    a burger and fries

Someone doused the fire. I have had this place on my radar for a while. I pass it all the time in my ventures but decided to pop in for a try. The Casino is very small but I was here for the grub. The diner area is very dimly lit , which I don't necessarily like, don't have nyctophobia but should be bright enough to see the menu. I was in the mood for a burger and wanted to try one of there's after 2 people near the front told me to please wait as they were unable to help I finally was able to place my order with the waitress. It wasn't crowded maybe 3 tables max. Read in the menu that the burgers were half pounders which is always nice. I ordered it like i order my steak ( med rare). After what seemed to be a long while was finally served my burger. Under the very low light. was unable to determine the rare-ness of my burger. However I didn't eat all day so just dove in. Half way through noticed that if it was any more rare it would still moo. Tried to eat around it. Server asked what was the problem. Told her it was a bit more rare then I ordered. No real response or apology , so just made my way out after I finished eating. Maybe I caught the place on an off day. But probably not gonna be a regular.

Before I get into the review, I just like to know why WEST Sunset Rd is simultaneously located to the EAST of E. Sunset Rd and also to the West!? Who is the historical drunk and opium smoking individual or commission responsible for naming this road in Las Vegas, and why is this confusing anomaly allowed to persist? Could it have contributed to the low test scores of Nevada education system and the general dismal geography knowledge of the Silver State? This is the burgers and hot dogs restaurant inside the updated local casino now called Wildfire Sunset. The fact that the internal atmosphere inside the casino and thus Wildburger does not reek of aged cigarette is reason enough to bump it up a star. Plus it looks clean, the staff does a good job clearing tables as guests leave after their meal, and even the plastic beverage cups look refreshingly new, all contribute to a positive guest impression. They have a simple menu. And is operated like a fast food restaurant, where you place and pay for your order, and wait a few minutes while the kitchen prepares your order. For the late night and early morning crowd (11pm to 1pm) they offer their breakfast menu (Build Your Own Omelet, Bacon & Egg Platter, Pancakes, and their Wildburger Signature Breakfast Bowl). $5-$8 They also serve hot dogs (Chili Dog, Giant Hot Dog and Giant Bacon Wrapped Dog). $5-$7 However, I will go out on the proverbial ledge and hypothesize that most are there for something from the burgers and sandwiches portion of the menu. You can build your own or order one of the pre-conceptualized burger combo. The cashier told me the most popular is their Classic Cheeseburger, but they also have The WIldburger (basically the Classic + their signature coleslaw), a Cajun Turkey Burger (if you don't like the red meat) or a Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. $7 and up, depending on how many toppings and sauces you want on your order. The Classic Cheeseburger was decent. Loaded with veggies and 1/2lb Angus beef patty, and comes with a side of fries or onion strings. The portion is large enough for all except amateur competitive eating contest hopefuls and beyond. Chicken Wings and Boneless Wings with 9 flavor options. $0.75 each when ordering 8pc, or $0.66 each when ordering 12pc or 15pc. Two Salads selections, in case you are in the mood for some crisp fresh salads. Desserts selections are limited to Deep Fried Twinkies and their Made From Scratch Ding Dongs. I tried the DF Twinkies mainly to see what it taste it, and can officially cross it off my bucket list. It is a decent spot to grab a bite when you are keeping yourself entertained at this small local casino. If you are in the area, by all means drop by, but with Wildburger locations distributed in various parts of Las Vegas, it is not reason enough to go out of your way to hit up this spot. Summary: Inexpensive food that is decent, served in a clean and pleasant environment by friendly & helpful staff. 3 + 1 stars! (This review is subsidized by Groupon Featured Deal)

This place is inside of wildfire casino. It's a nice little cafe if your in the mood for some food 24 hours. The way the place works is that you pay for your food at the front then you get your own drinks and seat yourself. The booths are a little run down with a few tears in the seats. They do have a good breakfast anytime special for $3.99 which has bacon, eggs and toast. The rest of the menu price is about average to any other cafe. Our server was Brittany and she was very friendly and had a bubbly personality. The food came out quick and tasted pretty good. I will definitely be back.

i'm not too sure either. suppose to be eggs

My choice was the BBQ Smash Burger with bacon, BBQ Sauce and fried onion rings and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The burger had so much flavor! The meat was very juicy and seasoned perfect, the BBQ sauce added just enough sweet and smokiness, and the crispy, salty bacon made this a truly an amazing burger! The onion rings were nearly as impressive as the burger itself! The breading was a perfect golden brown and very crunchy without feeling too greasy. The portions were large! Each bite was full of flavor and light enough to make it easy to not think about how many onion rings I was actually eating! I would say the combination of the burger and onion rings made this one of my better burgers that I have eaten in a while! What I liked as much about Aztec Burgers was how inexpensive the burgers are! It was both an extremely satisfying meal, as well as very cheap when compared to other restaurants with similar offerings in this area. The flavor, the size of the portions, and the price were all factors that contributed to such an amazing evening at Aztec Burgers! Aztec Burgers is one of those places I will definitely return to. With their outstanding smashburgers, the perfect fried onion rings, as well as their warm and casual service style, if you're anywhere near Henderson or Las Vegas and are looking for a burger that is both delicious, then you have to give Aztec Burgers a try! The service is amazing here and the team members are helpful!

