Biscuits and Bourbon is a BBQ joint on Water Street. It's right next to a brewery. They have a big indoor dining room, bar, and outdoor patio. Our hungry table of six sat inside on a slow Tuesday night. If I remember correctly, we were some of the only people in the restaurant. However, we had great table service and we all left stuffed to the brim! Living up to the name, their biscuits were delicious. As someone who grew up in the South, and doesn't necessarily eat too much of this cuisine anymore, I was really impressed with their biscuits. Fluffy on the inside, flaky on the outside. Their variety of jams and butters made it fun for trying new flavors. Really good stuff! I'm a sucker for brisket and had to order the brisket plate. It comes with two side so I opted for mac & cheese and baked beans. The brisket was tender and flavorful. Both sides were solid, as well. It's a huge portion of food! I had their house old fashioned, which they happen to have on tap. They're a bourbon joint after all! This was priced great at $12, just too sweet for my personal taste. If you want some Southern cooking, I'd definitely recommend paying them a visit. Wear your stretchy pants!!!

As far as cocktails go these guys have some pretty creative Whiskey Stirs! Tara makes a nice pour! Came in for some pregame on a Saturday at around 4. Plenty of room Available before the dinner crowd so stop on in!

This not a real BBQ spot. Brisket tacos were dry, but onions and tortilla were good. Overall, not great. The biscuit was the best, buttery, flaky and delicious. This would be 3 star, but on a slow weekday at 1:30 pm, it was slow, and the service sucked. The server did not check on us, had to ask her for things. She was not attentive and slow based on the 5 customers in the whole place. Last annoying thing is their parking lot charges to park there.

The food was okay. I thought that it would have more flavor to it. I got the brisket Philly. The meat was tender and good but lacked depth. The rest of the sandwich fell short. Someone at my table ordered the Salt and Vinegar chicarrones. One of the piece was raw, and it had no salt and vinegar on it. The rest of the table was also upset with the food, we ate it anyways. The entire table said the fries were the best part of the meal, which is really disappointing. I did also think that their baked beans were pretty good too. It is sad that the side dishes are better than the entree. The service was also disappointing. We and among others in the section were ignored. We had to ask for refills every time, and I'm sure the server got upset with us because we had to keep calling her over. But, she kept ignoring us. The ambiance was honestly pretty good. We were able to hold a conversation without blaring music. You could also choose to sit outside. I feel like this place has potential. But, due to all of these reasons, we will not be coming back. Try them on your own, you may have a different experience. But, I do recommend Johnny Mac's Tavern just a short walk away.

The food has really taken a dive. I went in tonight at 530, the place was empty for the most part. I ordered my favorite, Pork Burnt Ends. Wow, what a disappointment. They tasted like they were cooked 8 hours prior, tough and nearly inedible. The Mac and cheese was good, the biscuits are heaven, but for $50, I expected more. Get back on your game. It will be awhile before I come back

This place blew us out of the water. I got the brisket hash and would get this as my last dying meal! It was huge, full of flavors, lots of meat, and had a great crunch texture. We also tried the 6 biscuits with all the butters and jams. These biscuit are a whole new level of biscuit. I also asked for a side of gravy too for the biscuit. Heaven straight heaven in my mouth! Hunter was our server and was professional, persistent and knowledgeable. He gave us amazing suggestions. We'll be back

Every time we come to Vegas a stop at Biscuits and Bourbon is a must. The food is excellent and the biscuits are the best I've ever had. They have a full bar and the staff is amazing. Definitely worth a stop.

