He then said he would have to clean each rug by hand. I said ok. They are the "experts" So he gets a bucket of water and spends less than 2 hours to clean 5 rugs 2 large. Is it even possible to clean 5 rugs with a sponge in that amount of time?? All but one the rugs had been cleaned successfully before without a conversation or a problem and they all came out fine. I was not presented with a contract until after I had paid. And to Bre fair I did not get down and inspect the rugs .... it was already a weird experience. Every rug looks worse than before and they were still dirty. Not with stains but with dirt. I reached out and sent pictures of the dirty rugs. I explained that they had been cleaned before. Go green says they can use a circular buffer. as the solution ... that's ridiculous. I said I don't want you to touch my rugs again .... so take out all of your expenses 2 hours for a technician and cleaning supplies ..... and refund the balance... after 10 emails justifying that there work is fine, offering nothing that didn't include them touching my rugs again .... I post these pictures of the dirty rugs. I tried to resolve it. They were uncompromising. You will see, I don't think I have written a negative review before .... but I'll make an exception here .... hate to have someone else have to experience this.

Domingo came and even though there were some miscommunications and time we made it work and he apologized for the mistake on the work order. He was flexible and understanding with my children being home and ensured that we would still be able to have a place to hang out while he cleaned the rest of the house. USE W CAUTION! Had a leak in my bathroom. Suspected it was behind the cabinet. Called Klaus and…read moreasked him to remove the back of the cabinet to expose the pipes. We noticed some mold and that was quickly removed. He came w two young guys and a dehumidifier (which he left on for the week). When I checked back w them after an hour, Klaus had DRILLED 3/4" HOLES ALL ALONG MY CABINET BOTTOM and in the sheetrock (12 total)!!! We NEVER discussed this! He actually did DAMAGE while I was not in the room! I asked him why he did this. He claimed that it was to "air it out" and that it was "easy to repair" by installing a wood strip over the holes! Wow, not what I wanted for sure. Two thing Klaus kept asking me the entire 2 hrs that he was at my house was 1.) is this going to be a homeowner insurance claim, and 2.) he wanted to REMOVE the cabinet, and even suggested coming at the leak from the OUTSIDE of the house! The literally cut through our exterior wall. Months went by as we tried to close the leak (which we did). In the meantime Klaus sends my a bill for $700! For what? Doing damage in 2hrs?! I told him to COMPLETE the job by repairing the damage he did and I would pay him. That was Summer, now it's Winter and Edelweiss has done 0. And the leak was in the floor.
