We had a dryer making noise and not drying well. We contacted Marshall's through Yelp and setup an appointment. Tim was slightly late, but well within the window set up. He got right to work, cleaned the dryer well and replaced some drum parts that had worn down. He also cleaned the vent again and got up on the roof to verify hot air was flowing from the vent while the dryer was in use. Even though he didn't arrive on the hour, he still spent the two full hours making sure the dryer was working its best. He left everything clean. Overall, we are very pleased with the results and will call them again for other appliance repairs. read more

I have to say that Tim did a great job on our appliances. We called Marshall Appliance Repair because our washing machine stopped running mid-cycle. The door locked so we couldn't even get the clothes out. Honestly, we were fully expecting to be told that our washing machine wasn't worth fixing and we should just buy a new one. In a couple of hours, Tim got it running again like new. After that good experience, we asked Tim to do a regular service on our dryer. He was so thorough. I was surprised to see the whole drum removed. Even more surprised to see the amount of lint hidden inside the machine. The vent underneath our microwave had not worked in years. We'd had many repair people try to fix it in the past but with no success. Tim figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly. On top of everything else Tim was a very nice and conscientious professional. We'll definitely be calling him again next time we need an appliance repaired. read more

Marshall Appliance Repair - A look at the inside of our dryer while it was being serviced. - Appliances & Repair Near Me

This family business was exactly what my family needed to fix our oven. Tim was kind enough to also provide parts numbers for me to get a new knob and oven light (he supplied one of his own in the meantime) and allowed me to finish a client meeting while he worked. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. So glad I found them. read more

Absolutely wonderful service. And the dog didn't even bark at him -my dog is a great judge of character! The whole experience was great. I can only give 5 stars. But would give 10 if I could! read more

Our older Kenmore fridge was having problems. I looked over a number of repair companies and chose Marshall. Best decision. Ever. I called, left a message and a half hour later a return call and an appointment set up. Tim called numerous times and texted to get more information so he'd have the correct parts for repairs, if needed. He showed up on time, was extremely thorough, and let us know how to maintain the fridge so it would last another ten years. Exceptional service for the price. Highly professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. read more

Although we did not end up repairing our appliance, Tim was so helpful. Highly recommended!

Awesome response time and genuine care about details, will use again as needed. Price was very fair for the work

They didn't do my service but were very conscientious to keep track of my repair needs.

Outstand work for a fair price. Highly recommend this company. Very attentive to detail.

I have used this company and referred them to a neighbor and we have both been very pleased and impressed with the quality, integrity and value of doing business with them. I trust them so much I check with them prior to even purchasing a new appliance. They are the gold standard of how to do business right! read more

I was looking for someone reliable who doesn't work for a large company that charges huge service fees just to come to your house. Marshall's works for me. Fast, honest, friendly service and fair pricing. I'll use them again. read more

We really needed to have our washing machine repaired, but all the appliance repair places were busy. Our regular one would not come. Mr. Marshall came as soon as he could, and found out what was wrong. It was a simple fix so he didn't charge us any more than the service call. He also showed me how to fix it if it did it again. He was more than helpful. We truly appreciated his work! read more

The light in my refrigerator wasn't working and the ice maker was broken so Tim came over to fix it. He was very professional and completely amazing. I am a renter and it was clear the fridge hasn't been moved in quite some time. He cleaned the vents so it is more energy efficient than it was before, taught me a few things about when to notice future problems, and even adjusted the height of my refrigerator so it closes naturally. He completely went above and beyond. He noticed my air conditioning unit latch was not aligned right and even helped me fix that. As a person who lives alone and not handy, I truly appreciate the care and effort he puts into his work and that he cares about doing quality work. Thank you so much! read more

I highly recommend Marshall Appliance Repair service. My washing machine was leaking. They responded within 24 hours and were able to come out to my home the very next day. They had the parts needed to complete the repair, with them, which was totally amazing. Tim was experienced and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately completed the repair in a professional manner. The repair cost was very reasonable for the work performed. I will definitely call them again for any appliance that goes on "the fritz". I have had experiences with many other appliance repair services and there is just no comparison. Marshall Appliance Repair service is the best, hands down !!! This is the repair service that you have been looking for. read more

Tim was able to come the day I called about a defrosting problem with my refrigerator. This was appreciated since it was leaking water all over the place. He fixed the problem with minimal fuss and made a modification that hopefully will prevent the problem from recurring. In retrospect, maybe a little pricey, but then maybe I'm just out of touch on things like this. Anyway, I'm happy, my fridge is happy and my beer is cold. I would call him again. read more

Tim came today to check out our freezer. It was nice and easy to get a time scheduled. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the problem we have. However, he was very upfront and honest and let us know the next steps we should take to rectify our problem. Very prompt and friendly. He also kept in communication with us between our first call and the appointment date/time. I will definitely call this business in the future should the need arise...hopefully it doesn't. read more

Tim repaired my washing machine on the day after Thanksgiving after it flooded my laundry room. He came on time, put in a new pump and cleaned up the mess. Great job! read more

Unresponsive. Would not respond to calls or texts. The one text he did send was unprofessional in nature. I will gladly pay a little more to get my dryer fixed by someone else. read more

Tim was right in time for the appointment time. He was able to confirm that the icemaker needed replacing and had brought one with him. His work order request asks for a model and serial number and he was prepared. He made a quick install, cleaned a bunch of fuzz from under the fridge, showed me some tips to care for my appliance, and charged a super reasonable rate. Worth every cent and a truly honest guy. Why can't we give six stars? read more

It took two calls and then he couldn't come for a couple of days. But when he came he was systematic and made sure the washer was fixed before he left. In fact, his first fix didn't work, but I appreciated that he stayed long enough to realize that. Others might have called it good and left, but he didn't. And then he changed a capacitor out on the control board (instead of insisting we replace the entire board). He is definitely competent, and he is also friendly. I would definitely call them again. read more

Tim is very competent and as honest as the day is long. Great service and tntegrity! highly recommended.
