USE DWIGHT'S GLASS!! Do not use mobile screen and glass!! Rip-off!!! Unnecessary added costs!! Victor's default response is no and he has a negative response to every question. I had them out twice to get an estimate to replace 2 glass windows for my front door and both times was told that he would have to ask his supervisor Cameron and that the supervisor would say no. Supervisor Cameron at mobile screen and glass did not even try to contact me until after I wrote a review on yelp! Cameron, you should have contacted me the first time Victor told me no instead of waiting until I posted a review of your abysmal service. Cameron you should reach out to customer personally at the time that you refuse a job. I have no idea what mobile screen and glass is useful for if they will not replace the glass in a window. Dwight's provided the perfect replacement glass at the right measurements and was easy to install and my door is working well and does not need to be completely replaced. SO glad I got a second opinion from Dwight's!! We asked for a quote for a patio Screen Door. Rep arrived on time and suggested Pet Screen as it's more durable. We agreed, he gave us a quote and we set up a time. He came back installed and I said to my husband that I didn't think we got Pet Screen. He called and the Rep said we didn't ask or pay for it? What???? That was what sold us on the $360 Screen Door. Would anyone pay that price for a regular screen door? He agreed to give it to us but made us feel like we didn't pay for the extra and had to come take it down and come back again. I strongly encourage you to get an estimate from Mobile Screen and Glass before you commit to spending thousands of dollars with one of the big window replacement companies. If your window framing isn't damaged or worn out, Mobile Screen can replace just the glass part of the windows for a small fraction (yes really, a SMALL fraction) of the cost of replacing your entire window assemblies. And they'll do it in less than a day. I know this from personal experience. I spent nearly $20K to replace several windows in our previous home. I replaced just the glass part of the windows in my new home for 15% - 20% of what I spent for new windows in my previous home. And the new glass looks GREAT. I needed assistance with a piece of glass which I had measured incorrectly today. I called another glass shop and they quoted me $15 to make a cut to my small piece of glass. I then went to Mobile Screen and Glass on Indian School just east of Wyoming. The gentleman (I forgot to ask his name) who helped me was very kind and offered to make the glass cut without charge. At first, I was surprised by the positive reviews about this company, because when I stopped to talk to the young man who had been sitting in our parking lot for half an hour, he was unnecessarily rude, BUT it looks like these reviews are mostly written by landlords and realtors. If the people who write the checks don't care if the workers are rude to the tenants, that's a different problem. This is what happened: Their truck and some random items were in the middle of the exit lane for 5 cars for about 30 minutes. He had his eyes in his lap, so I assume he was reading his cell phone. I came out of my garage, riding my disability scooter, with my dog in tow, for our morning walk and noticed that the truck was still there. I knew I would need to get out of my parking spot and hoped he would not be there much longer. When we came BACK from the walk, the truck was still there, with the man inside, reading his lap. I approached him, with a big smile and a motion to roll down his window. I tried to talk to him, but he was impatient. He said he would move if someone needed to get out. I was OBVIOUSLY not going to be able to climb 2 flights of stairs to go find him and tell him when I needed him to move, so I opened my mouth to ask him if he would either give me his phone number or if he would prefer that I honk my horn and he could listen for the sound, but he just rolled the window up on me before I could get out the rest of my sentence! I motioned for him to roll down the window and tried again to ask him that question, but he said "I'm finished," and he rolled up the window again, wearing a look of utter disdain! So, of course, I realized he had no intentions of ever moving - especially for the disabled lady on the scooter. Obviously, I was going to have to change my schedule for the day. Thank God I did not have another doctor's appointment. Having to change my schedule was inconvenient, and it meant having breakfast at 3 pm instead of 11:45 - but I couldn't force someone who couldn't even bother to speak to me properly! I had to just pivot and change my plan for the day. When I was a young person, I was especially fond of older people, and I loved listening to them talk. I would not dream of being rude to my grandma or any of her friends! I always felt they had earned our respect, having seen so much of life. My male contemporaries were even MORE kind and sweet to the older ladies they encountered. I am having trouble understanding this trend I am seeing with this segment of today's younger people. Thank God they're not ALL like that! While I was not writing the check for this guy's work today, I have PLENTY of friends in this town who WILL be in the market for these type of services and they will NOT use this company. read more

Good Quality but very Expensive. I had used this company previously with good results, so when I needed 11 small to medium screens re-screened (frames were fine) I went straight to them. They did a great job, but price was over $370! My wife and I thought that was quite high. (I should clarify that I took all the screens to their office, no visits to house by them were required.). We needed a custom sliding screen door for our patio sliding door, because a universal one from a big box store would not work and the store(s) didn't have the type we needed. Our condo complex is a little older, and for some reason the builder either didn't include a screen, or it was damaged and not replaced over the years before we bought the place. Anyway, a family friend recommended this company, so I called them and got an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out. On the appointment day the service tech was on time, thorough, and friendly. He made his measurements, and set the install appointment for the following week. On the date of install the same service tech arrived on time, and due to issues with our existing sliding door frame had to spend much longer than he probably anticipated to make sure the new sliding door fit and worked. I was very impressed that he didn't give up trying to make it fit/work. It wasn't an issue with the new screen door, but our door frame. The total cost was $242.72, which was reasonable to me, especially after the various modifications the tech had to make to the sliding door frame. Screen door looks and works great! would highly recommend this company. Hopefully all their service techs are as good as the one who did our install. read more

I have used this company many times over at least 30 years and they have always been a good company to deal with. Decent prices, good service and results. I have sold my business and apartments, so have not used them in a few years. In the last week I called them on the "off chance" that they might have a part for my out-of-production sliding glass door. Suzanne (an employee there for over 30 years) asked me to send pictures of my broken parts and called me back in an hour to say she had a replacement. Since she saw that I had been a good customer in the past, she gave me a discount when I picked it up...at a price that was better than anything I saw on the Internet...and that turned out to be a perfect fit. Mobile Screen and Glass installed all new windows in our home some years ago, and we were impressed at the time with their management, customer service, and installation team. Unfortunately, we found out way after the fact that our stucco contractor did not do a thorough job of flashing and sealing around the new windows, so with the serious rains a few seasons into things, we began experiencing leakage. Although Mobile Screen and Glass were under no contractual obligation to help us out so many years after installation, they made things right by providing a team of guys to dig out the old stucco and properly flash, foam, seal and restucco around the problem windows. What a pleasure to deal with a family-owned business who runs things with such a high level of integrity and honesty. And who hires such capable and trustworthy (and gentlemanly) workers.
