They were offering a great fall deal so I jumped on it and I haven't been disappointed. Domingo came and even though there were some miscommunications and time we made it work and he apologized for the mistake on the work order. He was flexible and understanding with my children being home and ensured that we would still be able to have a place to hang out while he cleaned the rest of the house. He politely told us he was done when he was ready to clean the last room. He moved furniture without being asked and put things back nicely. He even cleaned a rug for me. I also had the opportunity to meet Neal, the owner. He was polite, professional and thoughtful. He came in to quote me on a shower floor and finished it 30 min later. It was once yellow, brown, black and green... and now it's white. I have spent tireless afternoons trying to achieve what he did in 30 min for a great price. I'm so happy with my service and plan to have them back.

The Carpet Masters of our fair city are darned good…read more They had a super tough job to do cleaning the 1915 small hexagon-tiled floors in the hallways of the building where I live. The Masters needed several days to clean the floors here even though usually a job of this size would take them one day per floor. We have two. This job was difficult because the tiles haven't been cleaned in quite a while but also because a fair amount of tiles are loose. The poor things: They are 107 years old. With one tile floor cleaning job, these guys usually make four passes. They did far more here. I'm really impressed also that they don't use toxic chemicals. They try to adhere to the California Ambient Air Quality Standards including chemicals toxic to skin. Our floors here are so much cleaner now. Oh! And this business is woman-owned! Thanks, you guys!

They responded the same day and gave me an estimate after I provided a description and measurements of what carpet I was having cleaned. Johnathon was the guy that came out to do the work and he was fabulous. He was kind and really explained how he was cleaning my carpets. He first looked for pet stains for me because I have dogs. He lifted and cleaned under most furniture and put styrofoam blocks under the legs. My carpets look wonderful now! They look like they are brand new. I have had other carpet cleaners out in the past and they don't even compare to what my carpets look like now and they also didn't move any furniture at all and were even more expensive! There was one small spot by my couch that dried a bit spotty so I sent COIT a message again and they had Jonathan back out the next day to touch it up. It worked great and I'm so pleased they accommodated my request. They were very nice about it too! I would definitely recommend this company. I called COIT several times for help, and the only advice I got was to use Bona products. When their floor technician came out, he told me the job would need to be redone for another $1,800. That's when I learned COIT doesn't guarantee its work, which I wish I'd known before paying. COIT charges more than other companies, and for that price I expected quality work and a company that stands behind it. I got neither, and I feel misled. I won't use COIT again.
