Instead of having me bring it in, or coming to my address, I was given some very, very excellent, and free, advice over the phone! The advice was to return the HP printer; and, exchange it for a Brother printer. I am extremely pleased that I followed the advice given by NMPCMD!! I now have a Brother printer that works wonderfully with my computer, and was easy to set up! THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH, NMPCMD!!!
