food is so tasty, service was great thanks to Tara and the ambiance over all is so chill, clean and perfect. We had the best lunch date here, i'm sure on the weekends it can be busy but the restaurant is such a perfect spot !! we will be back !
I've ordered takeout from Biscuits and Bourbon on a couple of prior occasions and had an overall positive impression of the place, so suggested dining in with a few colleagues on 6/15/26 for a belated birthday celebration. Everyone in my party of 5 LOVED what they ordered. The following were the stars of the show: - Nacho Fries: this order was a generous helping of seasoned fries (nice and crisp - just as I like it) smothered with cheese sauce, corn, pickled onions, and green onions. This was great for sharing, and we all went back for a second helping. It was seriously SO GOOD. - Brisket Philly: stuffed with chopped brisket, grilled onions, peppers, white cheddar cheese, and a garlic-y mayo, this sandwich packed a punch. I ate half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner. - Basque Burnt Cheesecake: we had to end with something sweet since we were celebrating a birthday. This cheesecake was rich and decadent and seriously hit the spot. Our server, Hollywood, was super charming and great in every way. We all loved her. As I write this, I realized I neglected to order a biscuit!! I'll have to rectify that on my next visit for sure.
Biscuits and Bourbon is a BBQ joint on Water Street. It's right next to a brewery. They have a big indoor dining room, bar, and outdoor patio. Our hungry table of six sat inside on a slow Tuesday night. If I remember correctly, we were some of the only people in the restaurant. However, we had great table service and we all left stuffed to the brim! Living up to the name, their biscuits were delicious. As someone who grew up in the South, and doesn't necessarily eat too much of this cuisine anymore, I was really impressed with their biscuits. Fluffy on the inside, flaky on the outside. Their variety of jams and butters made it fun for trying new flavors. Really good stuff! I'm a sucker for brisket and had to order the brisket plate. It comes with two side so I opted for mac & cheese and baked beans. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Both sides were solid, as well. It's a huge portion of food! I had their house old fashioned, which they happen to have on tap. They're a bourbon joint after all! This was priced great at $12, just too sweet for my personal taste. If you want some Southern cooking, I'd definitely recommend paying them a visit. Wear your stretchy pants!!!
My husband and I recently moved to this side of town and we have been trying random places. I'm sorry to say this but the food is mediocre. I had the chicken and waffles - it was a mushy waffle, "crispy" chicken that all the breading had fallen off topped with canned cinnamon apples. The menu did not say it was going to have those apples on top, I would have requested for them to not put them on my chicken and waffles. I will say that the services is top notch - our server made us feel like we have known her for years. The atmosphere is cute and like what I would imagine the insane of a smoked bourbon feels like!
Stopped in for a little Happy Hour cocktails. It just so happens they rolled out a new menu. So I chose a Woodford Whiskey Flight at a price of $24 it was such a deal. Bartender was Hunter, he was fine but... he needs some product knowledge. This is a Bourbon and Whiskey heavy menu so he needs some learnin'. Also hopefully they do a little freshening up around the dining room, it's needed!
This not a real BBQ spot. Brisket tacos were dry, but onions and tortilla were good. Overall, not great. The biscuit was the best, buttery, flaky and delicious. This would be 3 star, but on a slow weekday at 1:30 pm, it was slow, and the service sucked. The server did not check on us, had to ask her for things. She was not attentive and slow based on the 5 customers in the whole place. Last annoying thing is their parking lot charges to park there.
Great choice for a Saturday with your friends and family the smell of BBQ is soo goooddd. We had a very friendly Waitress that really made use feel welcomed. Eggs Benedict hollandaise was delish and my hash was so filling. So glad we have this establishment near us. Go give them a try if you have been holding back.
The food was okay. I thought that it would have more flavor to it. I got the brisket Philly. The meat was tender and good but lacked depth. The rest of the sandwich fell short. Someone at my table ordered the Salt and Vinegar chicarrones. One of the piece was raw, and it had no salt and vinegar on it. The rest of the table was also upset with the food, we ate it anyways. The entire table said the fries were the best part of the meal, which is really disappointing. I did also think that their baked beans were pretty good too. It is sad that the side dishes are better than the entree. The service was also disappointing. We and among others in the section were ignored. We had to ask for refills every time, and I'm sure the server got upset with us because we had to keep calling her over. But, she kept ignoring us. The ambiance was honestly pretty good. We were able to hold a conversation without blaring music. You could also choose to sit outside. I feel like this place has potential. But, due to all of these reasons, we will not be coming back. Try them on your own, you may have a different experience. But, I do recommend Johnny Mac's Tavern just a short walk away.

