We have used New Mexico Satellite Man 4 times now at 2 locations. John always does fantastic work. We have used him for 2 antenna installations, multiple tv mountings, and a cable drop. I would gladly use John again! read more

John is a super nice guy and was very thorough. I had a bad connection on one of my cables. I'm now getting 102 clean channels locally with my antenna. Give John a holler for any OTA tv or satellite service needs. read more

Excellent service! Hard to get in touch with but he came and put an antenna on my house and programmed my Tablo device. I am saving $180 a month over what I was paying Xfinity! read more

John did a great job installing an HD antenna on my mom's house, a job which involved a lot of cable management from an old system. Very reasonably priced, and he was knowledgeable and informative. read more

Another update! We used their services again to mount a TV into brick above a fireplace; another job well done!

New Mexico Satellite Man (John Racette) did a wonderful job for me. Old school TV Antenna work which required pulling lines, working in crawl space under the house and programming Televisions. Highly recommend John, very professional and knows his stuff. read more

New Mexico Satellite Man - Super Pleased with New Mexico Satellite Man. - TV Mounting Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

WOW!!!! I cannot say enough about John. I live in Los Angeles and am my mothers guardian. John has helped me so many times from installing security cameras, Ring doorbells, to moving my mom's tv at very late notice so she could watch the Super Bowl in a large Living Room so her guests could social distance. He even went over to the home to show her caregivers how to stream her Sunday Church service because the covid numbers are very high this winter. All of this is done with a great big smile and lots of patience. I am so grateful that I found John on Yelp. read more

This guy is terrific. John is patient, explaines things as needed. He installed an antenna for us which would be just enought for most folks. But, we like recording our favorite shows which air later at night; that way, we can watch them when we want to. This took some doing, as just doing the wifi connection is quite simple, but installing the DVR recorder takes quite a bit of work setting up and programming. John spent quite a bit of time going over all the things we needed to know so that we could do what we wanted to do. I highly recommend John for your TV needs. read more

I highly recommend this business. He is responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and the cost is fair.

John is awesome! He's everything he appears to be on his website - he's knows what he's doing, he prompt, he's good at what he does, his pricing is extremely reasonable, and he is friendly and personable to boot! I could not recommend his services any higher - A++!! read more

Sadly, I think he must be out of business. I have sent several emails and texts to listed addresses and numbers with no response. If anyone knows of similar service, please post. read more

John changed locations of a TV for me and mounted it above my fireplace. He worked quickly, efficiently, and meticulously with his brother. Very impressed!! read more

You won't find a more hard-working, earnest, problem solver than John Racette, the New Mexico Satellite Man. I am new to the state, and upon buying my condo, I found out that there were 0 - 1 bars on my cell phone! So I did a bit of research, and found out about a Wilson We Boost 4GX Cell Phone Antenna. Being that my work is all done over the internet and cell phone, this was absolutely critical for me to try. No cell service, no business, no money! So I ordered it, but who could possibly figure this out and install it? While most of his business is in helping customers gain digital media connectivity, he had done a few cell phone antennas, and was game to try. We did a lot of emails before I made an appointment. He showed up on time, was cheerful and aware of the issue. I've never seen anyone so enthusiastic, and hard working. Up and down the stairs, up and down the ladder, to the top of the roof, drill in hand, and worse --it was windy! He tried the antennas and cables in and on various parts of the house, never tiring (or at least not complaining) as he tried to find the optimal direction. Success! We had 3-4 bars, and reception came in good and strong. I highly recommend John, an absolute professional, dogged, and fun to work with. Also, check out his blog and facebook page to learn more about him! read more

John provided a quote over the phone after asking a few questions. He was able to come the same day, was on time, and provided excellent service. I needed a satellite cable moved from one exterior wall to another. The price was reasonable for the work done and it was a pleasure doing business with John. The work was done in Albuquerque. read more

John is great. He gave me a real education about options before I chose my TV/theater setup. He then did exactly what we discussed. He is very reasonably priced. You can tell he enjoys his work and was very patient with my questions. I had a somewhat complicated setup so I was hesitant to call on someone I didn't know. It's working great and I now understand it! He is very professional and honest. I would highly recommend John for any electronic issue. read more

The New Mexico Satellite Man is amazing! John is super efficient, was able to schedule us in quickly and had all 3 of our TVs hooked up in completely different parts of the house with no drops or cable in the house previously in just a matter of a few hours. We couldn't have asked for better service or a more personable individual to work with! Highly recommend this! read more

John was amazing - he and his brother totally hooked us up! We needed a lot of cable run inside the house and they did such a great job...I love my TV he installed in our kitchen - ran the cable and mounted it. Highly recommended! read more

John provided professional and knowledgeable services yesterday when he installed an external antenna to my roof. Although he is based in Albuquerque, he provides service in Santa Fe too. John efficiently installed the antenna and hooked it up to my two TVs. I have used rabbit ears for years and they were sufficient, but the external antenna is a great improvement because I now clearly receive more than 60 channels. This is a great alternative to cable and John, The Satellite Man, is definitely the person to help you. He is an honest, pleasant man and last but not least, reasonably priced. read more
