Tony/ Jose installed 7 windows and did a fantastic job they were fast cleaned up after themselves and were very professional I'm very pleased with there work!

    My new window

I'm going to have to edit the earlier part because Accent SW Windows recently got a new owner. I had a problem with a window in the garage because the frame warped. So my previous pictures showed that. Once Jesse, the new owner, saw my review and heard about the problem he called me, came out himself and ordered a new window. The problem with that particular frame was the acrylic glass block window warped and it warped the frame. I think what happened was the acrylic glass block couldn't stand up to the sun. Anyway they came and fixed it and he did everything he said and the workmen came and showed up on time and it's done. So they did honor their warranty and it wasn't really the frame itself that warped in the first place. I haven't had any problem with the rest of the windows. The picture is added at the end.

We needed a new front door for our new house. The previous owner installed a very cheap door that did not fit the opening and was causing the moulding to break. I learned that fiberglass would be the best option due to the ABQ weather and ProVia is a top-tier brand. I reached out to Accent Southwest and Greg was helpful and accommodating. We got the door ordered right away, but due to Covid, shipping times were pretty slow -- it took 9 weeks -- but we are BEYOND PLEASED with the results! The installers were attentive to detail and the new door fits like a glove. I admire it daily and have gotten many compliments on it. I would definitely use Accent Southwest again!

I'm disappointed in the owner of the company. The service of the front desk, and the windows themself have been great. The stucco, responsiveness, and lack of respect from Jesse have been problematic for me. When we had our windows installed we moved everything to the middle of our home to make room. We came home to a house completely covered in drywall dust that we had to spend the next day cleaning top to bottom. The wrong color trim also showed up for one window (which happens) and they were quick to reorder. Problem I had, was that they left the rest of the door wood laying on top of my couch and pillows and I had to store it for a couple weeks while I waited for the other piece to show up. When we replaced our windows and doors we also decided to have our entire house re-stuccoed since they were going to patch it anyways. The stucco itself looked good, but the guys who completed it made an entire mess of our property. Utilized our hoses and left them unraveled and covered in stucco mud. Got mud all over our wood beams, all over our pipes, our new windows, our shed, etc. When we called and requested them to come and clean it they showed up and barely made an effort. My husband and I decided to clean everything ourselves and needed to sand our wood beams down and stain as well. Shortly after we noticed cracks in the stucco at the bottom of each slider door. We informed Jesse of the cracks and the crew came out to patch. I'm disheartened by the patch work we received and the color doesn't seem to match. I reached out 2-weeks ago and was told that this was passed along to Jesse but I haven't heard back. I feel a complete lack of care now that it's a warranty issue. We'll see how this progresses, but I wouldn't recommend using this company and would recommend purchasing the window brands and having a better contractor for that shows more care for your home install them for you. Overall disappointed and feel like my home wasn't treated with the same respect I see from other reviews.

Had such a great experience with Accent Southwest Windows & Doors! Excellent product! My installers Antonio & Luis, do such quality work. They pay attention to details, they are clean and quick and super polite and helpful. The whole experience was great! And they are a local owned business! Which is important to support right now. Thank you Accent team!

