This business claims to do residential tinting I ask for a quote send measurements and pics I never got nothing back just a generic reply , I had my car windows tinted before they did a good job . But the owner is cheap and refuses to hire receptionist loosing a bunch of business because he can be in two places at the same time installing tint or answering the phone . Every time you come in there's nobody to attend or welcome you it's just him in a hurry it sucks because the business has potential to be better also it looks run down needs remodeling asap read more

Not the worst service I've had in a while but definitely not the best. I scheduled an appointment to get my windows stripped and tinted and I get there and they tell me that they have so many cars in front of me so... I say well what's the point of making an appointment if you can't get me on the time you scheduled me. Which was fine I just got me an Uber home but then they call and say they can't get my passenger window to roll down. That was working fine before I dropped it off. But then they call me and say it started working and the vehicle was ready. They kept calling and texting to make sure I'm going to go and get the vehicle on time and it was impossible to get an Uber at the time but when I finally got one and I got there... The front two windows did not match the rear windows they were a lot lighter than the rear and I pointed it out to him and they say oh my guys must've gotten confused and just put the same percentage all the way around. I then told them that I was not leaving until they fixed it so he asked if I still have 30 minutes... I was like 30 minutes if we have that much time why were you rushing me to get here and now you want to redo your guys' mistake. He replied that they were just trying to get out a little early but had to wait on other customers anyway so now they had time. So anyways they fix their mistake tint job came out great in general but customer service and lack of communication was not so well and also when I get home I'm checking everything out and like I said tint looks great but for being that everything is machine cut then why was there scrap pieces of tint left crumbled up in the floorboard of my backseat. I like to get what I pay for and pay full price. I have another vehicle that needs some tint work but from the looks of it I will not be bringing it here!!! read more

Pretty expensive and there was some miscommunication that didn't get resolved by the manager but the work is high quality. I paid $400 for a tint job for a small mazda3 sedan and $1,000 for paint protection that ended up only covering a foot off the hood. I was told the hood and the bumper would be $900 and if I paid $100 more I could get the deluxe package that covered the hood, bumper, fenders and mirrors. Turns out it's not the whole hood only a foot up and even parts of the bumper were missing and about 25% of the fenders are covered. I would need to spend more after it was already done to finish it and figure this place is just way too expensive compared to the competition. Didn't want to leave a review for this company. Well atlease until my vehicle issue was resolved but after today's experience I figured why not. Follow me on this Journey..... So after hours of looking we decided to give New Mexico Tint a shot to lace the new SUV with some tint. I called New Mexico Tint and they seemed super polite and told me they had an opening and I could come today. Looking back, most companies are polite until the money exchange hands. Anyways I ventured to the establishment and explained what I want. I didn't realize the different varieties in tint that was offered so the rep gave me the full details and even had a little machine in the corner that allowed me to feel the difference in heat. After a few awkward exchanges between the rep and the owner (felt more like a ruler measuring competition if you catch my drift) I was sold to get the best they had to offer along with the "lifetime warranty " that can replace my tint. I was told by the owner that anywhere from somebody breaking into my car to the kids scratching it with keys it would be replaced. Sounds simple enough right? Well later that day when I went to pick up my son from his grandparents house (y'all know Covid deal, school out, we work from home gotta have the family help out type of deal) and my father in law came out to observe the work. Immediately he started pointing out things scratches, bubbles etc. so I told him what they told me. Give it some time (few weeks) and give them a call if there's issues. About 3 weeks went by and the scratches and bubbles were there and the rear window was peeling up on the corner. I have the shop a call and explained to them what was going on and was told that I needed to wait the full 30 days before they could put on a claim to replace. I also was informed that Warranty work would only be performed Monday-Friday's (what have been nice to know before I swiped my card right) A few weeks later I went back to the shop to show them the damage and see about getting it fixed. When I walked in I noticed a worker walking towards the back so I stood at the front awaiting for someone to come and great me. I noticed through the rear window that the workers were all sitting around the table eating so I sat there in like of site for 4 min waiting. I notice that people from the table would look at me then look down to take another bite hoping someone else would attend to me. So I started to walk around and browse the other things they had to offer. I noticed a book of car ideas (2 of them) so I browsed them for about 5 minutes then walked back to the counter. I sat at the counter for 3 more minutes and other customers started coming in. After an additional 2 minutes the guy I originally spoke to came out and I explained to him what I needed he walked out looked at the car and explain to me the scratches etc was the actual window and not the tint and I probably didn't notice it until the tent was on it. I was hoping they would have at lease exchange to make sure but the owner rolled up and doubled down on the claim. So I put my extreme glasses on and pointed out the bubbles on the window as well as the peeling on the rear from which they would replace those but not the window with the scratches (funny since it's under warranty they would have just did it to double check) anyway angry I had been hustled I set up an appointment for Tuesday Morning (today) I showed up at 10am and told the original worker who had forgotten me once again what I needed. He asked me if I had rear defrosters on the car and I said yes I believe so. He proceeded to walk outside to take a look. Once he took a look he said he needed sunlight to work on the rear window and that it was over case outside. He then looked at me with a straight face and said. "What you need to do is go look at a 10 day forecast and pick a day where it suppose to be sunny and call to see if we have openings" I'm so glad that I had my masked on. I said ok as In "ok are you serious" and the worker walked off... so I got in my vehicle and drove off. Crazy story ain't it? I would recommend going elsewhere and make sure that customers who have paid and not satisfied or honored... I forgot to mention when I went to set up the appointment the owner told him just to take my car in and fix it but the worker was like he's returning not happy so he needs to set an appointment and the owner looking confused said "o, ok yea that makes since" What he should have said was o yea we gotta take these new customers money before we repair a customer that paid in full for piss poor work...if I knew yesterday what I knew today.... o well.. All the guys there rock, thanks Phil for the awesome help with choosing the right package for my car Taking the time to go over all the packages in detail. They fixed the job "A tint Express" should have never done. New Mexico tint agreed with me the quality of work a tint express did was horrible and got me in quickly. The four hours of work a tint express did on my car they re-did it in only one and a half hours. The quality of work was by far better. I recommend going with a different company for your tinting needs. Completely unprofessional. I am not sure how this company is still operating or obtaining new business? We had to schedule two weeks out in advance and they missed their appointment twice, even after we confirmed. A complete NO SHOW with no phone call? We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled and they missed their second appointment, again with no phone call from the company. This is not a legitimate business and they will most certainly be out of business if they continue to treat their customers this way. Call someone else, unless you don't mind taking off work to wait around for a no-show company multiple times. They will waste your time. read more

