However, despite this extended scheduling window, a different technician shows up every single time regardless. For a recent bimonthly appointment, a new technician arrived at 5:30 pm instead of the scheduled time. Clearly eager to leave for the day, he wanted to first check whether there was even a pest issue before deciding if treatment was necessary, rather than simply performing the service I was paying for. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company. I regret choosing Natran and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

While they do…read morehave a service window of a few hours, we've never had a problem with them not coming, and usually, I get a phone call when they are on their way to our house. The 2 different people that come to our house are always polite, explain what they're doing and give options of treating anything outside what the basic plan covers. Our rental house had a small opening in a back corner where landscapers had knocked off some wood siding trying to get by a narrow gate. The Amrid employee did a quick check of the opening and determined mice had been inside that opening. While the house owner oddly declined to place traps, I was at least presented with treatment options including why it wasn't a good idea to close up the opening until we were sure mice weren't still inside the garage wall. I recently called them to do a termite inspection for a house we are buying and it turned out as part of the regular house inspection, the inspector also did a WDI inspection. The gentleman from Amrid was honest and generous enough to not redo the WDI inspection since we already had it done or charge us. He was kind enough to walk us through the other inspector's recommendations and findings and quote us for treatment of our new house that he suggested we schedule prior to moving in. I am happy to recommend Amrid for pest control service.

**Five stars. I can't recommend Bug State highly enough!**…read more Another "highly regarded" termite company inspected my home and told me I had a termite infestation in some beams on the exterior walls. Their recommendation was to tent the entire house, which would have been very expensive and a major disruption to our lives. Before committing, I read some reviews online and called Bug State for a second opinion. Ken came out, did a preliminary inspection, and wasn't convinced we had termites. Rather than guess, he recommended removing some of the exterior wall panels to see what was really going on. Once the panels were off, he came back and inspected again: no termites, just ants. What a relief. Ken is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took the time to find the actual answer instead of selling me an expensive treatment I didn't need.
