Great Friday evening spot. The theming and restaurant layout were perfect, I felt like I was going over to a friend's house for dinner, very cozy! The food was phenomenal. The drinks took sometime to arrive to our table but I'm assuming the bar was just slammed because our waiter checked in on us with appropriate frequency, I wish I could remember his name to give him a shout out. Notes: the restaurant was quite loud, granted I went on a Friday evening, but there's not much space between tables so I wouldn't go there to discuss anything, catch up with an old friend, or on a first date. The bread was slightly disappointing, ours was quite hard to cut and not warm, and the butter also was quite cold, making it difficult to spread on the bread. The taste was great, but those factors could easily be amended and didn't impact my experience very much overall, just minor suggestions.

Dined in the new Garden Bar recently and had an enjoyable time. The cocktails were absolutely delicious and our server was friendly, but there were a few misses this time. 1. The complimentary bread was very cold. 2. The Caesar salad tasted fishy, not the usual salty anchovy flavor. 3. The space is very loud. We'll still return, of course, but would really love warm bread as an option.

    Luna burger.

Dont get the burger if you come here. Everyone I was with loved their meals, and I got the kale salad as well which was very tasty. But the burger came out somewhat cool and with very little toppings and sauce. I was disappointed. But I seemed to be the only one who felt that way. Place is very cute and staff was very friendly! Burger was just disappointing especially for $23.

Went out to diner with our friends. We had reservations (recommend highly to do this). They are open 4:00-8:00 so not a big window of time. Had a Bloody Mary ( I believe it was 18.00...Just for a regular one) I had a Luna salad...delicious Then I ordered the clams and coconut prawns (appetizers). The clams were okay. Lots of empty shells. I was sad. Prawns were okay as well. I felt they were a bit over cooked and hidden in a pile of rice and greens! Service was on point. We were seated in a back area that was not well lit for us young seniors to see. It was also a bit loud, not really sure why we felt that way. Acoustics maybe? Might try to go again. It was a nice restaurant.

Beautifully decorated restaurant with unique and delicious cocktails! The Head Over Heels and There and Back Again drinks were sweet and not strong. Food prices were a little high for the smaller portions and quality, but we really enjoyed the melt-in-your-mouth oxtail sliders and rich crab pasta. Staff was very attentive as well!

Luna is our favorite restaurant in Spokane and our go-to spot for special occasions. Everything we've ordered here has always been excellent. This time we started with the oysters and Caesar salad, then had the burger and fries and the steak flatbread for dinner. Everything was delicious. Service was great as always and the vibe here never misses.

We haven't been to Luna in forever even though it's a 10 min for us. We celebrated my husbands birthday. The food was phenomenal, the service was excellent and the ambience was so lovely, we sat in the patio. I had the curry seafood I've never tasted anything so good! The salmon was perfectly poached and there was no sand in the clams, the sauce was a very light curry coconut broth. My husband had the filet cooked medium rare (came out more on the medium side, but that's ok) There was no knife needed for the steak, it melted in your mouth. He had a nice crisp beer and I had the Cheshire Cat, both great options. Desert was a flourless chocolate cake. Everything was so good! Our server was so nice and attentive, I wish I remembered her name. Kudos to the chef!

Food was amazing. Kale salad shared. Seabass, salmon and filet were all exceptional cooked and presented. Portions on the smaller side. Old fashion excellent even with house bourbon. Porch atmosphere nice.

Thought since we were seated out of the way we would have slow service, but that was not the case. Our server was quick, knowledgeable and very attending. Very cute building and very welcoming atmosphere. Not too busy early on a Saturday, but it quickly filled up. The four of us in our party were seated right away and immediately greeted with menus and coffee. Very friendly staff and our coffee was never cold! Menu was typical for a breakfast and lunch place and not overly complicated. Our order was taken and delivered quite quickly and the food was piping hot. Eggs were cooked perfectly as were the hashbrowns. Omelette was stuffed full and delicious. Pancakes were fresh and fluffy. One of the things that I particularly noticed was the cleanliness of this place. Sometimes, when a business has been around for a while, it just can get neglected. Cobwebs in corners, dust on light fixtures, etc., but not here! It is apparent that they take great pride in keeping a clean dining room. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be going back!

