The woman at the front desk did a great job explaining to me my different options and what to expect for the asthmatic look and what the benefits of each tint would be. She was very patient and did not rush me at all as I was trying to decide. The work that was done looked very professional and it's been over a month now since install and I haven't noticed any issues. I cannot believe how much cooler my car is with the tinting and I can actually drive without my sunglasses now if I forget them. That's saying something! I should also mention that my tinting was within legal limits. It's pricey to tint your windows, but it was totally worth it at this company!

Sure, the service was efficient as suggested, but their business model is crooked and misleading. On the phone they said their diagnostic fee was $65, and if it was a simple issue with the power window slipping out of it's assembly, the fix would be quick and would apply against the diagnostic fee and cost nothing more. But if it's a regulator issue, she said, it would take longer. This language was rehearsed and deliberate and implied diagnostic fees applied toward repairs... Until they gave me a regulator diagnosis, with a repair cost of $315, and retained the diagnostic fee in top of that. Over $400 to fix my basic power window issue is lame enough, but crafting their misleading language to cover up an objectively money-grabbing business practice puts them on a par with the legendary charlatans of Brake Mastery. I will never go back here, nor recommend them to anyone else. Absolutely shameful.

He was very honest with the condition of my car and gave me a realistic timeframe on how long it may take them to clean my car. I ended up rescheduling it the next day since I had a meeting to attend and it would take a while to get it thoroughly clean. On the day of, Anthony was super flexible. He even showed up 30 min earlier before the shop open to wait for me. After I dropped my car off, he dropped me off to whichever location I wanted to go...and even picked me up when my car was done!
