As far as cocktails go these guys have some pretty creative Whiskey Stirs! Tara makes a nice pour! Came in for some pregame on a Saturday at around 4. Plenty of room Available before the dinner crowd so stop on in!

This not a real BBQ spot. Brisket tacos were dry, but onions and tortilla were good. Overall, not great. The biscuit was the best, buttery, flaky and delicious. This would be 3 star, but on a slow weekday at 1:30 pm, it was slow, and the service sucked. The server did not check on us, had to ask her for things. She was not attentive and slow based on the 5 customers in the whole place. Last annoying thing is their parking lot charges to park there.

This place blew us out of the water. I got the brisket hash and would get this as my last dying meal! It was huge, full of flavors, lots of meat, and had a great crunch texture. We also tried the 6 biscuits with all the butters and jams. These biscuit are a whole new level of biscuit. I also asked for a side of gravy too for the biscuit. Heaven straight heaven in my mouth! Hunter was our server and was professional, persistent and knowledgeable. He gave us amazing suggestions. We'll be back

Every time we come to Vegas a stop at Biscuits and Bourbon is a must. The food is excellent and the biscuits are the best I've ever had. They have a full bar and the staff is amazing. Definitely worth a stop.

Stacey is the best server evveeerrr. Such a fun environment and they have bottomless mimosas for 18 bucks! I just recently had the tri tip Sammy and oh my gawd it was delicious. I can't wait to try every single thing on their menu. Everything is fairly priced and you have a wide selection of breakfast and bbq! The biscuit and gravy app is a must try. Their gravy is so good and home made

The food was okay. I thought that it would have more flavor to it. I got the brisket Philly. The meat was tender and good but lacked depth. The rest of the sandwich fell short. Someone at my table ordered the Salt and Vinegar chicarrones. One of the piece was raw, and it had no salt and vinegar on it. The rest of the table was also upset with the food, we ate it anyways. The entire table said the fries were the best part of the meal, which is really disappointing. I did also think that their baked beans were pretty good too. It is sad that the side dishes are better than the entree. The service was also disappointing. We and among others in the section were ignored. We had to ask for refills every time, and I'm sure the server got upset with us because we had to keep calling her over. But, she kept ignoring us. The ambiance was honestly pretty good. We were able to hold a conversation without blaring music. You could also choose to sit outside. I feel like this place has potential. But, due to all of these reasons, we will not be coming back. Try them on your own, you may have a different experience. But, I do recommend Johnny Mac's Tavern just a short walk away.

Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Ambiance: 1/5 The good: The smoked wings and the biscuits The bad: Everything else, service was not only a snails pace but we were sat next to a trash can and ignored for a good portion of our time waiting for our waitress. Our meals were a whisper above ok, nothing to write home about. The tacos were terrible, the tortillas were not cooked and it was barely warm. The Brisket Mac and cheese was the best of the menu for this meal.

We love water street! Biscuits and Bourbon is a cool place to hang out and eat without taking another mortgage out to afford a meal here. The service was fantastic for us at the bar, and the food we ordered came out quick, hot, and had great flavor. Now let's talk about what rocks here - the prices. We were advised that Happy Hour is every Sunday thru Thursday from 2pm to 6pm. This includes half off on Shareable's, draft beer, and old fashioned drinks. So $4 for a local Las Vegas lager??? I'm in, we've paid more than triple for the same pint elsewhere. Old school charm, mixed in with a biker bar kinda feel with 2005 prices. Book it!

Joined the waitlist online, parked (parking is enforced 24/7. $5.00 by scanning the QR code on the sign) and walked in. Found out they don't pay attention to the waitlist... seated promptly at a high top (they have low tops also). Quick review of the menu. Strawberry lemonade and sweet iced tea ordered & delivered swiftly. Tri tip bene with potatoes was delicious! Also had the biscuits & gravy which didn't disappoint. Cool vibe, indoor, outdoor and bar seating options. Friendly service by Leila Z.

