***** + Our Samsung…read moredryer was displaying error message codes, indicating an obstruction in the dryer vent line. I was reluctant to call Hoover's because I just didn't want to be a "Karen" to these fine folks. I didn't believe one cleaning should represent a lifetime of dryer vent care. But our dryer still wasn't producing "dry clothes" the way we've experienced in the past. Somehow within 6 weeks of our last cleaning, we were suffering the same damp clothes once again. So I "bit-the-bullet" and made the call. Hoover's owner (Marshall) scheduled his team (including. his lead tech Aaron) to re-visit. Outcome: They found a birds nest in the ductwork - which the crew cleaned-out and then once again tested airflow. An honest, reputable company who stands behind their work. .

The before was ew - the after was ahhhh. They also showed-up as promised, the price was fair and the work was thorough. I would happily recommend them to everyone, especially with the dust and pollen that blows through the air here in New Mexico. I also liked that they shared pictures of the before and after of the ducts and the difference was significant. You could say that the way these professionals operate is a breath of fresh air...because it is!

I called around and got several estimates. NMQuality Duct Cleaning had the most reasonable estimates and had good reviews so we called them. There was a 2 person team. We were very happy with the job they did.

I recently hired Devyn at Cooking Clean to service and repair our two gas fireplaces. While there…read morewas some initial confusion about pricing due to a misunderstanding over gas versus wood-burning fireplaces, Devyn promptly resolved the issue professionally and adjusted the invoice to reflect what was initially discussed. The service included maintenance, chimney sweeps, and repairs on both of our gas fireplaces. He carefully cleaned, adjusted the logs, replaced the burning embers, and ensured everything was functioning properly. He even taught me how to use them (lol) and recommended some decorative fireplace screens to keep our littles safe around the open flames and mentioned we should by plug-in carbon monoxide sensors to make sure we stay safe. For the repairs, he took extra steps to fix the gas valve and get the pilot working correctly on both fireplaces, which we really appreciated. Overall, while there was a hiccup in communication about pricing, Devyn was responsive, professional, and willing to work with us to make things right. What more can you ask for? Honest and hardworking. I would recommend his services and appreciate his dedication to quality work. We have two warming, beautiful functioning fireplaces now. Thank you!

They responded the same day and gave me an estimate after I provided a description and measurements of what carpet I was having cleaned. Johnathon was the guy that came out to do the work and he was fabulous. He was kind and really explained how he was cleaning my carpets. He first looked for pet stains for me because I have dogs. He lifted and cleaned under most furniture and put styrofoam blocks under the legs. My carpets look wonderful now! They look like they are brand new. I have had other carpet cleaners out in the past and they don't even compare to what my carpets look like now and they also didn't move any furniture at all and were even more expensive! There was one small spot by my couch that dried a bit spotty so I sent COIT a message again and they had Jonathan back out the next day to touch it up. It worked great and I'm so pleased they accommodated my request. They were very nice about it too! I would definitely recommend this company. Excellent job, competitive pricing, nice staff, and 100% guarantee.

They came and…read morelooked around the house and on the roof, told me how terrible my system was and had images of it all. They said all the right things and seemed very knowledgeable, so I hired their services for 10x the cost of the original coupon - my mistake. I fit in far too well with the stereotype of women that can be taken advantage of. About a month after the service, I called to inquire about a vent I was supposed to have delivered. I was told, "Oh yes, it's been on backorder. It will now be there in the next couple days." Luckily, I saw the Amazon driver deliver the package. This made it so I could find the exact filter on Amazon. It had not been on backorder, it just simply wasn't ordered at all - thanks Amazon 2 day delivery. The much more scandalous thing was not the clear lie, it was the cost. This product cost $43 on Amazon. Duct Busters charged me $190 for it. I assumed this had to be a mistake on their part and reached out through email. After a couple days with no reply I attempted to call. My numerous calls over the next couple weeks were sent to voicemail, which was too full to accept any more. Please, if you hire this company, do not purchase any products from them, and do not let your wife be the only one at home to greet them