From that point on communication from Window World was a bit lacking. I called them at least 2 times looking for a status, and each time the phone call concluded with a young lady saying "let me do some research and get back to you." Both of those calls were never returned. During the second week of July I contacted Lewis and let him know that we were hearing crickets from Window World. He advised that he would have the installation manager contact me the next day to give me a status report. The next day I received a call from the scheduling manager and she advised that our windows should be in on that day's truck. Long story short, we scheduled the installation for July 14th and 15th. On the morning of July 14th, the crew showed up 15 minutes early. That impressed me. They really seemed to be on the ball. Unfortunately, that momentum quickly faded as the day unfolded. Sometime around 10am the crew removed the three front windows in my living room. They replaced one and left the other two holes wide open for the rest of the day while they proceeded to change every other window in the house. They finally got back to the two gaping holes at about 4:30pm. (..By 3pm I had 10 million flies breeding in my living room and the temperature was a comfy 90 degrees..) I couldn't understand why they removed the three biggest windows in the house and then left the holes for two of them open while they changed every other window. I learned why later in the day. A very annoying part of the entire experience today was that the crew could not have cared less about closing gates. My backyard is set up with multiple gates to make sure that my dogs can't get near the street. Every time they went through any of the gates, they would leave them open. I even asked the foreman to ask his crew to make sure to close gates - because they didn't speak English - but this didn't help. Every time they went through a gate, they left it open. This happened repeatedly. Do none of them have family pets? The real kicker in all of this is that at 5:30pm I was told that the crew didn't have the correct window to fill the last gaping hole in my living room. I tried to call Lewis and went to voicemail. I tried to call Steve and went to voicemail. I called the Window World main office, and they promptly transferred me to...you guessed it...someone's voicemail. Not sure what to do now. Someone is supposed to call me back. On July 15th, after a few more calls, I finally received a return call from Window World and was told that they would need to re-order the missing window. It would take about a month "if we're lucky." I now have a 60" x 43" piece of 1/8" plywood in place of my front window. It hisses when the wind blows and I'm willing to bet it will leak if it rains. I've lived in New Mexico for 47 years and for the first time ever I'm praying that it doesn't rain. To anyone considering new windows in their home, please know that my wife and I are VERY much regretting our decision to go with Window World.

Imagine my surprise when it rained and the leak returned. I had two window companies look at the window BEFORE the drywall was repaired and closed. Everybody said the existing window looked fine. They were wrong. Out of frustration I called Casey at Door and Window Company and he was kind enough to talk me through the issue to troubleshoot it over the phone. He decided to come take a look. It took him less than 10 minutes to discover that the leak was from coming from the window that was less than 10 years old. Not only that, but Casey also determined that the person who installed the window used the wrong window and that is why it was leaking. They installed a block frame window that was allowing water to seep right in. Casey immediately ordered a new window and came back to install it when it came in. From start to finish Casey was a pro who cares. He could have given me the same lip service the other two companies gave me but he went the extra mile to do the job correctly and I am grateful for people like Casey. Honest and professional.

Over the past 8+ months of owning an old home in ABQ, I had debated what I needed to do to upkeep the windows of the home. I had at least several contractors coming out to quote the prices for the windows (none of them was interested in helping me repair the windows)! Interestingly, they all wanted me to replace all the windows..and they all were at least $17K+! One had the audacity to quote $30K on doing replacement of my windows!!! That's a very and extremely significant costs compare to my own home value even! I sat around and really tried to find alternatives. While the idea of having new things enticed me, spending $45K+ to update the home (stucco + windows) alone...is just plain crazy in my mind! So, I looked around for alternatives...and to be honest, there aren't many vendors out there who cared about windows repair at all. Many of them are more for auto windows repair. For the ones that cared about the windows? They seemed to only care if you want to install/get new ones...not repair the old ones! I finally found Daniel's service by looking around the web....on some of his reviews..and took a bullet to call him up. Surprisingly, Daniel was available the next day! He was very communicative with me up to appointment time. He kept me up to date about his whereabout and his time. Honestly, after meeting him in person, I knew it could be very hectic for him. He's a one-person business afterall! So, those of you out there looking for great and fair services who won't treat you like money safe boxes, be persistent! He's the only one doing everything..scheduling, estimating, ordering things, repair, billing, etc! When Daniel came, I was impressed by his politeness. He had 14+ years experience and only started his own business 3+ years ago. This guy is worth the money! He was honest and recommended what needed/could be done with your home windows for sure (no salesman pitch trying to upsell you to replace the whole windows shenanigan!). Daniel took the time 1+ hour to walk thru my home as my home was old and hadn't really been maintained/gotten windows cleaned for so long. At the end, I was very happy with the prices! I saved $15-25K by going with whole house windows repair vs. replacement! Unless you are really particular about having specific or fancy windows, do investigate options to repair them with Daniel first and you won't regret! Let's just say...I'm super thankful for Daniel's service (politeness, honesty and extremely fair prices!) that I'm registering this business for him...just so I can write him a very nice review. I honestly want his business to do super well...since it is extremely rare that I come across such an amazing contractor in every aspect like Daniel! This gentleman is gold! He's your GO TO PERSON FOR WINDOWS REPAIR! Oh...he does both residential and commercial repairs too! So, don't just go to him for homes! Go to him for any building windows repair that you need in fact!