Honestly, Wooden City really lives up to its hype. It's an upscale spot right in downtown Spokane,…read morebut still feels warm and lively instead of overly formal. Definitely one of the best-quality restaurants in the city, where every dish was thoughtfully made and packed with flavor. What we ordered: Starters: - Spring Salad: Super fresh and well-balanced. The snap peas were crisp, with strawberries added for sweetness, and the goat cheese + pistachios gave it a creamy, nutty contrast. The lemon & tarragon vinaigrette tied everything together with a light, herby flavor. - Jerk Cauliflower: Crunchy cauliflower with Caribbean spices with a creamy jerk sauce, good as a side Appetizers: - Peel 'n' Eat Shrimp: Really juicy and spicy from the Cajun spice. There's butter to dip in but I found it too greasy and prefer lemon instead. - Blistered Hungarian Peppers: Smoky pepper with some sweetness and savory from the sausage and cheddar. Served with a toasted focaccia that soak up all the sauce. Main dishes: - Chicken Schnitzel: One of the must-orders. Crispy, golden breading, super tender inside. The lemon & caper butter sauce added acidity and richness that elevated the whole dish. Yoy have to order extra because it's never enough for the table. Yes, it's that good. - Marbled Duroc Pork Chop: Another favorite . Juicy and tender, with 'nduja salsa brava bringing a spicy depth, while lemon tahini and marcona almonds added creaminess and crunch. I always missed tasting this dish like my first time - Beet Ravioli: Earthy and slightly sweet flavor, nice texture but I hate goat cheese so I'm not really a fan of this dish - Pesto Bacon Pizza: Delicious crunch, loved the combo of mozzarella and gorgonzola, kind of creamy with a bit of funk. Balsamic do help balance and gave it a sweet tangy flavor, or else it would be too heavy for me (yes, not a pizza fan) Drinks & Dessert - Not Mai Tai mocktail: very aesthetically looking drink, but a bit too sweet to my liking - Apple crisp: cozy and warm, with baked apple & pecan crumble and served with vanilla ice cream on top. Delicious ice cream. - Pumpkin cheesecake: My 3rd favorite of the night, I still dream about it!! Rich, smooth, and perfectly spiced, you shouldn't skip this!!! That said, I do have to take away a couple points for timing. Our foods took 45 mins to come out even though I had reservations and note the menu items via the email, and the wait time between each dish was also... very confusing. It broke the flow of our meal. But once the food hit the table, it was hard to stay mad, so I forgave them.

Tonight was just so strange. First, I had no idea who was an employee. There were two girls that were going around together over and over, they kept stopping at tables so I think they worked there...but they never had anything in their hands. Our server seemed to keep forgetting we were there. Or just forgetting she was employed in general. Seriously just not with it. She was very nice...when she remembered we were there. I will say the pizza crust tasted amazing. So many places that serve pizza think of the crust as just something to put toppings on, but this had great flavor. Sadly, it was rolled too thin and said toppings made it somewhat soggy. Caesar salad was ok. Romaine was really fresh and crisp and the homemade croutons were still a little warm. Very good. However, the dressing was rather bland. And when I asked for pepper for it, our waitress first had it in her head that I expected some kind of peppers on my salad. When she finally understood I meant black pepper, she went away. Eventually she returned. Not with a pepper grinder or a shaker, but a sauce bowl that had about 3 tablespoons of black pepper in it. I wouldn't use that much pepper if I cooked for myself for a week and used it with every dish. Had to ask for knives for some of people's meals. I will say the spicy lamb rigatoni was amazing, pasta just right and the sauce and flavor was peak. I am just not sure what to say, other than this was the strangest and most disorganized dining experience I have ever had. I think if a grown up showed up and brought the kids into line, this place would be amazing. Also, for what we paid, I expected to be wowed, not left wondering what I just experienced.

I went back for the first time in about four months and had one of the worst dining experiences I can remember. I won't be returning. It was a Sunday afternoon. There were people in the restaurant, but it wasn't busy by any stretch. I had actually recommended it as a place to meet friends, and now I'm honestly embarrassed that I did. Service was terrible from the start. I ordered a glass of red wine and it took 35 minutes to arrive. I drank it, but didn't even consider ordering a second because I knew I'd be ready to leave before it showed up. Waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine is just ridiculous. Our appetizers came out after an hour and were ice cold. Not slightly cool. Cold. We didn't feel comfortable eating them, but couldn't even send them back because our server never came by to check on us. Our entrees showed up another 30 minutes later and everything was cold or room temp. How do you mess up tater tots? Again, no check-ins from the server until we were clearly done and asking for the bill. To top it off, when we paid, the server returned the wrong credit cards to the table and had charged each of us incorrectly with someone else's bill. Listen, mistakes happen. You can mess up appetizers, food, or even service on a bad day. But I draw the line at waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine and being completely ignored the entire time. I will not be coming back, and I definitely won't be recommending this place again.

