Five star service for auto window replacement. The service from start (making appointment) to finish (completing the job) was very pleasant. A small rock likely flew into and hit my front window on my small-sized SUV one day. I sort of recalled when that happened but didn't think too much about it as I was looking for a crack but didn't see one. Well soon enough maybe within a week or two later, with temperature fluctuating so much during day and night...that small, not easily seen crack fastly turned into a crack across half of the front window on my car. I called Techna Glass on Monday to tell them about the issue and they confirmed I likely need to replace the whole window as the crack was expanding and cutting across the window already. They were polite in quoting me the prices on the phone and scheduling me a few days later (as they needed to order and get the specific window for my car in first). Well, carless me..I ended up showing up a day earlier by accident. They didn't have the part yet..but although they kindly told me my appointment wasn't until the day after and they they didn't have my part come in yet, they offered to go get the parts right away if I would be ok just waiting a bit the same day and getting out in about a little over an hour as expected. I was really happy and pleasantly surprised they were very accommodating to my error and didn't make much fuss out of it. They also helped explain the day after they would be busy...so it may be better for them with more time to work on my car as well. The process was done in about an hour and the price I paid (~$233 incl tax) was as expected per what they quoted me on the phone 2 days before. They also took the time to explain their lifetime warranties on their windows as well (thank you!). Would definitely stop by here again. The staff was polite, the service was quick..and the price I paid was definitely fair. read more

I came to get my windshield fixed and I had an appointment for 3:00. I was told when I got there that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get done. I waited for about an hour and then had to ask the man to see if my car was finished. I'm not totally sure they were even working on it because I went to look and my car was done but just sitting there. Finally, after an hour and 10 minutes the service man told me my car was ready and I went to pay. He told me that they only had two staff so that was the reason it had taken so long. On this particular day, the air conditioning at this location was not working. It was 95 degrees out and was a miserable experience waiting for my car. All in all, the staff did a good job with my window. It looks really nice. The air conditioning system really needs to get fixed however or people will get very cranky when they have to wait so long. read more

I stopped by their shop and they were super nice, quick and fixed it for free because they put in my windshield originally! Very fair and competitive pricing when compared to their local competitors. Called a half dozen different places for quotes before deciding to go here. My insurance scheduled me same day with this company. They didn't appropriately check me in. Someone just walked up and asked for my keys. No time frame, no request for my name or the appointment. I was then left to sit with no progress for over 2 hours for a process to even start, when done with safelite, took about 35 minutes. Replacing my back windshield on a Kia Soul (not a big window) I absolutely do not recommend this shoddy shop. read more

I got great service and a great price. The driver's side door window of my car got broken and initially I went through my insurance company, Geico. They transferred me over to Safelite AutoGlass because they have a contract with them. The best Safelite could do was get me in a week later and the cost was going to be about $334. So I called around and Techna Glass set me up with an appointment for later in the day and it cost me about $198. From when I got there and until my car was done was almost 2 hours but I'm not going to hold that against them because they don't stock door windows so it had to be delivered. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall I am very pleased with the level of service I received and am even more pleased with the price I paid. read more

I highly recommend. I had my windshield replaced on April 21. They were expecting me at my appointment time and had everything ready for me. They not only matched the quote I had from another place, but beat it. They replaced my glass in under an hour and gave thorough instructions on after care and warranty information. On May 1 I woke up to a crack in my windshield. I was very disappointed, but on my lunch break I took my car by to see what could be done. I fully expected that they were going to charge me to replace the whole windshield, but to my delight they were able to fill the crack in under 15 minutes. At no cost to me! They did the job and they did it quickly. However, they didnt do the little things to make the experience great like vacuuming up pieces of glass or cleaning out the broken glass from inside the door. There is still a ton of glass inside my door and it rattles anytime I close/open the door. read more
