You made sure I knew how to send a deposit (cash app, Venmo, smoke signal, carrier pigeon got it ), but not once did anyone mention I should also book a specific design-savvy tech? How would I know who does what? I'm not backstage at your team meetings. I've been here twice. I don't have a favorite yet and I barely know y'all's names. Apparently getting nail art here requires a scavenger hunt, a secret password, and maybe a sacrifice to the design gods. Who knew? Anyway, I've since found a nail tech who understood the assignment and delivers fire designs every time, no hoops, no riddles. So I'm good now. If you like simple designs and don't mind playing Employee Bingo, this place is decent. But if you're into bold, scroll-stopping nail art and expect customer service with a smile? This was the worst salon experience of my life, even compared to visits in different countries. I booked two weeks in advance for a simultaneous manicure and pedicure service. When I arrived on time (actually a little early), I still had to wait 15-20 minutes. After that, they only seated me for a manicure. I asked why, since I had booked two procedures at the same time, and they told me they couldn't do it now. This was a serious mistake by the receptionist, who only booked me for one service. When I asked how this happened and what we were going to do about it, she said they could give me a $10 discount on my next visit. She also said that the Pedicure Top Master would do my pedicure, but only after the manicure. I agreed, expecting at least the $10 discount. But honestly, that discount meant absolutely nothing, considering that instead of 2 hours of service I ended up spending 4 hours there. How is this even possible?? How terrible this was, you can understand yourself. There was no apology--only arrogance and mockery from the receptionist in response to my feedback on Instagram. After this, they suggested that I delete my stories!! And then they decided--oh my God!!--to offer me a free service. Are you serious!??? Never, after such an experience! I would also like to note that the technician, Alina, was inexperienced--she cut every finger and every cuticle until they bled. The manicure didn't last, and it looked terrible. After just two weeks, the tips of my nails had already broken off. I am horrified. This place is expensive, they don't value clients' time, and their attitude is arrogant and disgusting! Never come here. Never!! These are unforgivable mistakes, and salons should be inspected and reported for this. Oh, and by the way! The girls are working there without any documents or licenses! 2 hours for a nail fill, $150 for a job that i literally hate, theyre to short, fat, crooked. Im so upset at this experience. Theres certain things they do that i love like filing and doing the cuticle properly but to charge that kind of money and a customer to leave literally hating it is insane to me. When i addressed the issues to the front desk lady she made a million excuses did not acknowledge the crappy experience i just had just kept justifying and making more and more excuses, zero customer empathy. She proceded to not charge me for the 3 nail extensions i needed which saved me $20, no apologies, no sympathy beyond that. Im just in shock at the horrible customer service Not to mention they charge a $30 deposit to book an appointment Never heard of that in my life. read more

I'm sitting in between never coming back to maybe I'll try a third time. Can't say the quality isn't there. There's a bit of a language barrier and the receptionist leaves so much to be desired on the customer experience side. Perhaps she's busy managing two locations? Perhaps she's overwhelmed? Something is missing at this salon that makes it a hard decision to comeback and it's not the staff cuz they're friendly and like I said the quality is there. It's pricey so I'd say there's more to be desired here. I paid $400 for mid-level gel-x, pedi and very basic sticker nail art on 2 fingers for my 8yo. read more

They do a good job! They really are good but NEVER in my life have I had WATERLESS pedicure. I've never even heard of it! (That's literally the best part, soaking and getting your feet rubbed.) They don't do that here, this is my first time so I didn't know and I already paid half of the cost for the pedicure, when I made my deposit to book the appointment. $70 for a pedicure is INSANE but I'll do it if it comes with all the things I'm accustomed to. Such as sugar/salt scrub, paraffin wax and a massage! (And I only pay $35 for ALL of that!) For there to be NONE of these services included in the price this is outrageous!!!! Went the day before my wedding was so disappointed but to late to make any changes. Been doing my nails for over 15 years and wished I would have stuck to my regular spots Had a pedi appointment at 2pm which went well and a gel X extensions after. I left at 7pm, ridiculous!!! The reason I decided to go was do to a design they posted on IG (false advertising) wanted the same thing 3 hours later different techs struggle with airbrush machine none could get it done. Blamed it on the machine... tech ended up do swirls on my nails that look like a 2 year old did it And to top it off left hand pinky is crooked and longer than the other nails. Tech didn't speak English so could no communication with me manager had to translate and was bothered by it. Her whole attitude changed after I asked for owners information and she handed me a card with her own info and never provided owners info. Paid and left mad. Then I get a text saying she forgot to credit my deposit... if I wanted to save it for next time or to Zelle me the money. There will not be a next time!!! Beautiful looking place horrible service. Came here today to have sugaring done with Victoria and she was amazing. This was my first time having this done and I told her right away that my pain tolerance is pretty much nonexistent. The legs and underarms were bearable but I seriously struggled with the Brazilian (apparently pain sweats are a thing). She talked me through the whole session which helped and gave me breaks when I needed it. All 3 areas took an hour which felt like an eternity but I'm grateful Victoria was so patient, kind and professional. Wow, I'm so lucky I found this place. I have heard of lymphatic drainage for the face and body before and finally tried it after one of my friend revealed her secret to perfect skin and no cellulite on her body. The first service I tried here is their Buccal face massage with Svetlana. It's 90 minutes of lymphatic drainage/massage of the face and specifically focusing on massaging the mouth area. I was totally curious about the service and let me tell you that immediately after I did it I looked 10 years younger. I'm not even kidding, I was glowing, I was plumped, my dark circles were gone, and I just looked youthful. The process was so relaxing. I plan on booking the service every week, it's better than spending money on a bunch of ridiculous products. After seeing the result from the Buccal face massage I decided to do the cellulite/lymphatic drainage of the body. Their cellulite focused lymphatic drainage is not a relaxing massage haha. Angeline does a lymphatic/cellulite focused massage that is intense and then applies this specific gel and wraps your body in Saran wrap. You then sweat it off In a heat body wrap. Again I was totally hooked on this and plan on booking as many treatments as I can afford because although I am sore from the massage, when I pinch my thighs my cellulite is 50% less visible. It's like my skin is smoothed out. The last thing I tried believe it or not is their European facial. It's was the longest and most amazing facial!! There is not a service Olga didn't do on me. My face was so clean afterwards and glowing since then. This review is as real as it gets and I invite anyone to message me about their services, honestly I have been looking for the secret as to why Russian women are so beautiful and youthful, now I get it. I like the place it's very big, the energy once you walk in feels very positive and it's very well illuminated. Next day I went and Svetlana did my facial the best ones I had and this is my new favorite place. I went to this spa because it was recommended to me and it was the best decision. Olga, the owner, was very kind. I had acne and I was desperate and She calm me down and explained me step by step why I had it and she gave me a specific facial to eliminate it and great products for my skin. After a couple of times with Olga and Svetlana the acne was gone. And for me was easy to go to the spa because you have everything there, they also do your nails. read more

Had such a great experience at Benevolence Studio! The studio is extremely clean and follows all COVID protocols. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in their craft. I went for eyelash extensions with Dasha and absolutely loved how they came out! Dasha was very friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first experience with eyelash extensions.
