Armine, the owner, personally did my treatment and she was amazing very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire service. Honestly, I want to gatekeep so that I can continue going without fighting for an appointment but that would be uncool because Lilith is nice and does great work and my nail art looks amazing. A week later still in perfect shape. Had a mani/pedi and also got my eyebrows waxed. My eyebrows came out a little uneven and too short on the ends. I recently purchased a Groupon for Scalp Treatment at this location. Even though it was for one hour, including a mini facial and neck massage, it was about a two hour process because of the amount of hair I have. I wasn't rushed at all and the stylist even made me a fresh pot of tea while she dried my hair. This salon was clean and smelled good and I would recommend this as a place. I have had Scalp Treatment in the past and there was more focus on the scalp treatment and the hair and less massaging but if you're looking for a full service, this was really nice read more

I just had a scalp treatment with Armine. She was just AMAZING at what she did. I had never relaxed the way I just did with her. She spent time actually working on my scalp, massaging my head, neck and shoulders. She even put a hand and face mask during the whole time of the scalp treatment. I don't like giving negative reviews but I'm really upset with my experience here. I went to get a basic mani-pedi and my nails never really dried. They don't have any drying tools and just use a basic hand fan. I smudged my nails getting my wallet out to pay and they touched them up before I left. Unfortunately whatever they did with the touch up ruined those nails and they were completely chipped only TWO DAYS later. I have never had a manicure in my life that only lasted 48 hours. It's unacceptable. The pedicurist also cut the nailbed of my toe and it started bleeding. She never acknowledged it or apologized, and now I have a bloody scab making my toes look ugly. Also the prices on their website aren't updated. The services cost more in person. The staff was nice and the place seemed clean, but that's not enough to make up for such poor quality service. I won't be visiting again and don't recommend it. read more

Honestly the women that work here are very sweet i have nothing but good things to say about them they offered refreshments and accommodated my last minute appointment , but my nails did not last at all! I came here because it's way closer to my house than my usual nail salon but within a week, 1 of my nails popped right off, then the next day another one popped off. With my usual place i get gel x as well and they last over 2 weeks with NO lifting at all. I'm at two weeks and 5/8 of my nails are lifting and getting caught in my hair! They have so many beautiful nail colors but i would say the quality & or application is just not the best read more

They were very sweet, professional and gave exceptional service. My nails were in horrible condition when I arrived but now they look great! And the gel polish does not start a mile away from the cuticle which they do at many salons here and you end up looking with outgrown nails a day after. Not here! This was the worst fill I could have ever gotten! First the lady kept making my nails bleed. (In photos my cuticles are still extremely swollen and red after 6 hours). Instead of soaking off my gel polish she insisted on scraping off my gel polish. The technician lady kept repeatedly saying that the nail machine she uses always makes people scream! I've had my nails done hundreds of times and this has never happened. On top of that, The Gel polish kept bubbling and the owner kept apologizing and changing the color. Finally after 3 hours (for just a fill) I left, only to have my gel polish chipping from the bubbles. Tonight, my hands still burn from all the bleeding and my "gel" is cracking off. My nails are totally bumpy and look horrible. I do not recommend this place, not even as a last resort. Save your money. read more

The charged more monitoring " remove my acrylic but she didn't she just filed it down my hell nails broke down after 2 days and I had to go to my regular nail place to do it all over again . Came here on Saturday as a walk-in at almost 2pm, was told they couldn't see me because they had appointments coming in (they closed at 5pm). Cool, called to make an appointment as soon as I got home and they gave me one for Monday at 6pm. I show up and the place is closed. Called to see what was going on and the lady said she couldn't have gave me an appointment at 6pm because she closes early on Mondays. I find it very unprofessional on your behave to be giving out appointments if you closed your business early on specific days. Remind you it says open till 7pm. Wanted to give this place a try because it's so closed to my house, but after todays second chance, I rather not. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. When I walked in the heavy lady in front was extremely rude I said hi to her and she completely ignored me. The older lady that did my nails was super nice but I don't think she knows what she's doing I have cuts on my hands and feet. They hurt so bad today too bad I had this done for a bday party today and my hands look a messy with cuts. I wouldn't come back here. The manager now said that this could of happened to me anywhere? I've been to other salons and haven't received this treatment of my cuticles being cut and bleeding. If she actually took the time to read her other reviews she would see that this has happened to other customers. And not because of my "sensitive" skin.
