I contacted numerous companies to get quotes and to try to get in their schedule. I was most pleased with this company on their quick and professional response to me. Because of this, I was willing to wait for a few weeks before they could get me on their schedule. I have never gotten windows tinted because when so many different options to choose from and I didn't know anything about the options prior to arriving the day for install. The woman at the front desk did a great job explaining to me my different options and what to expect for the asthmatic look and what the benefits of each tint would be. She was very patient and did not rush me at all as I was trying to decide. The work that was done looked very professional and it's been over a month now since install and I haven't noticed any issues. I cannot believe how much cooler my car is with the tinting and I can actually drive without my sunglasses now if I forget them. That's saying something! I should also mention that my tinting was within legal limits. It's pricey to tint your windows, but it was totally worth it at this company!

I had a very disappointing experience with L and L Auto Sales in Las Cruces. Shortly after…read morepurchasing my vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical issues, including overheating and overall reliability concerns within just a few weeks. I took the vehicle back to have the issue inspected, and I was told that everything was fine. However, within hours of leaving, the same problem occurred again. This raised significant concerns about the thoroughness and accuracy of the inspection, as well as the overall quality of the vehicles being sold. This situation has been both frustrating and costly, especially given the expectation that a vehicle purchased from a dealership should meet basic standards of safety and dependability. I strongly encourage potential buyers to have any vehicle independently inspected and to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I was in a rush to resolve the window issue from afar while I was out of town, so I went with the…read morefirst business who answered my inquiry call. Sure, the service was efficient as suggested, but their business model is crooked and misleading. On the phone they said their diagnostic fee was $65, and if it was a simple issue with the power window slipping out of it's assembly, the fix would be quick and would apply against the diagnostic fee and cost nothing more. But if it's a regulator issue, she said, it would take longer. This language was rehearsed and deliberate and implied diagnostic fees applied toward repairs... Until they gave me a regulator diagnosis, with a repair cost of $315, and retained the diagnostic fee in top of that. Over $400 to fix my basic power window issue is lame enough, but crafting their misleading language to cover up an objectively money-grabbing business practice puts them on a par with the legendary charlatans of Brake Mastery. I will never go back here, nor recommend them to anyone else. Absolutely shameful.

Tons of dust in all the cracks of my panels and air vents still, no leather conditioner was used, my windows were done poorly covered in smudges, My rims look like they were not even tried on, engine bay wasn't even touched. PLUS I got it back with paint chips on my door which I know weren't there because like I said I had just gotten my truck back from the dealership were they painted that exact door a week before. I have used another detailer the last 8 years I will be sticking with J&SONS MOBILE DETAILING.
