This is the BEST BBQ in Las Vegas! It was so good! The meat was so moist and flavorful! I was very excited for the gluten free options too!

I can't say enough good things about this place from my first visit. The service: As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. The cashier, the servers, the cooks, all so nice as we ordered and got served. Very friendly! I wish I had more cash to tip them after paying for our meal! The food: Very flavorful and there's an extensive side dishes menu. My favorites were the brisket entree and pork belly entree, with sides of collard green, Brussel Sprouts, and deviled egg potato salad. My cousin says the cheese crusted corn was amazing also-which it looked delicious! (We also got the Mac n cheese which was good! Next time I want okra fries!) I wouldn't say it's the BEST brisket I've had in terms of tenderness, but still worth th price and the flavors were spot on! Deserts were also just as delicious! The "sweet jars" were the perfect ending to an umami tasting meal. Not too large, but enough for two people to share very well , or one person to indulge fully. (My favs are the banana pudding & key lime...and s'mores if you like chocolate!) Drinks: They have a self serve fountain station as well as sweet tea. If you don't like those, they also have a selection of beer that you can chose from! Just show your ID! Pricing: We did the entree which was about $14-15. It includes two sides of your choice and the meat selected. (We did one brisket and then ordered another with pork belly). I believe the drink is separate and was about $2-$3? I'm unsure actually. The dessert sweet jars were around $6.50 or $7. It's a bit pricier of a full meal, but you definitely get a good amounts worth!! We took a lot home! Tip #1: BE SURE TO CHECK IN. After a week of quarantine cooking for myself, I decided to take Friday night off and grab some carryout barbecue. I opted for Bell's BBQ since it was open, it was close by, and I was craving smoked meat. I arrived a little before 6PM. I likely beat the rush. Bell's offered dine-in service, but its dining room didn't look that large to me, which made for relatively limited seating given social distancing and reduced seating mandates. There was one party seated in the dining room while I was there. Bell's looked to have its coronavirus prevention measures up in place with its staff all wearing masks, gloves where necessary, and having hand sanitizer at the entrance. I was met at the counter by friendly, mask-wearing staff. I ordered a full slab of the St. Louis Ribs, which came with two sides (I chose the Okra Fries and the BBQ Beans), Texas toast, and pickles. The ribs also came with a side of the House BBQ sauce. I also had an a la carte order of the Beef Hot Link. My order was assembled in short order and I was walking out the door roughly ten minutes after I arrived. Upon getting home, the first thing I tasted were the Okra Fries. I love fried okra. This was the first time that I've seen/had them presented like these were, sliced lengthwise, battered, and fried. They were perfectly fried without a hint of sogginess or excessively oily. Frankly, they were the highlight of the meal. I will be the first one to admit that I'm not an expert on BBQ. I do know that I prefer St. Louis ribs over baby back since they're a fattier cut and I think more flavorful. Bell's ribs were good, not great. I'm assuming they were rubbed with a dry rub before smoking. I'm usually pretty sensitive to picking up saltiness in a dish, but I thought the ribs were a touch under-seasoned. The smoke was clearly present and pleasant throughout the meat, which was reasonably tender and pulled away cleanly from the bone. However, I much preferred the ribs without use of the House BBQ sauce. I found the sauce much too sweet for my personal taste, which came across as almost metallic to my palate. Bell's does have other sauces available. Next time, I'll try something different. I don't know if Bell's makes their hot links in-house, but I found it to be really nicely done, possessing good spiciness and meatiness. The beans were pretty standard, but I surprisingly found the Texas toast to actually be a well-executed part of the meal experience unlike the usual toast found at all-too-many BBQ places where it seems to be included as more of an afterthought. It was a nice touch. Bell's BBQ was good. I've had better, but I've definitely had far, far worse. My experience from placing my order to being ready for pickup was excellent. Dined here yesterday for lunch. I asked the counter person "what was good" and he replied the brisket and ribs. I told him I was from Texas and not to tease me about the brisket being good. Well, I chickened out and ordered the half chicken, BBQ beans, and onion straws. The food came out piping hot in a good presentation and I was very pleased. The meat was really good and the sides as well. I tried all of the four sauces and found them all excellent. Looking