They answered my call. They got me in immediately. They replaced my window regulator in the exact amount of time they said it'd take (1 hour). And all for a cool $100 (Though I did have to bring my own regulator -- Advanced Auto, $60). Plus, I got to indulge in the Keurig coffee bar and rock out to their lobby music for the hour I waited: Hall n Oates, Rick Springfield, and all the other sweet, sweet 80s rock. I contacted Speedy glass last night after someone vandalized my passenger side window. The manager, Dan replied to me right away even though the business was closed. I called him in the morning and by 3 PM that afternoon, my window was as good as new. Gelbert ( sp?) came out to my office, replaced the window, and cleaned all the glass very carefully. I tested the window and it works flawlessly . The price was very fair. I am extremely impressed by the quality, speed and reliability of this service. Hours are 8-5. Website says you do not need an appointment for window repair so I left work early to get there before closing. Lazy slob at the front decided to stop work early. Terrible customer service, will find another shop for my repair. I suggest changing the hours on the site, some people work FULL time and expect so of others! read more

I was in a tight squeeze trying to find a place that would fix my rear windshield. I called so many Auto Windshield businesses. They all had HIGH expensive quotes, one said if I brought the car in an hour they would give me 5% off...YEA RIGHT! I finally got a hold of Speedy Glass. They said they had no wait and could get him in on the same day. Finally, the quote, it was given to me for another model and that was an issue when I arrived, but worked with me to still give me a GREAT deal (well under every other quote I received.) Great place with equally great people. Nick and Daniel got me in and taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Easy to call and set up appointment and they were ready when I got there. It was cheaper than my deductible to get the front driver's side window repaired! WOW, honesty? What a crazy thing to expect! They explain everything and suggested a repair they couldn't do, but after I get it done, I can bring it back to make sure the glass is perfect and corrected after the repair. Wonderful service, friendly and good communication. I will be going back for every repair I need from now on, auto, home, or at work! read more

I needed my windshield replaced and Speedy was recommended by my insurance company. The windshield itself it's fine. My car requires a calibration which the staff had no idea how to do and I had warning lights because different wires were not hooked up and contacts were bent. Further I needed new windshield wipers and the staff could not figure out how to install them on my car. I had to go to Audi for the calibration. I would not recommend this company for any vehicle with driver assist options. read more

I had my window smashed and my car broken into so it was nice to take care of the repair with a very friendly sales person and they too vacuumed up the broken glass. Fast, Easy - No effort on my part. I literally had lunch and did emails and the tech fixed the windshield on my BMW. These were huge stars like the size of silver dollars and they almost completely disappeared!! I was honestly thinking I was going to have to replace my windshield - which on a BMW is NOT cheap! $25 dollars to fix a chip in my cars front window,It was a deep chip and they repaired it the right way so it didn't spread.I haven't had a problem sence.A very fair price and by the time I got back from taco sals across the street my window was done. Someone recently took it upon themselves to shatter the passenger window on my truck and I had the pleasure of finding it as I was running late to work. After searching for quotes all morning, I decided to go with Speedy Glass. Not just for the fair price but because they offer to drive out to the location of your vehicle for repairs. Since I was stuck at work, it was a huge stress reliever to know I didn't have to worry about taking more time out of my day. The replacement window looks great, was installed properly, and they even took the time to vacuum my truck.