Everything was amazing! The brisket scramble was fire - super tender and full of flavor, and that sweet corn just took it to another level. 9/10 The pork belly... man, that's the best I've ever had. Easy 10 out of 10. It was crispy when you bite into it but still tender with that smoky goodness. The biscuits hit too, especially with that honey bourbon butter. Only thing is I wish they gave me two biscuits with this meal. The apple cider drink was super refreshing, definitely a good drink to get the night going. 10/10 The strawberry margarita was good too, not too sweet but strong just how I like it. 8.5/10 Overall, this spot is dope. Great ambiance and fire service, If you're in Henderson, you gotta check it out.

To start, I found this place via a LV IG page and i am so glad we added it to our list of places to try! Walking in we were greeted by a kind young guy who sat us immediately. Our waitress was just as amazing (i cannot remember her name but i know she started at 8am and has dogs lol)! She was fun to talk to the entire time and made some great suggestions! To drink i got the Apple Cider punch which was 10/10! Super refreshing and really tasted smooth on my pallet. Hubs got the smoked vanilla old fashion, which he enjoyed! for brunch he got the belly breakfast: the pork belly was rendered perfectly and cooked to a crispy perfection. I got the brisket hash with no tomato or onion and it was just heaven! The white sauce and chimichurri need to be bottled up because they were delightful! The brisket was very tender and flavorful! I loved the chunks of bark i got as well, making my mouth water just thinking about it lol. Another great thing was the biscuit of course lol! I wish i had ordered some extra to bring back home to AZ to have for breakfast this morning but definitely next time! Some additional highlights: the atmosphere was chill and relaxing for a cloudy/rainy day, the music playing was perfect and i loved the waitress with the egg earrings just singing out loud being herself! I can tell the staff knows they can be them and it really shows in their service too! Can't wait to plan our next Vegas trip to come in for lunch or dinner to try out some more dishes

This was our 2nd time here and our first visit was not good and that's why I refrained from writing a review Our 2nd visit was so much better. We stopped by before going to a show at the amphitheater. It was during happy hour so that was great. We were a party of 6 and service was good. Food: Biscuit and Gravy Cup Smoked Wings Salt & Vinegar Pork Rinds Candied Pork Belly I personally was not a fan of the Biscuit but the gravy was good. The smoked wings were delcious. It came with 3 full wings and it was smoked perfectly. The pork rinds were also as delicious and I enjoyed each bite. The only negative is I wanted a more Vinegar taste. Lastly, the candied Pork Belly was sweet and tasty. It's also bite size and went well with the pickled onion. Overall, great spot and glad we gave them another try.

Would definitely return for the Bloody Mary's & Biscuits & Gravy!

The name had us dashing to the restaurant, I mean what could be better than biscuits AND bourbon?!! We're also huge BBQ lovers so it was definitely something we were looking forward to! The Bourbon Bloody Mary was really good! Wasn't sure about the sweetness of the bourbon but it paired nicely with everything and gave the drink a nice smokey rich flavor. We shared the single biscuit and gravy as an appetizer and it was spot on! The biscuit was phenomenal, they definitely know what they're doing with that! The gravy was also delicious, plenty of sausage and a richness that set it apart from any I ever had. The service and BBQ were where it fell apart. We started at the bar but were ignored so sat at a table and eventually the bar tender came over! Took our drink orders and didn't come back, another gal delivered them and took our order. We waited forever!! Biscuit came out and we thoroughly enjoyed it then we waited what seemed like a very long time for the entrees. They were lukewarm so sadly, they had been sitting somewhere. The burnt ends were literally swimming in sauce, way too sweet for me and definitely not rendered enough. The brisket and tri tip were just okay, no seasoning just the smokey flavor and a bit over cooked. Not a great experience, just okay!

How much are the bottomless mimosas?

I heard on an instagram video that mimosas are $15 for one flavor (orange, pineapple, cranberry, or pomegranate) $17 for mixed flavors but i'd call to double check in case! the video didn't specify if this was per drink (hope not) or bottomless price

We came on a Friday night for a large concert and seating was very limited. We started out at the bar where they had a nice selection of signature cocktails, beers, and local brews. You can also order food at that bar. The entire waitstaff was friendly and quick. The concert venue is in a separate room. The room is large. There is no seating by the way. There is a to go bar inside. We had a great time and will be back.

