Once George got to my house and did his initial walk through, he recommended I get the Gold or Platinum Cleaning package. I decided to go with the Gold package. Once he was done, he called me to inform me that the carpets are in great condition and he was able to remove all the stains. Soon after, my property manager walked through the house and found the carpet was actually not in that great of a condition. I then called George to see if he could take a look again. He came by and spent about 20 minutes at the house (not really sure what he actually did while he was there). He then called me back and guaranteed me that the carpet was in good condition. Just yesterday, I had a potential tenant walk through the house and mentioned some stains on the carpet still. George is definitely a talker and charged me over $300 for a not so great job.

The first one was rainwater coming in through the roof down the inside walls of an upstairs and downstairs bedroom causing mold that had to be removed and flooring & drywall that had to be replaced. Cole Borgeson handled everything with my insurance company to get the project started on the first job providing accurate quotes for the repairs. The second job was an unexpected pipe leak inside the wall on the stairway on New Year's day. This time I called my insurance company (USAA) to request again that they use Rockefellers for the repairs as I had such wonderful service from their subcontractors Daniel Rodriquez (Homestar painting) and Tim Gallegos (Tim's Flooring Covering) that I wanted to have the same crew again. On both Projects the Project Manager's (Christopher on the first job) and Sarvar (on the second job) assigned were great and very professional. At each phase of the job that took place they were there to supervise that the work was being completed. If I had any suggestions or questions they were immediately helpful. Amy refuses to give us the mold reports taken from our home. Months ago. She refuses to answer our calls or text messages. What are they hiding? As a homeowner with open mold in my kitchen where my wife and kids eat. I demand the mold report pre and post remediation. They had my wife sign all there papers before work started but now will not release the mold reports from the kitchen and garage? Someone needs to do something you can't withhold information from the homeowner and ignore us. If I sell my home this could cause me legal issues due to mold non disclosure issues. So far I do not trust!
