And then I thought -- why don't I shop here? They seem like they care about their customers. I used to drive to the Apple Store down in ABQ for all my Apple needs but I decided to check things out here and -- I got new Airpods Pro Max -- was cheaper than anywhere else, still wear them, that was maybe 6 months ago. Then I got an iPad for my mom, also got me a great price -- they do price matching too so I got a great price on it. I got the Best Buy Plus membership and card and that saved me a bunch of money as they have cheaper rates for members and cash back so I think I already paid for the price of the membership like 12 years ahead. Then I was looking for a Macbook Pro -- an important purchase -- and Nick helped and was so gracious and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed at a terrific price. It was the perfect machine and I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me. Then I also got myself a pair of the new Airpods Pro 4 -- it was also really great because first I thought I didn't need the noise cancellation -- but then after buying I realized that the Airpods with no noise cancellation didn't have Transparency Mode either. And while I rarely use Noise Cancelation, I very much need Transparency! Went and exchanged it the next day -- no problem at all. And also as a Plus Member I get 60 days of returns so it feels good that I can try stuff out and return if it doesn't work out. Every employee I encounter was very helpful and kind. So, yeah I'm customer for life -- it feels good to be able to try things out and deal with pleasant and trustworthy people who are trying to help you -- I bought 4 things here -- and every one of them was an unimaginably good deal that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. And I guess it's in the name -- Best Buy so it all connects. I've had my eye on a new washing machine/dryer next, I know where I'll coming for that. And when my veteran 8 year old TCL TV dies -- which it will probably never do! =) But, yeah, I had a great experience here and with getting great authentic advice, quality products, easy returns, and GREAT prices -- this can't be beat. Plus it's really nice to deal with someone local.

The Target at Santa Fe was overall a good one on 2/17/2024…read more My daughters wanted to pick out a few clothes for some upcoming events they have for school. We came here at around 9AM. Not many folks were shopping at this time which was nice especially for parking. The fitting rooms were really nice. The lady working here was the only employee that assisted us. We scored a few cool pieces at affordable prices. Only the self-checkout was available. Pretty lame. Other than that, I'd go here again.

The Electronics Dept. is lousy, it is never staffed, and lots of things locked up, you may wait 20…read moreminutes or more to get helped. With some audio dealers, I have gotten the sense they wanted to sell me what they would make the most money on. I never feel that with Jaime. I know for a fact that I saw a few Flux Capacitors sitting on the shelf. They have literally everything you can imagine here! It's seriously fun just to wander about looking at all the cool stuff! They have an entire shelf filled with middle school microscopes! Diodes and doo dads! Used (and some new) military clothing, camping supplies, cots and an endless array of canvas goodies! From dummy grenades to manikin heads, it's here! Then, oh my goodness, wander out back in the "yard" and your jaw will drop five inches! I could have sworn I saw components of the Philadelphia Experiment out there! A sea of metal cabinets, lockers and safes! ATTENTION aspiring restaurateurs: They have a whole mess of used kitchen equipment! Stainless Steel Sinks in various sizes, large ovens and everything in between.
