It's been FOREVER since I've been in here but tonight my friend & I came in for the free pitcher of beer with a pizza special. He got a pitcher of Budweiser & we shared a Meat Lovers pizza. It looked amazing but didn't taste as good as it looked. It kinda had a funny taste to it & it's screaming heartburn to me so we will find out later tonight if I get heartburn! LOL I love their homemade chips with onion dip as it's soooooooo delicious!! Allyson B was our bartender & she is super nice & very attentive. Great service from her. I swear these machines are still tight like ALWAYS! Bathrooms were nice & have lots of TP rolls in their stalls & I like how there is a sign on the door to let employees know if the bathroom needs attention. I also noticed that they got rid of their picnic tables outside the bathrooms & replaced them with tables & these big ass chairs! My boyfriend and I decided to stop in last night 8/21 for his birthday. This visit was very underwhelming. We sat at two machines and I told him to go ahead and order for me. I stepped away to use the restroom. When I got back the bartender was setting his beer down. She stepped away and started doing rounds around the bar to see if anyone else needed anything. I asked my boyfriend if he ordered my martini for me, he said he did. I watched the bartender refill a few beers. Then finally about 5 minutes later got to making my martini. She started it then walked away again to assist two others that came in. The martini sat in the mixer for a couple minutes while she got their order. There was a guy bartender following her around asking if he could help and do this or that and she kept giving reasons why SHE has to be the one to do it. He offered to make my drink and she in a round about way told him no because it's too difficult. Mind you it's a lemon drop martini. Pretty basic cocktail. (This leads to a problem we later encounter). A large party then walks in and was requesting to be sat. I think it was a party of 10. She gets them situated then A few minutes later I finally get my martini and my boyfriend was 1/2 done with his beer. My boyfriend finishes his first beer, the guy bartender asked if he could make him another. He gets the second beer and I was done with my cocktail. I was really hoping to get a second drink however the woman bartender had her hands full with the large party and never came back to the bar, mind you she already told the guy bartender to not make my martini, so now he's not offering me another drink. Meanwhile he makes two martinis for the large party and takes them to the table. When I seen this happen I was over it. I cashed out what I had in the machine and decided to leave. As we were leaving the woman bartender then said "I'm sorry bout that have a good night" while doing a bit of a giggle. I get people get busy but she wasn't allowing the guy bartender to help her. Great late night spot to get some food. Might go to is the fried shrimp plate with fries. You can also get half fries half chips and they have some really good chips. Ask for the tartar sauce they have a pretty good one. The staff is always so friendly and service is on point. The food comes out so fast it doesn't even make sense but hey I'm not complaining. The ambience is a little step above your typical bar. They have a really nice lounge area with some cool looking chairs. read more

Stopped in as we were in the area for a late lunch. It was not my first time there. I loved the outside decor but the inside dining room was a bit dark. My fiancé orders the Yosemite club and he enjoyed it. Was piled high with turkey and bacon and the bread was lightly toasted. Mom ordered the special pot roast with red mashed potatoes and green beans. The roast was amazing with tons of flavor and super tender. The au jus was wonderful and the potatoes were creamy! Solid bar and grill on st rose just off of eastern....received a BOGO coupon for breakfast so we tried the steak and eggs...everything was very good, the steak had a small amount of fat/grissle but overall it was better than anticipated...eggs were very good as were the potatoes...bloody Mary's were excellent and the service was outstanding...new location and still has the similar lodge feel that the others do...recommend and will return in future, especially with another coupon in hand... read more

Early morning breakfast on Mother's day with friends. This is one of the few bars serving breakfast on the wee hours of the morning. Decent place. Nice and clean. They buzz you in as it was really early in the morning. I ordered from their late nite bites, chicken fingers with fries. Serving came also with your choice of sauce, celery and carrots on the side. My friends ordered the fish tacos, steak and eggs, and the little bear breakfast which was still a huge serving despite being called little. Typical bar fares but food were tasty and satisfying. Hard to decide 2 stars or 1 star. Well the location was open and we did finally receive some food and we ate the little we were given, ok so in my mind 2 stars is fair. Not attempting to Karen here, however any type of disapproval these days gets met with a judgement no matter how constructive you try to be-will never go back to this location again. It was decent when they opened it a few years ago; Now just another dying Vegas bar. Service was the worst ever. She took our order and disappeared into thin air. Other lady brought out the food ($15 for 6 wings and 17 French fries) I asked her about a more reasonable amount of fries, she said she would bring more and agreed it was not "the normal amount" then she disappeared also. Never brought anything. Ok so the 1 drink I was given moments after seating is empty. Left it on the front edge of the table, no refills or different employees that went by paid it any attention. Got up, went to the bar to ask bartender for a refill and a male server came by table asked my bride if she needed anything (where did this guy come from/ first person since getting food 20? minutes ago that stopped) and I was able to request just 1 single refill please, and tell the kitchen I never got my French fries. He brought me a refill, said he knew nothing about fries. The first invisible lady suddenly appeared with the $43 table check. Wow. 3 fingers mild, 6 chicken wings teriyaki, less fries combined than a McDonald's large fries order and don't forget the 1 refill for the 2 drinks that I had to chase down. Didn't bother to ask my phone number so I could get my points for the meal. Yeah goodbye Timbers on st. Rose. Never again. Not that my local ass coming to your bar to eat mattered anyways. read more

