They try to stay accessible despite the unpredictable virus and I appreciate that. Customer service seems all right for a new comer probably better as they see you around more. Isn't the point of any appointment is to have the time set regales of someone else running late? Now I had to push back al my appointments because of someone else! The salon worked with my schedule to get the soonest available appointment on a Saturday morning. Blanca took her time to assess what I wanted and determined how to achieve the best results. I just moved to Rancho and saw this place on Yelp. I read Teresa and Blanca are good but Blanca was out today (Monday) and Teresa was having her lunch so I did my eyebrows with the only lady there. There were two people in front of me and one on the chair. Well she was done with all of us within 10 min. I didn't like the service. Literally I was in the chair for LESS than two min. I took a longer time paying than getting my eyebrows done. I won't recommend this place. It's nice, the inside is clean but I didn't like the service, I don't think they take their time to do your eyebrows nicely. This salon is overpriced andddd I don't think an eyebrow threading is worth $11. When I walked in, I was greeted very nicely by the cashier and I got serviced right away. However, they have a coupon on yelp, and when I mentioned it, the girl at the cashier kind of just stared at me and the girl who actually serviced me said "oh just save it for next time" so I thought that maybe as a first time customer I'd get a discount and it would be pointless to use the $4? I had my legs and under arms waxed, I don't know that lady's name, but I wouldn't go there if I were you for that particular service. 1) She used the same stick to dip back into the wax pot. Ew! I went with my cousin who got a Brazilian, I really hope she was practicing better hygiene with her. 2) She did not completely wax away my underarm hair. When I asked her about it, she said that it just happens, I've had them waxed before at another establishment, they were silky smooth. 3) My leg hair has been growing in the wrong way since she's waxed it (attached picture), and again, I've been waxed before and this has not happened. I'm not even sure how to fix it at this point. Overall, unclean and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else for waxing. read more

I had my eyelash extensions done here a little over a month ago and had a horrible experience. The eyelashes used feel like plastic and are very shiny. When applied there was wayyyyyyy to much glue. The technician finished one eye and told me to wait for it to dry before she started the other. I've had my lashes done plenty of times before and I've never waited for one side to dry-it makes XERO sense. I know she just went to do eyebrows in between my appointment. I was really disappointed in the overall experience. I was then offered the follow-up fill for free, which I figured would be a great opportunity to have them fixed by someone else. Well, that someone else was the sister of the first person who did my lashes. I really don't think either sisters are skilled eyelash technicians. I would not recommend coming here for lashes. Came here for the first time. Jovan did my eyebrows, and oh my goodness I actually have eyebrows!!! Since Asian hair is very sparse and fine it's hard to get those amazing thick lushes; however, he worked his magic and did what I personally thought would never happen and if it did it would look terrible. But instead he was able to keep to my natural shape and just refine it a little bit so it looks amazing! No need to look anymore further and the price is $9 so very affordable. And honesty Jovan deserves more than a $2 tip, seriously once you see the aftermath you'll know why. Look at my before and after and you'll see the proof is in there. It's a good thing I fill my eyebrows in because they are painfully uneven. One eyebrow was threaded too much between my eyes and the other eyebrow has a large dip in the top from the tech going outside of my natural brow line. I know there a lot of good reviews so maybe she was having an off day but I will not be returning. My lip was also cut by the thread when she threaded. read more

I had wanted to try this place for a while because of all the good reviews. I was disappointed with my experience. First, their hygiene procedures are just not up to par. If Covid taught us one thing is that we can all stand to be a little more hygienic. When I came in, I waited for one of the ladies to finish her client. As soon as she was done, she called me up to her chair. She started doing my eyebrows and did not use hand sanitizer, nor did she wash her hands, so I was already a little disgusted. To top it off, she didn't have a mask on, so she was all up in my face with no mask, no shield, and so for that alone, I would not go back to this location. She did a good job threading and we were done in 10 minutes, but I felt rushed even though there was hardly anyone in the salon.