Every time I've been in, the staff has been warm, attentive, and somehow manages to make you feel like you matter without hovering. I would LOVE to know what freezer is producing meals this fresh and this good because I'd like one installed in my kitchen immediately. I just found out they make their own cheese. Everything I've had has been thoughtful, flavorful, and clearly made by people who actually care. I have quite literally planned my day around my dinner tonight. Zero regrets. Also, moldy fruit? Stale buns? Be serious. If anything, I've had the opposite problem of trying to pace myself because everything tastes like it came out five minutes ago. What actually stands out about Remedy is the atmosphere. It feels like somewhere you want to linger. It's one of those rare spots that still feels human, not corporate, and that's probably why people keep coming back. Anyway, if this place is secretly a "private social club," then I guess I'm honored to have accidentally earned membership through the radical act of enjoying good food and kind service. 10/10. Will continue to return, bask, and eat my weight in food. Sorry to be snarky, but I have a real problem with people that nitpick and leave exaggerated reviews just to be that person. The decor is stunning, with many photo frames hanging, candles, open kitchen and bar, looks very fancy. Definitely gives an "anniversary" energy. The restaurant is a family-style setup, so it's better to go with a group of friends and sharing, and that you can try more dishes. Reservations are a must, as it gets busy fast. What i tried: * Starter: Caesar salad and ricotta focaccia. Both solid, but that focaccia really stands out - soft, rich, a bit sweet and super satisfying * Pasta: Both alla vodka and bolognese are very delicious, comforting and well-balanced, I couldn't stop eating. But the limone (lemon butter pasta) was a bit too disappointing. I had one in April 2025 and I remember it was so delicious, but this time it isn't as good. * Appetizers: Dante's meatballs are must try here, HUGE, super tender, flavorful and sitting in a bright, tangy tomato sauce. Very classic but addictive. This is also my first time trying arancini (fried rice ball with gouda and pepper), which had a nice crispy outside with a creamy texture inside. Also highly recommend you should order it here. * For main dishes: We had NY steak, a bit too salty though it was cooked perfectly. Franzino (pan seared fish) was fresh and delicate with lemon, butter, and capers. I also tried the chicken parmigiana and it's always my favorite thing here, crispy, cheesy, and very comforting. * Cocktails were just as good as the food. I had Sorella gin martini and Hugo spritz - both delicious but Hugo spritz was my favorite, a bit sour from lemon and refreshing from mint - a good paired for all the food I got. * Dessert: I tried both vanilla gelato and lemon sorbet. Average, nothing too exciting. Overall: great spot for a date night or group dinner when you want good Italian food in a fancy restaurant in Spokane! Highly recommend.

But this restaurant is very pricey for inconsistent food. We've been twice now- didn't love it enough the first time but wanted to give it a second chance. The lemon pasta was divine the first time- but my carbonara was unflavored paste- I literally thought I had COVID and lost the ability to taste food but everyone else's food tasted good so that theory didn't hold up. This time I ordered the lemon pasta and instead of creamy, delightful and tasty it was a little bland and watery. The waitress "fixed it " by offering me more Parmesan to thicken it. I'd added prawns- they were nice. My companion ordered the veal parm- the tomato sauce wasn't amazing and the breading was a bit heavy. He wasn't impressed and didn't finish the dish. The risotto was just OK. Again, it's very pricey for just OK. The food isn't trash but if you've had great food you don't want to pay so much for just ok. We would rather spend the money at Luna or Francaise or Wooden City. Dessert was yummy. The first time we went we arrived first seating and it looked like the AARP theater crowd, the last night we went seemed like a galantine's preview! So if you're there for the drinks, appetizers and ambiance it's quite nice. I can't endorse it whole heartedly because the entree's weren't consistently good enough to give the full 5 stars. Service was fine and we tipped accordingly. Good luck!
