I read the reviews on Yelp and wanted to give this business a chance -- and I wanted to leave a review since there were only 3 available. I was happily surprised at how quickly my appointment was scheduled (I called on a Monday, Appointment on a Thursday). On the day of the appointment, I was sent a text when they were on their way and the person to expect (Kelly!). Kelly was great. He saw that my outdoor spigot needed replacing and showed me what was broken. Fortunately, his equipment could still work with my spigot and he went to work to identify the stains on the carpet using a UV light. The actual work did not take too long and the carpet looked great when he was done. I would recommend Kelly and the business if you need to have your carpets cleaned.