This place blew us out of the water. I got the brisket hash and would get this as my last dying meal! It was huge, full of flavors, lots of meat, and had a great crunch texture. We also tried the 6 biscuits with all the butters and jams. These biscuit are a whole new level of biscuit. I also asked for a side of gravy too for the biscuit. Heaven straight heaven in my mouth! Hunter was our server and was professional, persistent and knowledgeable. He gave us amazing suggestions. We'll be back
Every time we come to Vegas a stop at Biscuits and Bourbon is a must. The food is excellent and the biscuits are the best I've ever had. They have a full bar and the staff is amazing. Definitely worth a stop.
Stacey is the best server evveeerrr. Such a fun environment and they have bottomless mimosas for 18 bucks! I just recently had the tri tip Sammy and oh my gawd it was delicious. I can't wait to try every single thing on their menu. Everything is fairly priced and you have a wide selection of breakfast and bbq! The biscuit and gravy app is a must try. I mean come on, with a name like biscuits and bourbon. What's not to love about this place? So I was excited that I had an opportunity to cruise out there and check it out. It's only about 10 minutes from my place, so I made it super easy early in the morning right when they got there at 8:00., and just note that you have to walk all the way around to the side of the building to get in. Nevertheless, I made it to the door. Super cool fact is they also have outdoor seating which is kind of nice, but the real treasure lies within For starters, this place has a real rustic feel. Definitely warm and inviting, lots of tables to sit at. I was greeted warmly when I came in. Told her it was my first time and she was very excited. I was there and gave me the complete rundown of the place as well as her favorites on the menu. I opted for the tri-tip eggs Benedict.. which comes on their signature. Biscuits. Started things off with a cup of coffee. I don't know what brand they use but it was nice and strong and very delicious. The Benedict itself was truly a work of art. The hash browns were cooked to perfection, and whatever Hollandaise sauce they put on that thing is wonderful. I definitely should have asked for extra. The meat was Smoky and perfectly cooked, and made for a very delightful meal. Added bonus, they have a fully stocked bourbon bar that looked very appetizing. It was only 8:30 in the morning so I really didn't feel right about doing an old fashioned, but I will definitely be coming back here on a Friday night for their rib special and I'll have an old fashioned bin and report back. Bottom line? Everything here is wonderful. I have no complaints and it was a absolutely perfect for star meal. If you are anywhere in the area I say go check it out. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience at Biscuits and Bourbon. The potatoes arrived burnt, dry, and barely warm. The food overall was bland and lacked seasoning, and to make matters worse, they had run out of eggs. The service was subpar and didn't make up for the disappointing meal. Unfortunately, this was not a good dining experience, and I won't be returning. The ambiance was disappointing. The restaurant is very dark, with worn concrete floors that make the space feel dated rather than inviting. The bench seating is especially uncomfortable and quickly starts to hurt your back, so I'd avoid sitting there if you can. It also seemed like the bar received much better service and attention than the dining room, which made the overall experience feel neglected read more

Dined on 9/8/26 Service: Hunter killed it. No complaints. Coffee: Coffee was surprisingly good!! Food: 2/5 - Got the appetizer biscuits & gravy and Loaded mac n cheese w/ brisket. For the biscuits, I don't know whether i should be impressed with KFC's biscuits or disappointed at this place's. They're basically the same thing except ONE BISCUIT here will run you $8. Mac n cheese itself was fine along with the non-meat toppings. The pickled onion was so good!! But that brisket was the worst brisket i've had in my life. Biting into the top layer of it made me think it was sitting under a heat lamp for not just the whole day, but the day before that (and the day before that...). It was as tough as jerky that was left out and dried up, inedible. I wish I hadn't eaten any of it instead of only picking half of it off. The inner parts of it were disintegrating, and not in the good bbq way. The wait for the food was also felt pretty long for what it was. $8 = 1 biscuit with some gravy I don't know. Why include "biscuit" in your business name when you can get a biscuit that tastes 90% as good for 10% of the cost from something like ready to bake biscuits from the grocery store. read more
We love water street! Biscuits and Bourbon is a cool place to hang out and eat without taking another mortgage out to afford a meal here. The service was fantastic for us at the bar, and the food we ordered came out quick, hot, and had great flavor. Now let's talk about what rocks here - the prices. We were advised that Happy Hour is every Sunday thru Thursday from 2pm to 6pm. This includes half off on Shareable's, draft beer, and old fashioned drinks. So $4 for a local Las Vegas lager??? I'm in, we've paid more than triple for the same pint elsewhere. Old school charm, mixed in with a biker bar kinda feel with 2005 prices. Book it! read more
Joined the waitlist online, parked (parking is enforced 24/7. $5.00 by scanning the QR code on the sign) and walked in. Found out they don't pay attention to the waitlist... seated promptly at a high top (they have low tops also). Quick review of the menu. Strawberry lemonade and sweet iced tea ordered & delivered swiftly. Tri tip bene with potatoes was delicious! Also had the biscuits & gravy which didn't disappoint. Everything was amazing! The brisket scramble was fire - super tender and full of flavor, and that sweet corn just took it to another level. 9/10 The pork belly... man, that's the best I've ever had. Easy 10 out of 10. It was crispy when you bite into it but still tender with that smoky goodness. The biscuits hit too, especially with that honey bourbon butter. Only thing is I wish they gave me two biscuits with this meal. The apple cider drink was super refreshing, definitely a good drink to get the night going. 10/10 The strawberry margarita was good too, not too sweet but strong just how I like it. 8.5/10 Overall, this spot is dope. Great ambiance and fire service, If you're in Henderson, you gotta check it out. read more

