condition and he was able to remove all the stains. Soon after, my property manager walked through the house and found the carpet was actually not in that great of a condition. I then called George to see if he could take a look again. He came by and spent about 20 minutes at the house (not really sure what he actually did while he was there). He then called me back and guaranteed me that the carpet was in good condition. Just yesterday, I had a potential tenant walk through the house and mentioned some stains on the carpet still. George is definitely a talker and charged me over $300 for a not so great job.

Johnathon was the guy that came out to do the work and he was fabulous. He was kind and really explained how he was cleaning my carpets. He first looked for pet stains for me because I have dogs. He lifted and cleaned under most furniture and put styrofoam blocks under the legs. My carpets look wonderful now! They look like they are brand new.
