I used to love this place. The quality of the food based on my most recent uber eats order shows it has gone down significantly. (I have ordered through uber eats from here many times and never had any issue). Today, I ordered the open face breakfast sandwich no arugula and a side of bacon. They forgot the prosciutto on the sandwich (a key ingredient) and it looks nothing like food from their restaurant. This is not the quality I have come to expect from Bellagreen. Chocolate on Sundays is a definite recommendation... this chocolate will be seen in the background of these amazing dishes we had at the restaurant ... So me and the afore mentioned chocolate wanted to find a healthy date night solution and it turned out to be just what the doctor ordered. Recently, I placed an order online at Bellagreen but was disappointed when I opened it after pickup. The vegetarian tacos didn't even have black beans in them. I mean black beans are $1 for a 16 oz can and it costs, literally, few cents to add a spoonful of beans in the tacos.  Attached is a picture of one of my tacos. We are happy to have found a new regular stop for us! Ok, I drive by this restaurant 3-4 times a week, and have never stopped. I thought the old restaurant, Ruggles, was just OK. Not a negative remark, but we just went elsewhere. Some weeks ago I tried Bellagreen's food when they were at All Saints Taste of the Heights Festival, and after enjoying it, made it a point to come back in to try it. WOW, I'm glad that I did! We dined here for breakfast, and it will become a regular of ours. In fact, I made it a point to thank the manager, Chris, for the delicious food, and he told me some things I wasn't aware of, such as they allow pets on the patio. We love to bring our dog when we eat outside elsewhere, and he pointed out that they have coolers outside...BIG PLUS. First, Katz coffee is served, which I like. Food-Wise: I had the crab and avocado omelet...very-very good, with lots of fillings and flavor. It came with potatoes, grits, or fruit, plus organic sprouted wheat toast. I got the grits, and they weren't the packaged kind, they tasted like they were stone ground. My spouse had the Huevos Rancheros. It has two tostadas with beans, eggs, and quest Fresca, and ranchero sauce. The eggs are cooked your way. We can't wait to return here! read more

I had not been to this location before and honestly forgotten about Bellagreen, but my husband and I were in a pinch and couldn't decide what we wanted but settled on here for takeout. Outside of the parking situation, we were very pleased! My husband got the veggie pizza. Although he was surprised that is was spicy, he really enjoyed it. He had zero complaints! I got the B burger and it was great. Very tasty. My only issue was that the fries were a little saltier than I would have liked. Last but not least, I got the bread pudding! I love bread pudding and this was great! The only thing I would do is maybe add a fruit to it but it is not a biggie. This place will be added to our rotation for when we don't feel like cooking and need a quality meal. read more

I ordered delivery on a Sunday for brunch. I'm sure the food would've been even better fresh but it was still pretty good. A decent portion and flavorful. My bf liked his breakfast tacos. The potatoes that come as side were pretty crispy and had some veggies mixed in. The GF lemon poppy seed pancakes were indeed lemony. The shrimp avocado omelette could've been better- I would've liked more filling and the texture of the egg was flat and overcooked at the edges. I didn't want to believe the reviews of the quality going down but I have to agree. I ordered from their website and got fig and pig pizza, hummus and the seasonal salmon paleo tacos. I'm certain there was no mozzarella on my pizza just fig, goat cheese and prosciutto. On top of that disappointment the crust was so hard and rubbery my jaws actually got tired of chewing. Very much like toast with jam on it. My greedy son didn't even eat it- garbage bound. My hummus while the flavor was good/same if was refrigerator cold and the bread was so hard it crumbled. I used to get waned soft bread and did at city center not too long ago. Lastly the salmon tacos. Not bad...that's the whole review. I'm giving 3 stars based on what it was before. came to bellagreen at 2pm today looking forward to enjoying their normally delicious pizza. After ordering and waiting for more than twenty minutes and no food I went to the counter to see what was up. at that point I was advised that the pizza oven was not heating correctly and the food was taking longer to cook. after another five minutes my partners pizza came out under cooked and nearly raw. my pizza after thirty minutes had not come out. my partner sent his back to the kitchen in the hopes it could be baked more. if you know that the pizza oven is not right you should be letting your patrons know up front so we could have made another selection. we barely received an apology. we will never come back to this location. Today should have been a day that pizzas were not offered. Under cooked food is a good handling violation and puts your customers at risk. Shame on you. read more