Was looking for a breakfast place near my home and came here yesterday due to the reviews that looked good. My husband and I walked in to find an empty restaurant with no signs of anyone being in there. Stood there for 5 mins waiting to be seated. Looked around but not a soul. Walked out. Waste of time and gas. Ended up at a better restaurant down the street with actual people working. read more

A solid menu to pick from! Service was very slow, and I had to wait about 7 minutes just to try and get the servers attention for the gravy they forgot for my biscuit and omelette. A lot of what they have seems to be very "rosemary" heavy. Not necessarily in a bad way, but it certainly caught me off guard getting into the sausage in the omelette. Had to wait a good amount of time to get the attention of the sever for the check at the end as well. The loaded fries were very salty, a lot of what seemed to be seasoned salt, and the pork belly was on the dry and tough side, as if too much fat had been rendered out of it at too high of a temperature. Will likely return to try their actual BBQ, but this breakfast run was below average. The place itself felt a bit tense, and it's a relatively small place where we could hear a server talking politics and speaking ill of groups of people with the bartender. read more
To start, I found this place via a LV IG page and i am so glad we added it to our list of places to try! Walking in we were greeted by a kind young guy who sat us immediately. Our waitress was just as amazing (i cannot remember her name but i know she started at 8am and has dogs lol)! She was fun to talk to the entire time and made some great suggestions! To drink i got the Apple Cider punch which was 10/10! Super refreshing and really tasted smooth on my pallet. Hubs got the smoked vanilla old fashion, which he enjoyed! for brunch he got the belly breakfast: the pork belly was rendered perfectly and cooked to a crispy perfection. I got the brisket hash with no tomato or onion and it was just heaven! The white sauce and chimichurri need to be bottled up because they were delightful! The brisket was very tender and flavorful! I loved the chunks of bark i got as well, making my mouth water just thinking about it lol. Another great thing was the biscuit of course lol! I wish i had ordered some extra to bring back home to AZ to have for breakfast this morning but definitely next time! Some additional highlights: the atmosphere was chill and relaxing for a cloudy/rainy day, the music playing was perfect and i loved the waitress with the egg earrings just singing out loud being herself! I can tell the staff knows they can be them and it really shows in their service too! Can't wait to plan our next Vegas trip to come in for lunch or dinner to try out some more dishes read more
This was our 2nd time here and our first visit was not good and that's why I refrained from writing a review Our 2nd visit was so much better. We stopped by before going to a show at the amphitheater. It was during happy hour so that was great. We were a party of 6 and service was good. Food: Biscuit and Gravy Cup Smoked Wings Salt & Vinegar Pork Rinds Candied Pork Belly I personally was not a fan of the Biscuit but the gravy was good. The smoked wings were delcious. It came with 3 full wings and it was smoked perfectly. The pork rinds were also as delicious and I enjoyed each bite. The only negative is I wanted a more Vinegar taste. Lastly, the candied Pork Belly was sweet and tasty. It's also bite size and went well with the pickled onion. Overall, great spot and glad we gave them another try. read more