Classic sports bar directly across from the aloft hotel. I just went there for drinks and a basketball game, and it did not disappoint. Wonderful bartenders who call you "hon". Friendly locals crowd. Ton of TVs, with the sound on, but not too loud which is nice. They do have a restaurant section too, but I didn't get any food yesterday. All in all, a nice sports bar experience. I came here because it was next to the hotel i was staying at i had fond memories of the Timbers brand i visited over a decade ago in other areas of town. I watched a Hockey game, had drinks and ate. FOOD: The kettle chips and onion dip appetizer was very good, but that's about it. The Burger and fries i had were mediocre and tasted like old dirty fryer grease. Nothing at all stood out. ATMOSPHERE: Nothing notable, the bar was clean and looked new. the vibe wasn't anything spectacular. The service, though prompt, was rather cheerless and uninspiring. There isn't one thing i can think of that would deliberately draw me into this establishment. I'm not suggesting it is a substandard business by far, just doesn't stand out to me as something other than your run of the mill tavern ......just as If i was a Henderson local and lived on this side of town and it was convenient, i wouldn't skip the place entirely either. read more

I was hot and also needed to charge my car. I saw that there was a charger in the timbers parking lot, so I stopped. Went in and just got a glass of water and garden salad. Nothing special. However, the bartender Elisa was very sweet and didn't snub me for not ordering a drink. She kept my water full. My salad was ready in what seemed like seconds. It was a great break from the heat. The place was clean and welcoming, and they gave me a great military discount. I will be back a lot! This was a very pleasant experience, and thank you timbers for your support of us soldiers it means the world. I sadly didn't take a Pic of my food bc it was just a salad, but boy, was I wrong it was delicious. Plus my car charged crazy fast! I'm glad I choose to try something new! read more

My buddy ordered the chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and I ordered a cup of coffee. The chicken sandwich patty appeared to look like a pre-batteted, frozen patty that was deep fried. My friend, without expressing my visual input, confirmed that it tasted like a processed, frozen patty. He further explained that the disappointing sandwich was not worth the high price. He explained that the sweet potato fries and coleslaw were fine. Overall, the meal was a disappointment for the price. My coffee? Well, let's just say, for the price, I wouldn't stop for a cup of coffee. I would go next door and have a fresh cup made. read more

