Computers are major purchases where you are spending as much as $3000 or more!!! Thats not chump change in this current economy. However, just because a person may be smart enough to understand everything about motherboards, RAM Memory, and processor chips doesn't mean he knows how to conduct business properly!!! That seems to be the case here! If you are spending hundreds upon thousands of dollars, you want to be assured that you have someone that's going to be reliable and personable enough to answer your basic questions!