As someone with dietary restrictions, bellagreen offers so many options for vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc. Overall healthy options. They are also very accomodating with your needs! There are two parking areas that can get full quickly during peak times. This is an order at the counter type of place. Simple yet cozy. I went during off peak times and the food comes out rather quickly. In general, I love their menu and the service I get when I visit there. Recently I purchased about $70.00 worth of food at the Bella Green location on Louetta near Vintage Sunday after church. I purchase two omelets with sides, two turkey lettuce wrap orders and two slices of avocado lime pie. when I got home i discovered that the plastic container that has the meat mixture for the turkey lettuce wraps were only 3/4 full. They topped both containers off with shredded carrots which is normally kept on the side with the lettuce. This irritated me because as a frequent customer who has purchased the turkey lettuce wraps from the other Bella Green locations here in Houston, I can tell you that it is not a normal practice for them to purposely short you on the ingredients. Ill order the same thing again the Sunday to see if that is a consistent practice at that location. read more

We came during a weekday dinner, and service was good, the food came out in a reasonable time and the food itself was good. I ordered the spicy southwest chicken pasta, and my husband ordered the spaghetti and turkey meatballs. He also had the tomato basil soup on the side. My pasta was fair tasting, his spaghetti as tasty and the soup was my favorite part of the meal! Definitely well prepared and a delicious crust on top. Always a treat to be in the area and get to eat here. A very healthy menu with so many good choices. This time I chose a mixed greens salad with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and a delicious vinaigrette. I added a very generous piece of grilled salmon on top. Big enough to share! But didn't have to since it was just me! The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is the service. it's self serve. I don't like having to get up and keep refilling my drink. They don't even check on you once after you get your food. It would be nice if they checked on you periodically. I tipped 20% but wouldn't again. It's more of a 10% tip kind of service. read more

This is a great place if you're looking for something relatively fast and convenient , but also healthy. It's similar to local foods or dish society in the sense that you order and pay for your food, and then they bring it out to you. This set up is nice because you get a sit down meal but the food comes out quick and you don't have to wait for the check. They have a great diverse menu. Lots of delicious looking options, and almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free which I loved! I had a burger and sweet potato fries. The fries were awesome, perfectly crispy and good flavor. The burger was good, but nothing special. I asked for mine medium and it was cooked well done, which isn't bad but i prefer pink because I think it makes burgers juicier. I highly recommend this place! It will be my new go-to. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning as well...not fun! If anything, please toast the hamburger buns & really cook the fries. One thing I like about franchised stores is that the quality is relatively consistent between locations. That being said, this location is dressed up a little more and would be great for a quick but nice meal. We had the buffalo burger with fries and the spicy southwest chicken pasta. The bun to everything else ratio was a little high but the meat was flavorful and moist. A little chewy but bison is not a common meat so they did well. The fries had a great crunch factor and didn't taste too oily. The pasta was filling but I hated how they cut up my noodles into little chunks- I like to spin the strands around my fork haha. From my experience their pastas have not been their strongest suits. Go with the burger or with their tacos- much more worth your money. read more

Service was friendly and the dining area was clean and welcoming. The bread was perfectly toasted with the perfect sauce & just the right amount of sweet tones. Bellagreen has vegan , gluten free all those type of options for anybody & the food is relatively inexpensive! The portions are great regardless. Food is decent. Ambiance is about what you would expect. They don't take cash which really kinda sucks.

My pregnant wife wanted a salad so we tried to order online for delivery, everytime we entered the order there was a problem with the card. We tried another card and still same problem. So I decided to call and they could not help, eventually they gave me to the manager, normally they do not place delivery orders on the phone. I told the manager the web site did not work, he said he would place a delivery order over the phone but he'd charge me an additional $10 to do so. He also said to use their app which should help. So I downloaded the app and it still did not work with multiple cards. So I called a different restaurant and got something else. They did not seem to want my business and did not do anything to help resolve a problem I was having. They seem to solely rely on technology that doesn't work. If the site or the app doesn't work they don't seem to want to help you themselves. read more