for a tasty and authentic bbq joint? Look no further, Bell's has you covered. We had passed this establishment a few times and finally decided to pop in. The menu is large with many items from BBQ to fried options to choose from. Each dish comes with one of their yummy two sides. I tried the bbq baked beans and buffalo cauliflower (delish). The husband got the mac and cheese (buttery crackers included-don't worry it was delicious) and Caesar slaw (also yumified). Each plate also comes with Texas toast and fried onion straws. We also added the cornbread for good measure and when I say that you will want seconds and thirds, trust me. One of the best born breads I have ever had. Overall, extremely tasty. I'm back! This time I dined here. I wanted to try the food at it's pinnacle freshness and glad I did. Today I ordered three beef ribs with two sides; fried zucchini and red beans & rice! Also got a side hotlink.Sorry in advance for any and all the exclamations. My taste buds are dancing right now. First, the two young ladies running the front of the house were fantastic; helpful, patient, knowledgeable and with great smiles. Makes you want to dine here. The menu is on the wall above the order station. I was grateful for the small line that allowed me to take it all in. Last time I was immediately thrust into ordering since it was late and I was the only patron. My own issues and not Bell's. Now let's report on this amazing looking food. There's a lot of food. This place and a not cheap but it is a good value. I ate one beef bone and 1/3 of the delicious hot link. In order of sampling, the side pickles are incredible! Thick sliced with a firm crunchy texture, tart, dill, acidic flavors that bounce throughout your pallet. Next the beef rib... it is the best beef rib I've had since moving here 20 years ago. The smoke is not overwhelming. It's like the perfect amount of paint on a masterpiece painting if I may. Great flavors between the beefy rib and the smoke. There's fat but it's just the right amount to savor every juicy bite. I squirted a bit of Bell's fantastic Spicy BBQ sauce and the rib experience was elevated. It started out sweet but then, BOOM, you tongue and throat are lit up with another paint stroke of perfection with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy savory goodness. The cornbread is really moist, sweet and grilled to add a flavorful crust. A must get if you come here. It will be like nothing you've had before. Bell's cornbread will be your new standard to compare against all others you may try in the future. I love zucchini and my favorite way to eat hem is fried. Bell's fried zucchini does not fail to deliver great satisfaction. Crunchy without being muddy/chewy and the veggie is moist and hot. Dipped in the side ranch, you have a winner! As a Southern native, respectfully, this is the worst BBQ I've ever tasted. I tried the BBQ chicken, 3 cheese Mac & cheese (if you want to call it that) and the bbq baked beans. The chicken was the only tolerable thing WITHOUT the sauce. The sauce they serve has some weird tangy aftertaste. The baked beans are decent at best (I'm being nice). And the Mac and cheese never got tasted (who puts a singular Ritz cracker on some noodles with melted cheese?). The complimentary toast was wet (bad placement in the tray just for it to get sweated). $40 in the trash.. literally. Okay, our organization fed about 25-30 people this afternoon. We spent a lot of money to feed hungry Canvassers. This a Mom & Pop business (small). The foods was AWESOME! The pork ribs were tender and juicy. The potato salad, mac n cheese, beans, pulled pork, chicken, and I think there was pulled basket, cole slaw was delicious. The food was flavored so well. Oh, and the corn bread, that was some slap yo mama corn bread! The barbeque sauces were delicious. They provided some type of sliced pickles. OMG! Bell's is badass for a small business. They can stand up to any of the barbeque chains out there. The staff was so nice and friendly. They helped us load our vehicle as a courtesy. You guys were great! The staff was really nice, but our food came out in waves, so we had to sit and wait for our children's food while ours got cold. The flavors were on par. It wasn't the best, but they have 4 sauce options that let you boost the flavor the way you want, which you'll really need, especially with the pulled pork sandwich, which tended toward bland and dry. We also had: Brisket chili (salty) Pulled pork plate (good, somewhat bland but really elevated with sauce) Chicken tenders (crisp on the outside and juicy inside) Potato salad (inedible--potatoes felt not fully cooked and even salting it didn't make it flavorful. I like Bell's a lot, especially as an alternative to Famous Dave's. They recently updated their dining area and it's much nicer and more comfortable. The service is also good and the staff there have always been really friendly. They'd get a higher rating but, like Famous Dave's the food is inconsistent, especially the ribs. Sometimes I get amazing ribs, sometimes they're fatty, sometimes they are dried out to the point of being jerky. The sides are great. I love their baked beans and mashed yams but I have been served sides that were supposed to be hot and they were warm or cold. The second reason they sit at three stars is the point of sale tip. I am firmly against tipping before one is served or gets their food. This is a practice that must stop. read more

