If Yelp had a rating of 10 I'd give it to Jason and Nerds Unlimited. I have just spent WEEKS bouncing back and forth between Apple and Xfinity, trying to get my new Mac to connect to the internet. After going through any number of phone calls, texts with tech supports, etc., all they could say was it must be my equipment and Xfinity is sending me a new modem. (My 'old' modem is an Arris S33, all of 6 months old.) I finally listened to my wife and after some research called Nerds Unlimited, and in 20 minutes Jason fixed everything. I looked around and after being in CA where there is literally a "computer consultant" in every neighborhood I was worried when I saw that other than the Best Buy geek squad (no dis to them they in ABQ do a good job), there were very few options I would have even considered. Finding someone who is not only technically adept but can also communicate is not always easy. Jason has an impressive skill set that includes technical know how as well as a creative mind and approach. His excellent communication skills (and ability to gear it to the level you need), is a major bonus. Having spent some time learning my new Mac (after working with only PC's for many years), I had reached a plateau. I called Jason at Nerds Limited and had the most positive experience ever with setting up my new laptop and transferring all the data from the old one. I usually drop off my new device at a computer service shop and pick it up 24- 48 hours later, having no clue what the shop/ technician did or didn't do. This time, Jason came to my home, removed all the unnecessary apps and other garbage that is built into new computers these days. He explained what apps I needed for my particular situation and instructed me to send back the Vipre virus protection device I had purchased for a refund, saving me a quick hundred bucks.
