We've been here 3 1/2 hours. *They messed up the transaction process and are saying they refunded my daughter's account instead of charging it. Then reversed the refund, then charged again. *They have spoken to my bank, USAA, and the USAA representative confirmed to the manager of A.S.A.P. Glass, LLC, that the funds have indeed been taken from my daughter's account. *Despite confirmation from USAA, they refuse to give us the key and let us leave because their credit card machine hasn't given them "proof of the transaction." read more

Let's start with the good things - the quality was great! I was told it would take up to an hour and a half and it took about 50-65 minutes. I was stoked about that. It seems very high quality and I am SO stoked to have clean, clear glass that isn't broken. Easy to find, pretty clean inside. TV and magazines. My main issue is that I, a disabled person, walked in with my mask on and there was not another single person masked. I didn't get any rude comments which is a plus, but I was VERY thankful for my mask once the person at desk began smoking (vaping? cigarette? I don't know) while sticking their head out the door and blowing the smoke out. I've worked retail most of my life and the rules are usually no smoking within 30 feet of the entrance. I am not allergic to cigarette smoke but my lungs are damaged and I have asthma, so it was not something I was excited to be exposed to in a business I was paying for. read more

Had my windshield replaced on a 2009 hummer h3t on Feb 17, 2023 on my way back to Michigan. After the install, I noticed much more wind noise coming from around the glass than I had before. When I got home to Michigan I sprayed the windshield with water and it leaked inside the truck. I took it to our local glass repair shop and they confirmed that the glass didn't have enough sealant and needed to be replaced. Cost me $330. I tried calling ASAP 3 times about this issue with no reply. The workers all said I needed to talk to the owner Walter. He never returned my calls. What happen to good service? He should at least call and offer to pay for the mistake his installer did. It's been a real inconvenience. What kind of family owned company would do this? What happened to taking pride in your work? As far as I'm concerned, this company is a joke so beware!! read more

TALK ABOUT GOOD SERVICE! These guys are so helpful, don't try to overcharge or get you things you don't need and go 10 extra miles to help out. I had a horrendous experience getting new side mirror's for my truck. Bought them online, took them in, they took the panels off my door, went to put the mirrors in and they didn't fit! Totally not their fault because i bought them online. Then they went out of their way to find me a pair that would fit from a local supplier. Unfortunately those also didn't fit. They still did try to install mirror's twice on my truck that day. They didn't charge me a dime! Then i went and got new mirrors with a 100% confirmation that they would fit from the auto part dealer. Well they did not fit again! And again, ASAP did not charge me a dime even though they put time and work into trying to put the mirrors on a 3rd time. I ended up having them find me standard mirrors since no tow mirrors were working, and they had them delivered to the shop and installed within an hour and a half! The price for the mirrors was equal to anything else I could find and the install was very cheap! Would recommend this company for anything they do! read more

Called in advance for days to get front windshield installed. Was told it would take 2hr to get it done. I called on that day to make sure the windshield would be in at shop. Was told to come in at time of appointment. When I arrived I was told it would take 2-3hr. 2.5 hr I checked on them and was told the windshield just arrived. There was no response as to why the windshield just arrived when I had made appointment on a Monday and Friday is just showed up. Then when they checked on how long it would be, I was told it would be 15min. 15 minutes pasted and still waiting. The price is fair but the waiting is not worth it. Never had to wait so long to get a windshield replaced on any of my vehicles. I was not the only costumer to complain. Sitting for over 3hr. Noticed 3 other Customers complaining. read more

Spoke with the owner and what a cool dude! Very friendly! Sure enough, an hour and a half later, it was done. Lifetime warranty on the tint against peeling and bubbling. Quoted an excellent price that I was honestly a little worried about (you get what you pay for). Outstanding work! I told them I'd be there in 15-20 minutes I showed up they were pretty busy but, understanding so they're awesome! At the store I went to they order the glass when you arrive and it takes about an hour to get delivered. I understood that when I went there, so I wasn't inconvenienced. Why make an appointment at 930 if the glass would not be there for another 3 hours? Why confirm my appointment time without having me stop by to ensure they had the correct windshield for my vehicle (I did confirm the year, make and model of my vehicle at the time I confirmed my appointment)? I would have gladly paid a deposit to ensure the glass was there at the time of my appointment. I took the day off work to get this done and it wasn't! Wow, there are some seriously bad reviews, aren't there? However, it seems like a lot of them are regarding tint jobs and customer service. My name is Dave 'procrastination' O, and I have a problem. Isn't that what they say, the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem? Well I'm taking that first step! We used to live in DC and I had picked up a rock chip on my windshield on the ever so pleasant Beltway. Well naturally, left unfixed they tend to expand, don't they? Especially come winter months when it's a frozen windshield and you need to turn on your defroster. Well before I knew it, another rock chip or two showed up and everything started spreading across the glass like a spiderweb. So the time had come to finally get it replaced. When perusing options obviously I tried the big guys, good old Safelite, however, their appointments were a week away and they were significantly more expensive. So, these guys popped up and when I called for a quote, I was really surprised with a price for a complete windshield replacement of only 115.00 installed. How can one go wrong huh? So I agreed and proceeded to drop off my truck. When I arrived I was a bit surprised, and this might have something to do with a few of the poor reviews regarding customer service, but no one was rude to me. However, there were a couple young high school girls working behind the counter and it did not leave me with an overly confident feeling. The guy I spoke with on the phone was not there (out picking up my windshield I presume), so I went a head and left it and waited for their call to pick it up. Yup, it was finished pretty much on time and they even slapped on new windshield wiper blades for 12 bucks. Hell, while we were there we went ahead and had them put a set on my wife's car. They did within minutes while she was waiting in her car. 12 bucks! How can you go wrong? So I see that being quite the easy service for anyone who needs new blades, just swing on by and for 12 bucks they'll hook you up in minutes. In addition, my windshield replacement comes with two free rock chip repairs! Nice huh? So I'll not be Mr. Procrastinator next time, and either should you! Thief busted my passenger front window. Needed it fixed "ASAP". They were able to get me in "same day". Service desk was fine, and the work appears fully satisfactory. I took my car in to get the window fixed. They didn't clean the glass out right so it cracked my new one and they sad they couldn't do anything about it, then months later it was cracking more. so I bought another one with them and now my window doesn't roll down like it's suppose too. I took it back to tell them, they said it wasn't them and the switch is going out, it was working perfectly fine before.