We've been to Bell's BBQ, it has been a wonderful experience each time. When you walk in, you order from the counter. Then find a table, most people enjoy getting one of the many booths that line the parameter of the restaurant. Your food is brought to your table and they continue to check on your table if you need anything else throughout the course of your meal. Service is wonderful, always with a smile and all the staff we have met so far have been very nice. What I recommend: -Chopped brisket sandwich. -The half smoked chicken. -The side of Kale Salad. -The side of Mashed yams (oh soooo delicious). -The Mac and Cheese for kids. (Huge! You can split with between 2 kids) -The side of fries (it comes with every kind of fry! Regular, curly, waffle, sweet potato, crinkle, my daughter loved it) --And the Shrimp and Grits The Shrimp and Grits are in my picture and I posted a video too.. get ready to drool when you watch the video. Tommy makes it the best! I love this dish, it's my new favorite craving! In my opinion, by far the best thing on the menu. They have desserts, called sweet jars. We have yet to try one yet as we have been too full. Maybe we will make a trip here just for dessert. One more note, my son just turned one and when I place him in the highchair, the table is the perfect height for him to enjoy and eat with us. Sometimes, other restaurants do not take this into consideration, and the table ends up being up to the toddlers nose. Barbeque, ordered via takeout, so good I wish I could give this place five stars. As a disclaimer, I lack the refined pallette of some of my friends when it comes to barbecue. I'm horribly inept at identifying the "smokiness of the rub" or judging the "nuttiness of the sauce." But I can tell you that every corner of the menu here is slathered in dazzlingly fresh ingredients, with a splash of unique flair in every dish. The pulled chicken sandwich is crammed into the middle of a single buttery, griddled loaf of Texas style toast, overflowing with mouthwatering strands of chicken ready to be drenched (to your own preference) in a side cup of barbecue sauce. The fries are an adventure in themselves, with an assortment of sweet, salty, thick, and impossibly skinny fried potatoes. The mac and cheese is perfectly creamy, slathered with a delightful variety of sharp and mild cheeses. The braised greens are juicy and fresh, an exquisitely mild and faintly bitter foil to your feast of riches. And the beans are a meal into themselves, the full spectrum of beans comingled in a deliciously flavorful sauce with a huge lump of pulled pork(?). Oh, and the dessert! A delicious banana pudding, with slices of real carmelized bananas. All of it served in a surprisingly beautiful and sturdy jar I'm finding hard to throw away. The service was plenty friendly when I arrived, but painfully slow - he seemed far overstretched for what appeared to be only a few orders coming in. Could've been just an off day, but I waited a solid 15 minutes after the initial time it was supposed to be ready (20 minutes after order was placed). First thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and spacious the place was. What stood out on the menu was the pork belly. Not an item I see at any other BBQ joints around town, I had to try it. I always get a beef rib whenever I find them. There are a ton of sides to choose from, I went with the deviled egg potato salad and red beans and rice. The Good: Pork belly was amazing!!! Thick cut pork belly smoked then cut into chunks and tossed in the deep fryer!! You end up with a crispy, smokey, unique taste that you won't find anywhere else. A 5 star dish for sure!! The Okay: Beef rib and red beans and rice were ok. I'd say these dishes are 3.5 stars. The Bad: Deviled egg potato salad was gross. It did not taste like deviled eggs, there was no egg in it, and it was very bland. My coworker and I both ordered it and both agreed that it was horrible. 1 star dish. Overall, the pork belly was the star. My coworkers food looked delicious and they said it was good. Portions are large and worth the money. It must have shown on my face because the woman at the register (I'm sorry I don't recall her name) started to explain the choices of the different meats in sandwiches or combos and all the different sides. I ordered the babyback ribs as a combo so that included 2 sides. The ribs sit on Texas toast and came with hard boild egg potato salad plus a side salad. It was a lot of food.