Delicious breakfast, music is quiet and service is great. Our server was Lovely, yes that is her name. She was delightful, super helpful with the menu selections. We ordered an array of food beginning with French toast which was served hot and wonderful, super large portion. I personally ordered the fried fish tacos they were delicious served hot and fresh with their homemade chips. Yes it was 10 in the morning but I've had them before and couldn't pass them up. The sliders were amazing served hot and delicious they went really good with the Bloody Mary's. The club sandwich was a generous serving with just the right amount of condiments. This restaurant is clean and friendly the manager Tony came over to check on us a couple of times which was very nice after all we were 6 women!?!!! We tried it after we received a mailer. My husband loves fish and chips and is from Australia so very picky. He said this was the best fish he has had since moving to the states almost 20 years ago. We have been twice in 3 days. Really great food, but also amazing service and friendly employees. We sat inside the 1st time, but the second time we sat out on the patio, and it was so nice and peaceful for a nice lunch time break. Locals area drinks!! Locals food in the middle of those wee hours of the morning since "nothing" is open!! It's one AM, but that beer in the fridge makes your stomach turn. The wine is old; old in the fact that you need "new." This was how I encountered this establishment. Looking for anything to eat in the Vegas/Henderson area after midnight is a no go. Vegas is twenty four hours right. At least the bar action is? Where do you think that one goes for food in the wee hours of the day. The three am munchies. Who wants to cook? Truly? You have to pick it up, it's worthy of the drive. So here I am glancing at a menu that seems to be really in depth. Am I at a Denny's, perhaps IHOP. No it's a bar, but the food here is spectacular. With great eats come great drinking joys too. This place is away from the strip, usually dead; but a few regulars. It's perfect for gourmet pizza. Even if you wanted frozen pizza to save a few bucks all the grocers are closed. Walgreens and Walmart are closed. Save time and let someone else do the cooking, it's time for whatever you want . This morning it's a range of pizza and breakfast. Who says that French toast and three meat pizza don't belong together. Yes they do. As my food cooks away, Jr is gambling and the sports channel is making sure that I got the days highlights and laughs for sports. Your poison your choice? It's a full bar and you pick. They do a twist with a Mai Tai here by adding Jameson instead of Rum; it's delicious. Don't knock back too many now? They are creepers. That Irish Whiskey indeed. Delicious. Let's toast to proper eats and drinks in the early morning hours, and all those hard working individuals that make it possible for us to have an incredible evening. Thank you to the staff for providing such wonderful service and delicious eat. Full menu is offered here, twenty four seven; even in these dark days and moments of COVID. You can have an order to go too; sometimes that pizza is best enjoyed in front of the television surrounded by those that we love the most. Mostly, I'm staying away from the bars these days; but once in a while a little gamble time is nice. They will make fresh coffee here for me as I gamble and it's even comped! How much did I feed that machine? Oh? Not much since I hate losing. On the adventures of food this establishment has been here for me and the family many times. The pizza to go and dessert while we wait for that pizza to cook. The staff is amazing and incredible. Food bins one another together so let's eat; now. New in town, tried Timbers. Was greeted by friendly waitress, Erin. She described the menu items and I selected the Baja Fish Tacos. Way better than expected! Chips crispy, and the portions were large enough to take some home. Impressed by the size of the restaurant, sports on TV and a full bar. Most important, however, was having a knowledgable server, friendly and willing to share local information. I will be recommending this restaurant to friends and family. I note that they have very open hours and a full menu-breakfast lunch, dinner and snacks. My review should be for the Horzon Ridge restaurant! read more

I was disappointed with the service and food; taco meat was warm, tortillas chips were stale. Rather then serving so much chips; serve half add a scoop of guacamole with some refried beans. I've always enjoyed Timbers food. Mexican food is definitely missing some authenticity. read more

Decided to try this 24 hour place since "good food" at these places are hit or miss. We both thought this is a hit and probably our first choice now over Parkway Tavern. I tried the Grilled Chicken club wrap and the wife had the BBQ Chicken salad. Both items were very tasty in big portions. The sweet potato fires were outstanding and plentiful enough for both of us. Service was very good with frequent checking on our water and other needs. The one thing we took advantage was a happy hour drink that offered a full shot pour of Jameson for $6. They have a well stocked bar so I guess we'll need to return to try some more! Overall, the inside was rather dark and standard decor for these taverns but clean and that applies to the restrooms too. I would give it a try if you're needing a food fix in the wee morning hours! read more

It's Tuesday. Not sure why a review is needed but the meatloaf just wasn't right si I feel it's necessary. Meatloaf is a staple so I'm not sure how they can't perfect "grandmas" reciepe. It's flacky (made yesterday (or so) beef that just fell apart and made me question if i should be eating it. No consistency and flavor was added by BBQ sauce. Again...Tuesday night is a slow crowd. Wait staff is great and recommended the meatloaf as "the best" on the menu. I wish it was. Don't stray from this place but please know there aren't any decent IPA beers. kitchen smells greasy, and the only gambling is video cards at the bar. The staff salvaged this place. I'll leave a tip for them but not the food. read more

I met a friend here for a late breakfast / early lunch. Our bartender was friendly and gave great service. Our food was fresh and came out hot. It was pretty dead on a Friday about 11:30am, but it picked up as we were leaving. They only serve breakfast until noon! I thought the prices were a little high for some items (my friends "normal" burger was $17.50). Other items were a good deal though (like my breakfast-- 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon, hashbrowns and 2 blueberry pancakes for ~$11-$12). The building is brand new, so it's clean and looks great. It was definitely a bit smoky though, considering no one was actually at the bar smoking while we were there. read more