I was very impressed with this place. I purchased a new car two weeks ago and needed the windows tinted. I called and the man who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was trying to find a time to do my car because they were very busy. He gave me multiple days and times where he would fit me in. I arrived for my appointment and every product was thoroughly explained. I never felt rushed or that I needed to buy the most expensive tint. I think I did buy one of the most expensive but that's because I was impressed with the demonstration and liked the look. I was told it would be two hours however it was done in less than one! They have a comfortable waiting area with tv, couches, and WiFi. We did a walk around before I left and everything looked great. It had a haze and a small ripple on one window which is normal and it has already cleared up. The tint also comes with a lifetime warranty. Very happy with this place. read more

Bought a new car and needed it tinted. These guys did a fabulous job. My only gripe is that it took the bubbles longer than expected to leave my tiny. My other problem was that their in house internet used was not secure there fore they could not safely run credit card charges. So I had to go out and get cash to pay them. Small hassle. Now I bought the protection plan and my dog has scratched it so now I have to taken it back in to get fixed. I am hoping this process is just as easy as buying the tiny. read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I brought my car in a couple months ago and the first time I got it done there were bibles in the back window. I took my car back to go get it fixed and when they returned my car to me with my back break light broken off. I called and asked them to fix it and they denied breaking it. I tried to get a hold of the manager for about a month before he finally got back to me. After speaking with the manager they admitted to breaking the light. The manager said he would order the part and fix it. Again it took him another month to get back to me about the problem. When we spoke he said he had the part and would call me again to make an appointment. A few weeks passed and I heard nothing from him so I called again and the manager said they did not have the part in the store. Again another month went by before I got my light finally fixed by them! After everything the manager said he would send me a gift card for Texas Road House for the inconvenience and trouble but I still have yet to receive that and that was 3 months ago!! This place is horrible! The tint job was okay but customer service wise I would rate it a 0 if I could. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!!!! read more

I went to this location a couple days ago to schedule in appointment for 8:45 am for my front windshield to be tinted since they don't ever answer their phones. I came in today two days later from my scheduled appointment and the guys tells me they can get me in at 2pm?? I have a life and a career. I don't have time to come in whenever they feel like. I was scheduled at 8:45 and they couldn't get me in. They guy tells me they moved everything around on him... how the hell is that my concern. I came in two days ago and the whole day was free now I'm being pushed back until two. I do not recommend coming here. They charge almost twice as much as everywhere else for mediocre results. If you tell a paying customer something you need to stay true to your word. I have spent a lot of money here on my two cars and I can assure you I will never come back here again and I will make sure I post this all over the web. Awful place! Steer clear! I called and made a morning appointment and had told the person I would be waiting while they did the tint, however I arrived at the time quoted, only to be told by the worker at the check-in counter I had no appointment at that time and that there were many cars scheduled ahead of mine, and that I was showing on the schedule for last appointment of the day (no where near the time they had told me when I made the appointment). The guy at the check-in counter did not even try to apologize for their mistake and his overall attitude was not friendly or courteous at all! Even more proof this place is not good is that the customer that was waited on ahead of me was there because this place installed the wrong shade of tint and then they argued that it was a darker tint than it actually was. She said she then went to another (competitor) shop for them to look at and confirmed the tint shade was definitely not what the performing shop argued it was and was now back to get it corrected. She also said she had an appointment, for which the worker, like on mine, said there was no appointment on the computer for her and that she would have to leave her car most of the day!