I usually order the OG without cheese, and my husband loves the half-and-half burger with chorizo (also without cheese). Both are always flavorful and cooked just right. If you're in Henderson and craving a really good smashed burger, Aztec Burger is definitely worth checking out.

Usually it's just to fly out of Las Vegas for a work trip. This time though, I was in area for the US Post office. Looking for nearby places to eat, I saw that Smoke & Fire was only 10 minutes away! My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 3:30 P.M on a Friday at Smoke & Fire. The restaurant is located near South Pecos Road and East Russell Road. There was plenty of parking spots available. As I walked inside the restaurant, a team member had greeted us and let us know that it was open seating. There were only a few other customers inside the restaurant at the time we had dinner. There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. The service was super quick. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal. It was nice that our meal was served in to go containers as well! The highlight of the meal was the blueberry chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The blueberry aioli and the jam was scrumptious. This was a first time having a sandwich like this before! I would come back to Smoke & Fire just to get the sandwich. The BBQ pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket was good. I enjoyed the mac n cheese and the sweet potato tots though! I don't normally see sweet potato tots so I just had to try it out! They were super crispy and packed with flavor. The food was yummy here and the service was fantastic! If I'm in the area again, I would stop by Smoke & Fire to have another meal. I think next time though, I am going to have to try out their pulled pork burger!

I hadn't been to this restaurant before but it is stunning and now I really want to come back for a real meal haha. They had a live band playing and I love that their wall opens up to Water Street and is basically a patio. It's gorgeous here. Our servers were great and so nice with us. I was the only one eating but my family all ordered drinks. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and it was really freaking good. I'm obsessed with hot honey these days and it really hit the spot. The meat is fantastic, the bun is excellent, but I'm just not a special sauce kind of person. All they need to do to make their burger really awesome is to carry some BBQ sauce. That's it. This entire establishment does not contain any form of BBQ sauce. Don't get me wrong, I am not somebody who would ever put it on a good steak! But burgers, wings, fries, this place offers a number of things that could be elevated by keeping a few bottles of BBQ in the fridge. Just give me the option, you don't even need to list it on the menu. I used to love the beef stroganoff that they had for a while, but I guess it must not have been popular because they got rid of it. It seems that in it's place they started offering a Shepards pie. I was excited about this meal until it arrived and the potatoes were filled with cheese. A Shepards pie does not traditionally have any cheese. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

The casino has been in the area for 50+ yrs and not too big so when you enter, go towards the back and you'll see this diner. It was not too busy at 8:30pm and were seated in the left side of the restaurant in a corner booth. It was nice and quiet, we enjoyed that. Drinks were brought out very quick. Waitress and wait staff helping her in the section were very nice and checked on us numerous times while we were there. We shared the prime rib special and got soup, shrimp cocktail and prime rib with corn and fries and a small piece of brownie for $24. Not a bad deal at all. Prime rib was a bit tough for most of the piece but the rest was decent to enjoy. It was good size. It was better 4yrs ago TBH. Towards the end of our meal, more ppl were seated in our area. Staff was still attentive. Definitely an older diner on the main strip of Water street.

There are probably only two reasons to come here: free weekly coupons from the players club mailers, or spending points earned via slots with the players card. Maybe a third, one-time reason, actually. I had a free entree from the first-time sign-up package. But I first got a salad with my choice of thousand island dressing. I only needed one cup of dressing for the salad, but I got two for some reason. The plant stuff was fresh and the generous amount of shredded cheese wasn't too bad. The entree was the Open Faced Hot Beef sandwich (usually $12.99). I was turned off immediately when I saw that they used average grocery store sliced white bread. Even worse, the beef wasn't tough and salty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine, but I ran out of it halfway through and could no longer mask the beef. I tried giving up on the meat and topped the limp bread with some of the jams available tableside. Then I stopped. On my second visit, I had a coupon for a Shrimp Louie Stuffed Avocado (normally $10.99). All of it was just way too bland. The dressing lacked any form of acidity or sweetness. I would have even welcomed something spicy even though I'm sensitive about that flavor. I stopped in again last night and opted for a special of the day, the Quesadilla Burger ($10.99). This was the most acceptable dish yet, but it still wasn't great. My patties were cooked beyond the requested medium, the cheese factor was minimal, and the generic mild salsa and sour cream felt like they were freshly removed from jars. As with other nearby casinos, checks are provided at the table but settled at the cash register near the exit. The most useful part may be their TVs with the internal ad loops, which often show you that you can actually use casino points at nearby restaurants which are consistently better. I will likely not return to Triple B much if at all since their sister casino Emerald Island's lone eatery is hit or miss, as opposed to this place which is just miss or miss.
