These guys are the best that we have worked with, they have helped us out over the past 5 years since owning our home and have installed our dishwasher, helped us out with our heating in the house and most recently helped us with our fridge that got fried by another company's work. They didn't even charge us to come inspect the fridge after making time for us that day, then talked with the previous company to help have them cover the repairs, and are actively helping us find a replacement within the budget. Going to be going through them for everything going forward, I definitely recommend you do the same. read more

Initially this father/son business appeared good although it took them a few days to get to me so I lost a good deal of food that had to be thrown out. they came from Albuquerque to los Alamos to fix my refrigerator. They said they usually come up on Tuesdays and Fridays. They did a quick diagnosis at no charge, this was on a Friday. They purchased a timer on MONDAY, came back up late Tuesday and installed the timer, $370.00. Was glad to have refrigerator again so went to smiths and stocked up again. The fridge was nice and cold but after a cycle it stopped getting cold again. I called them in panic but they said they couldn't get back to me until the next week, so I lost another $150+ in food again. They said a cold controller this time needed to be replaced but couldn't get the part until the following Monday. I accidentally tapped the cold controller (the THERMOSTAT) while placing my water bottle onto the top shelf. The Fridge came back on. So they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. I kept tapping the Thermostat (what they were calling the "cold control" every 4hrs for about 5days to save my food. but because I had to sleep it shut off in the middle of the night and I lost much of my frozen food again (the third time). The following Monday they contacted me saying that the Thermostat was no longer available so the Fridge can't be repaired. Sorry Buddy you're out of luck. Try placing "Duct tape over the cold control.. , were they kidding? My son was surprised that SEARS PARTS wouldn't have a replacement part. My son contacted SEARS PARTS. They had the Thermostat. I texted ADAM from The Appliance Guys, Co. with the information on the part. They confirmed it, I ordered it, it arrived two days later on a Thursday which was lucky since they come to Los Alamos on Fridays. I let them know I had the part. They said they'd be here the next day late afternoon. The next day on Friday, they contacted me to say that they had a cancellation by another person in Santa Fe. So, IT WASANT WORTH IT TO THEM TO COME UP TO JUST REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR. "Great customer service?? " really? As a customer I'm not worth it to them??? Maybe next week?? Meanwhile the Fridge stopped working again, lost more food. they never returned and would not respond to my texts/calls! Consequently, I had to wait another week for SEARS REPAIR TECH to come finish the job, more lost food and another $225.00. The SEARS Tech swapped out the "actual faulty part" with the one my son found from SEARS PARTS DIRECT. The Tech also found loose screws, and missed timer adjustments. Avoid these "Guys" at all costs. Just call SEARS or I've heard DNS repair is good. So, it's off to SMALL CLAIMS COURT we go! Unless I receive a refund and get all the costs of lost food back from Joe and Adam..., "The Appliance Guys". PS, I'm 75, don't need that type of bullshit! Oh yes "No Senior Discount offered" either!! read more

I had an issue with my stove, where my stove would no longer heat up. I messaged the Appliance Guys and received a response very quickly. Within 24 hours my stove was repaired. This father and son duo were extremely helpful, thorough and informative. They also gave me very useful information about my current refrigerator and washer dryer. They also let me know if I have any other issues inside or outside my home, to let them know, and if they could not help me with the issue, they would find somebody who could. I'm very glad that I went with this company and I will be using them in the future. read more

WOW!!! No dishwasher for several days but I got ahold of the owner, Joe Sisneros, immediately. He scheduled me for the following morning. They even arrived a few minutes early to get started. My 4 little doggies greeted them and Joe and son, were so dog friendly! I have a Bosch dishwasher so I needed an appliance repairman who was familiar with them. After just about 5 minutes they determined the problem and it wasn't my expensive Bosch dishwasher but an electric surge problem probably from our recent high winds. No parts were needed! Plus, he gave me some great advice about how to protect my other new appliances in the future. My dishwasher is working fine now. I found him and his son very nice and knowledgeable. Their house call fee was very reasonable. (Another company I'd called wanted almost 3 times the amount and I would have to wait 4 days for their Bosch "specialist" to come out.) I'll call the Appliance Guys from now on since they also service other brands that I have. Very happy with them. read more

The Appliance Guys saved the day!! After being put in a bind by Baillo's, I was frantically calling around to find a place that could install our double wall oven. I must've called 6 places and no one was able to help me until I received the call back from Joe from the Appliance Guys. He reassured me that they would be able to pick up the oven and install it in the time frame that I needed. In fact it was installed within 3 days!! They arrived early and discovered that the oven was slightly larger than the old one. They used their knowledge and skills to get the oven to fit in the existing cabinet space. Joe and Adam were very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done. I would highly recommend using their services. They do installations, repair and sales. Thank you so much Appliance Guys, you went above and beyond!! The Appliance Guys (505)780-9767 read more

Nice guy when he did our initial visit and paid the $65 visit fee. He told me he would try and find parts. He took my solenoid to try and find the part and never got back with me. My wife and I both tried calling Joe over 10 times and every time he didn't answer our phone calls. We left messages. Still no return call. Would not recommend. read more

This father and son team worked me into their schedule. My dishwasher died after 7 years, and since I'm handicapped and cannot reach a sink from a wheelchair. They were here later that same day, and with some tweaking they got the old machine to work. -- but only on an express cycle. The computer board had failed. I asked them about the possibility of purchasing a replacement thru them. They were able to get me a replacement, installed, for $50 more than the Amazon price. And, the $50 covered all of their service call, diagnosis, and replacement and removal! read more

Requested a simple install of a relay board in a stove. I already purchased the replacement part. He told me via text message and he told me he could do on Wednesday between 3 and 4 for $250 I told him that sounded a little steep and he replied that was their rate. But when he didn't show, I contacted him, he said they didn't put me on the schedule because I said I thought the price was a little steep. Now he said they can't come because they are working outside of Santa Fe this week. I'll hire someone else. read more
