Love this family diner in the heart of Spokane near the Davenport properties and the mall. Food is always great and the staff is so friendly. It's not a super loud place but it is good for kids. Customer service and ambience are wonderful.. a lot disappointed in my "avocado toast" and eggs. The pictures they have are of a true avocado slices or pieces.. but it's really just an avocado mash.. nothing what i was expecting and just okay. The scrambled eggs also tasted like powdered eggs which is a disappointment for a resturant eggs.. the bacon on the other hand was delicious. I might give then another try and try the breakfast burritos. read more

Holy heck this restaurant is so delicious! I was shocked to see that had anything lower than a six star review. The convenient location, the deals associated with hotel guests, and the food itself!?!?!! Wow. I got the veggie lover burrito and man was that thing loved by me, a veggie. I'll start with the good - no waiting when we arrived. The gal at the order counter was nice enough, but so slow!! The food was ok, probably on the same level as the free breakfast you'd get at the Hampton Inn. The bad was it took an inordinate amount of time to get our food. And, while we were waiting my son went up to the counter to get something to go, but the line was long and the counter lady had disappeared. He waited for at least 15 minutes and finally gave up. The bad part was the price. For three of us it was $80 with a tip. OMG! Definitely not worth 80 bucks. Go somewhere else, I think it explains why there was no line when we arrived.... As for the restaurant itself, it Was like eating in a cafeteria - not overly inviting . No one comes by to ask if anything is needed or OK. read more

Quaint breakfast spot on old downtown. Nice they open at 7a as a posed to my hotel at 8a. They open the doors a few minutes before 7a on the day I visited. Good to get out of the cold. You order @ counter for your meal and take seat with a number. You will be brought to you. Drinks and coffee you fill yourself, endless refills. Coffee was hot and great to see a variety of sugar and sugar substitute options (stevia and Splenda). I ordered Build Your Own breakfast. Opted for eggs, bacon, and biscuits/gravy. Great spot for breakfast or brunch in downtown Spokane! Come hungry because these portions are BIG! Prices are reasonable and the space is clean and modern. The service was friendly and fast and the food was great-eggs cooked to order, delicious hash-browns and thick fluffy French toast. It's almost like a self serving cafe. Great customer service, answered all my questions for breakfast. Patient and friendly. Will come again when able, it's close to the hotel where we stay. Food was not very good. Scrambled eggs tasted like and looked like powdered eggs, worse than a free breakfast in Las Vegas. The hash browns were not very well cooked. Asked for turkey bacon and that was a mistake. Orange juice tastes like it came from a can or large container. Pancakes were ok. For a $16 breakfast would have expected better. I was nervous about eating here, because at noon there was maybe one person in the restaurant. However, the service was fast and courteous and the food was great! I ordered the avocado toast. I'm not sure the toast was buttered as advertised, which would have made it the best, but it was tasty nonetheless, the portion size was perfect, and the berries with it were fresh. My friend had pancakes and she ate every bite. Again the portion size was perfect, and everything was reasonably priced. I'm perplexed why it wasn't busier!! read more

This is a smaller place, a little out of the way if you're staying at the convention center, but it's an easy walk. They serve breakfast and lunch. I tried their Godfather sandwich and I was impressed. A good balance of all ingredients that came together well. A co-worker tried the BLT and enjoyed it as well. Service was fast, which was nice. I've visited the restaurant several times as I stayed at the Ruby hotel next-door. The staff is very pleasant. The food is good and the service is fast. One time my food was late. They were very apologetic and gave me a free meal. Would def recommend. read more

This has the potential to be a great breakfast, but slow service did it in. I came here due to a breakfasts coupon from a nearby hotel, and the menu and quality of ingredients looked good. The problem was waiting 35-40 minutes for a pretty normal breakfast. They weren't particularly busy, and judging from others sitting around that seemed pretty typical. I was willing to give them some Grace about being short staffed, as I saw only one guy running out the food, I was wondering if he was also the cook. But when my food did come out (brought by the cashier) it was lukewarm and has obviously been sitting around for a while. Also, when I left I saw there were two cooks in the kitchen, so I'm not sure what the problem was. Because of that the quality was only so so. I really hope I just caught them on a bad today because this has the makings of a very nice place, but my rating is based on my one experience. read more