The food has really taken a dive. I went in tonight at 530, the place was empty for the most part. I ordered my favorite, Pork Burnt Ends. Wow, what a disappointment. They tasted like they were cooked 8 hours prior, tough and nearly inedible. The Mac and cheese was good, the biscuits are heaven, but for $50, I expected more. Get back on your game. This was my 2nd time here. The first time was several years ago and I had a better experience with their food. My friends ordered other items that were much better than what I ordered. I just saw a couple reviews about their ribs not being very good and wished I saw these reviews first before I ordered the ribs. I ordered the ribs plate that comes with 2 sides. I got the baked potato and it was a large potato and the corn. The potato didn't come with hardly any sour cream and chives that it supposed to come with so I ordered a side of sour cream. The sour cream was more of a liquid than a creamy texture. The ribs was super tough and too burnt on the outside and was probably the worse ribs I've had. They were small also. I ate one rib and couldn't eat any of the rest. The server said I could get something else so I got what my friend ordered because she said it was tender and really good. So I ordered the Philly brisket sandwich with peppers, onion and cheese. It was really good and glad I swapped it. My cocktail drink was a strawberry tequila smash and was very good. I also ordered their special dessert Lemon blueberry mascarpone cake and it was yummy. Service was fine. Ambiance is very casual. I'll still go back but I'll try other items. read more

The name had us dashing to the restaurant, I mean what could be better than biscuits AND bourbon?!! We're also huge BBQ lovers so it was definitely something we were looking forward to! The Bourbon Bloody Mary was really good! Wasn't sure about the sweetness of the bourbon but it paired nicely with everything and gave the drink a nice smokey rich flavor. We shared the single biscuit and gravy as an appetizer and it was spot on! The biscuit was phenomenal, they definitely know what they're doing with that! The gravy was also delicious, plenty of sausage and a richness that set it apart from any I ever had. The service and BBQ were where it fell apart. We started at the bar but were ignored so sat at a table and eventually the bar tender came over! Took our drink orders and didn't come back, another gal delivered them and took our order. We waited forever!! Biscuit came out and we thoroughly enjoyed it then we waited what seemed like a very long time for the entrees. They were lukewarm so sadly, they had been sitting somewhere. The burnt ends were literally swimming in sauce, way too sweet for me and definitely not rendered enough. The brisket and tri tip were just okay, no seasoning just the smokey flavor and a bit over cooked. Not a great experience, just okay! read more
I've been here a handful of times for lunch and dinner. Enjoyed the grilled cheese with bacon, but I never really understood the hype. To be fair, I'm not a BBQ fan. And don't really drink bourbon, except on really rare occasions I'm feeling extra sassy. I do like a good biscuit, but these didn't do it for me. They were small, dry and crumbly. Even the delicious flavored butters couldn't redeem them. So, while I didn't put up a fight if someone wanted to meet there once in a while, it wasn't my spot of choice. Well, today fate was on my side! My husband and I went on an unplanned, random Monday morning breakfast date. We tried to go to a neighboring restaurant on Water Street that had just started serving breakfast. Unfortunately for them, but fortunately for us, they had no staff. Like, literally none. No customers either. We stood waiting for someone to seat us for quite a while. I finally asked a young couple who were having a moment in the bar if there was any staff and got "the eye" from the boy/man but the young woman went in search of someone at the bar and kitchen only to come back with a shrug. So, we took the hint and left. Biscuits and Bourbon was just a block away, so we decided to risk it rather than getting back in the car. Don't worry- we had a great date! We're a little concerned that there were no customers here either - I guess Water Street is quiet on Monday mornings. But a server came almost immediately out of the kitchen to seat us and our service experience was fabulous throughout our meal! We even, hesitantly, tried the biscuits again and they were so...darn...good!! Buttery, crispy and tender, delicious!! We ordered the chicken Bennie and brisket hash - yummy, yum yum!! I'm not typically a fan of breakfast potatoes, preferring buttery, crispy hash browns. But I'll make a never-heard-of-before exception for these breakfast potatoes. Nicely sized, perfectly crispy, oily but not greasy. Both dishes were a unique twist from the usual and we were highly satisfied with our choices. read more

I heard on an instagram video that mimosas are $15 for one flavor (orange, pineapple, cranberry, or pomegranate) $17 for mixed flavors but i'd call to double check in case! the video didn't specify if this was per drink (hope not) or bottomless price

They owners and staff are really nice people. You could call and ask them. I don't have any food allergy issues, so all I know is that the biscuits are DELICIOUS!

It does vary! But the consistent busy nights week to week are Friday's and Saturday's. Expect a wait those nights for sure! :)

You are correct, we do have a dog friendly patio, but at this time we do not have any dog food options.

Yes, there is not a kids menu, but they have several options that kids would enjoy.