My brother started doing his usual poo pooing the place, saying, I don't know why we have to go here and that he wouldn't like it and I knew it was going to be good because he was doing this and in the past every place we end up, he ends up loving and this was the case this time as well. The place is dark and foreboding when you first walk in (This is a good thing) It feels very gothic... Strange Macabre pictures, potions and taxidermy scatter the place, you walk pass one room with Tables and chairs and a fireplace and into a larger room with booths, tables (The booth tables move which is good) and this is where the main bar is and where we met Jessie, the bartender, a true delight to deal with. Amazingly fun personality and told her it was our first time and felt very comfortable and welcomed by her. I ordered 50 shades of Grey Witch and my brother got a mocktail, Bubble Bubble Toil & Trouble, he liked his drink and I LOVED MY DRINK. It does come with a Burnt Marshmallow for my Vegan friends, while I did not eat it, I am glad I didn't know because the smell of the burnt Marshmallow filled the glass and every sip had that burnt taste. AMAZING. I WILL ORDER THAT NEXT TIME. Of course my Brother says, what am I eating for dinner, implying it would not be good and that he would need something else along the way to his house.... He ordered pepperoni pizza w/red sauce, I got Vegan cheese & Vegan sausage w/a delicious vegan white sauce and WE BOTH LOVED THEM--SO GOOD, AS THE MENU SAYS "THE BEST PIZZA YOU WILL EVER EAT and this was not a lie, we loved them so much that we each ordered one to go. There was also a casket that I was fascinated with... If you know me, you would know that I felt right at home, in fact, It reminded me quite of bit of the house I grew up in with my Witchy Aunt Helen but that is a story for another time I guess. Jessie gave us a tour and the place is bigger than you realize, they even have a couple of secrets to share if you are lucky enough. I felt like I was in a cross between Dark Shadows and Scooby Doo and I loved it, this is literally my dream place. I may ask if I can rent a room--Just build me a secret one please and Kristen can cook for me, she is amazing too. and I am allergic to mushrooms and she double checked the ingredients before making my dinner so thank you very much! So, this place goes on the return list and hopefully that will be very soon! Yours The Dice Man

We got lucky getting there early, because it was really starting to fill up inside and out once it started! Note that The Speakeasy is 21+ only. We sat with a guy who was sitting alone at one of the tables out on the patio on the first floor - it turns out his girlfriend works here. We were all given a round of tequila shots, where I selected the silver tequila, their lightest one that they had available. They did two more rounds of tequila shots later that night, but I only did one because I drove here. One of my friends had another Jack Daniel's, which was her third one of the night. Their full drinks come with a cool light-up marble that changes color. While my friends went to go dance along with the live band that was playing various music from the 80's and 90's, I stayed behind and ordered some food, which was well needed for me. I ordered the grill cheese sandwich (stylized as THE Grilled Cheese on their menu) with fries on the side. Various cheeses were inside this sandwich, such as brie, mozzarella, and boursin. A guy dressed up as a squirrel saw me eating this and we struck up a short conversation on how he makes grilled cheese sandwiches the easy way. Though I don't eat these very often, I took his advice. Later on, our waitress approached me and told me that the bartenders were getting ready to close out all open tabs at the bar, and that it would be a great time for me to grab a drink before they stopped all sales for the night. I told her that I would be happy to have one, but I had to drive home. This was a great bar to hold an afterparty! Would love to come back again here next time. The band played well too and I recognized all the songs that they performed.

They have a pretty extensive drink menu and the bar tender was very knowledgeable about the wine. I asked for a red that wasn't too dry and he recommended a delightful wine that was more on the sweet side and not too dry. My friend ordered a very dirty martini and she said it was perfect. They have a small selection of food including a Charcuterie Plate, Baked Brie & Fig Preserves, Mixed Nuts & Marinated Olives, Caprese Salad, 3 types of pizza, and Chocolate Lava Cake to satisfy a sweet tooth. We ordered the Charcuterie Plate and were not disappointed. The only downside to this space is that it is a little confined inside, and once it is full of people, it gets a little noisy. Other than that, great place for a casual drink or two and a snack.