Stacey is the best server evveeerrr. Such a fun environment and they have bottomless mimosas for 18 bucks! I just recently had the tri tip Sammy and oh my gawd it was delicious. I can't wait to try every single thing on their menu. Everything is fairly priced and you have a wide selection of breakfast and bbq! The biscuit and gravy app is a must try. Their gravy is so good and home made

This was my 2nd time here. The first time was several years ago and I had a better experience with their food. My friends ordered other items that were much better than what I ordered. I just saw a couple reviews about their ribs not being very good and wished I saw these reviews first before I ordered the ribs. I ordered the ribs plate that comes with 2 sides. I got the baked potato and it was a large potato and the corn. The potato didn't come with hardly any sour cream and chives that it supposed to come with so I ordered a side of sour cream. The sour cream was more of a liquid than a creamy texture. The ribs was super tough and too burnt on the outside and was probably the worse ribs I've had. They were small also. I ate one rib and couldn't eat any of the rest. The server said I could get something else so I got what my friend ordered because she said it was tender and really good. So I ordered the Philly brisket sandwich with peppers, onion and cheese. It was really good and glad I swapped it. My cocktail drink was a strawberry tequila smash and was very good. I also ordered their special dessert Lemon blueberry mascarpone cake and it was yummy. Service was fine. Ambiance is very casual. I'll still go back but I'll try other items.

    Great message board.

Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Ambiance: 1/5 The good: The smoked wings and the biscuits The bad: Everything else, service was not only a snails pace but we were sat next to a trash can and ignored for a good portion of our time waiting for our waitress. Our meals were a whisper above ok, nothing to write home about. The tacos were terrible, the tortillas were not cooked and it was barely warm. The Brisket Mac and cheese was the best of the menu for this meal.

We love water street! Biscuits and Bourbon is a cool place to hang out and eat without taking another mortgage out to afford a meal here. The service was fantastic for us at the bar, and the food we ordered came out quick, hot, and had great flavor. Now let's talk about what rocks here - the prices. We were advised that Happy Hour is every Sunday thru Thursday from 2pm to 6pm. This includes half off on Shareable's, draft beer, and old fashioned drinks. So $4 for a local Las Vegas lager??? I'm in, we've paid more than triple for the same pint elsewhere. Old school charm, mixed in with a biker bar kinda feel with 2005 prices. Book it!

Joined the waitlist online, parked (parking is enforced 24/7. $5.00 by scanning the QR code on the sign) and walked in. Found out they don't pay attention to the waitlist... seated promptly at a high top (they have low tops also). Quick review of the menu. Strawberry lemonade and sweet iced tea ordered & delivered swiftly. Tri tip bene with potatoes was delicious! Also had the biscuits & gravy which didn't disappoint. Cool vibe, indoor, outdoor and bar seating options. Friendly service by Leila Z.

We got lucky getting there early, because it was really starting to fill up inside and out once it started! Note that The Speakeasy is 21+ only. We sat with a guy who was sitting alone at one of the tables out on the patio on the first floor - it turns out his girlfriend works here. We were all given a round of tequila shots, where I selected the silver tequila, their lightest one that they had available. They did two more rounds of tequila shots later that night, but I only did one because I drove here. One of my friends had another Jack Daniel's, which was her third one of the night. Their full drinks come with a cool light-up marble that changes color. While my friends went to go dance along with the live band that was playing various music from the 80's and 90's, I stayed behind and ordered some food, which was well needed for me. I ordered the grill cheese sandwich (stylized as THE Grilled Cheese on their menu) with fries on the side. Various cheeses were inside this sandwich, such as brie, mozzarella, and boursin. A guy dressed up as a squirrel saw me eating this and we struck up a short conversation on how he makes grilled cheese sandwiches the easy way. Though I don't eat these very often, I took his advice. Later on, our waitress approached me and told me that the bartenders were getting ready to close out all open tabs at the bar, and that it would be a great time for me to grab a drink before they stopped all sales for the night. I told her that I would be happy to have one, but I had to drive home. This was a great bar to hold an afterparty! Would love to come back again here next time. The band played well too and I recognized all the songs that they performed.

Found this little Vegas gem randomly in the magazine in my hotel and figured it was worth the 30min trip to try it out. I know a good amount about distilling whiskey, but they talked about their specific processes and the unique attributes of distilling in the hot desert. After the tour, I spent some time in the awesome tap room.
