Yes, so happy to have Bene's in Cheney! We had the breakfast burger, sweet special, and bacon and eggs. I know...they specialize in eggs Benedict and why didn't we order them you say? The answer is simple. If they can't make the basics right, why try the others, is my thought. Well, they've passed the test and definitely a must return place for us. 4 out of 5 stars? I love Eggs Benedict. I've been blessed by my father for making the best restaurant style bene's I've ever had, so I'm always on the search for the best Benedict. When I heard Bene's opened in Cheney, had to check it out and boy was it worth the drive. Super cute classic banquet style dining area, friendly staff greeting & serving you, and a huge choice of Eggs Benedict, your regular breakfast items, and a fantastic lunch menu. I had the Chorizo Benedict, served on delicious fried tortillas, a great spicy twist of Eggs Benedict which was just as good as your classic, can't wait to go back and try them all!! read more

Bene's is neat and clean and the staff are attentive and welcoming. It feels like a place you are going to have an amazing meal, right down to the delicious smells and orange juicer that you notice as you enter. The food did not disappoint - I had traditional Eggs Benedict with home fries, it was perfect! The menu is exhaustive (next time I plan to try a country Benedict over a biscuit) and includes WAY more than variations on bene's. I will definitely be driving over from Spokane to eat this food again! read more

Been here a couple of times and have enjoyed it both times. They have a great breakfast menu with lots of variations of Eggs Benedict that are fun to try. Food comes out fast, and the service is great. Definitely worth the drive out to Cheney. We will make the drive regularly. read more

Bene's has AMAZING breakfast! I have not had their lunch yet, but I'm sure it is really good too. My husband and I always get some type of poached eggs, my favorite being, the California style. There is a delicious sauce they use on the Cali plate with avocados and turkey..so good! Best breakfast place around! read more

So we are from Arizona and had time to kill before our flight home so we looked at Yelp and saw Bene's had good reviews and my wife likes eggs benedict so why not. I am so glad we did it ended our trip on a good note. The food was delicious and the only thing I am mad about is that I do not live there to go back and try more options. My wife got the country fried steak (CFS), I got the Firehouse(maybe Fireman?) and my daughter the California one. Note: My daughter is not fond of eggs....and I am not fond of traditional holindaise sauce. That being said she was raving about it and so am I here in this review. Delicious....if I ever do make it back I would love to try the Waffles as I saw some go by that looked delicious. I also think this restaurant would kill it in Phoenix....so I recommend expanding.... read more

$60 for 2 breakfasts was a little steep. The orange juice machine was interesting. They say that the 100 folds in their chef's hat represents 100 different ways to cook an egg. But when we asked for a Denver omelet, they said it was impossible to make one on their grill. ??? What, they have no pan? I could show them how to make one on a grill. Not a problem. Service was slow. Food wasn't hot. Butter wouldn't melt on the waffle. Eggs were under-cooked. Won't be back. read more

I'm not a big benedicts person, but The Eagle breakfast is delicious! Those home fries are incredibly good. They also recently got a machine to make fresh squeezed orange juice, which I absolutely love! The prices are super affordable (especially if you do the Early Bird Special), and the folks there are incredibly friendly. I'd go there every weekend for breakfast! read more

Love this place! It's run by locals, who are friendly and fast and serve up great meals at a fair price. Their drip coffee is outstanding that we bought a bag to brew at home. It's nice, casual dining environment, the people who run it are super casual and just wear aprons and the food is pretty stellar. They have tons of benedicts to chose from, two of our favorites are the Fireman's Benedict and the other was the chorizo benedict for some spice. They have all kinds of other benedicts and breakfast options to chose from. The cool thing is, you can get lunch also if you'd like. My only suggestion is to not used processed cheese on their hamburgers, use real cheese. But the bun on the burger was a fluffy bakery style bun and the bacon was nice thick cut breakfast bacon on it. Great fries and onion rings also. Great small town breakfast food served up quick and they were busy too! We liked it so much we went back twice and the owner/waiter guy recognized us. Friendly staff it's like going to someone's house for brunch. It's definitely worth a short drive off the main I-90 to eat here. I love small locally owned businesses and want them to succeed! We found them off Yelp and I want to add another 5 star review for the owner's and staff of Bene's! If you want some good breakfast food at a small personable dinner then look no further. Very adjacent to campus and infused with Eagle spirit, the dining room is bright and medium size. We were quickly seated and handed menus with the greatest list of Benedict dishes I've ever seen and it would take many visits to try them all. Our food was delivered quickly and was delicious. The food is not bad but the very first thing you see when you walk in the door is the coffee cup that they use to serve you coffee is rim down on the table. If you want coffee they flip it up and pour you a cup. Tables are gross. This immediately turned me off and no one got coffee at our table. Would suggest bringing out cups if someone orders it OR putting rim side up on the table so people know that our mouth will not be on a frequently used table. read more

Born and raised in Cheney and it's about time we got a good breakfast place! I got the cure all with bacon and a huckleberry waffle and the home fries. So good!!!! Everything tasted so fresh and I loved that the cook in the back was listening to Disney music!! Also LOVE that it came with 4 slices of bacon, most places only come with 2 and it's never enough. I recently had breakfast at Bene's with two friends. The name "Bene's" points to their specialization in Eggs Benedict. Service was efficient, courteous, and friendly. We ordered three different breakfast items, a Combo Sweet waffle, a Country Benedict, and a CFS Benedict. All three entree's were served hot, and were very tasty and plentiful. I asked for jam and was given some of their homemade strawberry jam which was wonderfully delicious. I shared it with my friends who concurred. To sample another favorite menu item, we also got an order of Fried Onion Rings. The price was a bargain, and the quality was excellent. All three of us wished that we had tried their "fresh squeezed" orange juice. Although this restaurant is somewhat small and plain, you will not be disappointed in the wonderful food and service. We loved the food!! but we felt that for the money that we paid that a serving of meat should be two slices of bacon or two links instead of one and that for a serving of egg, it should have been like two eggs because I had scrambled and it was barely anything! Since we heard this place was opening we wanting to try it out knowing that some of the former employees of Kalico Kitchen in Spokane had opened it. Kalico is a pretty solid breakfast spot, but the wait is usually very long due to the large following it has in town. This place was great in that we were seated right away, quickly attended to, and our food came out fast and hot. Not only that, but my basted eggs were cooked perfectly as were my hashbrowns. The sausage was also delicious. My wife also seemed to really enjoy her country fried steak benedict. I recently read a review from another recent patron of this location who made a mention of the fact that properly cooking eggs is something that nowadays gets passed over and forgotten. Having eaten breakfast at almost every spot in town at least a few times each, I couldn't agree more. However, Bene's perfectly basted my eggs. They were great, the server was very nice, and the pricing was affordable. Can't wait to go back! read more
