Dan was supposed to come to my house at 10 a.m. to fix some stuff on my computer. I called the day before, because I hadn't heard from CJ or Dan. I spoke with CJ about the upcoming appointment. He said, "I think we can be there." WHAT? Well, that made me nervous. The next day 10 a.m. came and went -- no Dan. At 10:15 a.m., I called the shop. He answered the phone. I asked him if he was coming, and he said that he was having a very bad day. And no matter what I said during the course of our basically one-sided conversation, he only said, repeatedly, "I'm having a very bad day." No "I'm sorry." No explanation. No nothing. Just that he was having a very bad day -- over and over and over again. Finally, I said that we needed to reschedule, and we did, for next week. Except -- I AM DONE WITH HIM AND CJ. I initially brought my computer into the store (about a month ago?) to get it fixed. When I got it back home and set it up, I had only MSN and no Google. I had Windows 11 -- not Windows 10, which is what I originally had. And it's not so much that I didn't have Google and Windows 10 -- it's that CJ didn't tell me. And, of course, I've been having a horrible time learning how to navigate Windows 11 (which has hardly been a big hit among users). //// I find it all rather amusing now. And I sure hope Dan and CJ read this review -- because when one of them come to our next scheduled meeting at my house, I won't be there. :-) //// Someone please tell me -- whatever happened to basic manners and customer service? I am SO sorry I ever went to them for help in the first place. They've been NO help at all.
