Our grub hub delivery had 3 issues, the salad was missing, the gluten free pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni, and we ordered gluten free and regular cheesy bread, they weren't labeled which was which and looked alike, I wasn't about to guess which was which. The good thing is they gave me a credit to get the correct items tomorrow. I opened a grub hub acct because door dash didn't give the option of gf crust on the build your own. Bellagios is near where I work so I stop in often. They have lunch special for 9.99 that includes 2 slices of pizza and a drink or a slice and a salad, this runs from 12-2pm and it fills you up. The staff is always friendly, they have a tv that is always on and keeps me entertained while I eat. I meandered in mid-afternoon on a rainy weekday. So it was understandably quiet inside. I ordered the slice of the day which was fired and brought to my table within a couple minutes. Despite living in the Pacific Northwest for many years now, I had never actually gone into one of these restaurants. I knew they were a local Pacific Northwest chain, but it had just never really come up. We opted to stop in because we didn't want the same thing that we normally do when we're feeling Pizza, and I'm very happy that we did. The interior left a little bit to be desired. Half of the tables looked like they hadn't been allowed for use since pre-pandemic times, but there were tables available to sit in. I was kind of surprised they didn't sell beer because most Pacific Northwest places that do pizza also sell beer, but that's okay. I ordered the cheese bread and a large "Jalalujah" pizza, and my partner ordered the margherita pizza. We dined in. The pizzas came to our table pretty fast actually and were very fresh. The Jalalujah was very well executed with crispy bacon, flavorful pepperoni, lots of cheese, and mildly spicy jalapenos. The cheese bread was very good but I'm afraid I didn't get a picture of it before we dug in. My only critique would be their margherita. It was good, don't get me wrong. But calling it a margherita would be... generous. My partner really loves margherita pizzas, and this wasn't really that. This was more of a cheese pizza with some limited tomato slices on top and some basil under the large amount of regular pizza cheese. It tasted good, but margherita pies generally add the basil after so it doesn't burn/crisp, and generally are not very cheesy at all (usually a very light pie, which this wasn't). The reason I gave the restaurant five stars is that even though that pie wasn't what I expected, it was really good. And people are allowed to put their own spin on things. I will definitely be back. Sadly, we just had an awful experience that will make it very, very difficult to eat here again. To start things off, the business won't accept special instructions/requests when you order using DoorDash. I find this inconvenient and irritating. Tonight we ordered a create your own Grinder, a large create your own with pepperoni and Canadian bacon and a small build your own with basil, mushroom and tomato. The Grinder was missing, so my father-in-law had no dinner. The ingredients he special ordered for his Grinder were delivered on a small pizza, which he found unacceptable. As usual, my hubby thought his pepperoni and bacon was great. My small build your own lacked the tomato and had 3 or 4 tiny pieces of basil. It wasn't even luke-warm. This was a very disappointing experience and as I've already said, they've lost me as a customer. DoorDash did refund us the full price of the Grinder and a few $$ for my missing tomato. read more

The pizza was different: actually the best I've had in this region ! It didn't just taste like dough and tomato sauce ! I was mad when I got full because I wanted to eat more. I absolutely loved the cheesy bread !! The service was good and staff was down to earth. It seemed to give off a great work environment where there's great team morale. We tried this place for the first time a few nights ago; we are fans! We each built our own pizza and we got the jalapeño cheese breadsticks. I really appreciated that they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned. Order was correct and the only thing we'd change is the jalapeño bread would be be better if they used fresh jalapeños instead of pickled but it's no big deal; we'll order from here again for sure! read more

On 1/7/22 around 5pm I went to pick up my order from Bellagio's pizza on 192nd. Nearly every staff handling food prep had a mask on that was pulled down below their nose and mouth. I counted no fewer than ten staff at any given time that were not following masking protocols while handling my food. It was so egregious that I spoke to someone there about it. She told me, "Well, it's pretty hot back there right now." I have never made a formal complaint about masking, but again because this is a food establishment and because it was so egregious I felt compelled to inform a manager of this. I called the store after I left and asked to speak with a manager. The manager stated, "I'm looking around and everyone is wearing a mask." When I asked if they had them above their noses and mouths, he stated, "That I can't say because I myself don't even have mine pulled up." He cited heat as his justifiable reason for not maintaining compliance with a legal mandate, and was clear he did not intend to enforce this with his staff. He also stated the owner of the store was supportive of non-masking. This manager offered me no assistance and was clear my concern would not have an impact on their practices. He told me my complaint was centered around my own views and politics; I assured him he has no idea what my views are, and that he is failing to meet a legal mandate in an establishment that serves food to our community. Throughout the pandemic I have done all I can to support small, local business. I cannot return to this establishment and I urge those who are immunocompromised or otherwise concerned about this variant to stay away from this business. read more

I am very disappointed in the service. The delivery service and ordering used to be great. This is no longer the case. The first problem I had several months back was when ordering for delivery. The person on the phone told me an estimated delivery time of 45 minutes to an hour as they were busy. No problem. I call after an hour to be told my pizza has been sitting waiting for me to pick up. When I explained this was a delivery order, the person on the phone said no, it was marked as a pick up. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told it just a high school kid taking orders. ?? Regardless, you are a business. I asked for a refund and cancelled my order. Everyone makes mistakes, so I thought I would try again. Last night I called and asked for a delivery. I ordered a pizza and the person answering the phone stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. I said, this a delivery, not a pick up. You want a delivery? Yes I answered. They gave me the cost, I said okay and paid over the phone by cc. This was just before 8pm. They close at 9. They said it would be delivered in about an hour. 9:00, still no pizza. I called back, no answer. My card was charged and the pizza was never delivered. I'll be calling today to get my card refunded and I will no longer recommend Belagios nor continue as a customer. read more

I've been meaning to check this place out for awhile. A medium sized Portland based chain restaurant established in 1996. Unfortunately their mission and slogan "The Very Best" falls far short. I had the Basil Chicken large pizza for around $18 before taxes. It was very bland with not much chicken which was not evenly distributed. The bottom of the crust was undercooked and kind of mushy. It wasn't very hot in temperature, the green peppers, onions and mushrooms were raw, it barely had much sauce in it and I had ordered extra sauce, and the pizza dough was only half-cooked. Do not I repeat do not order by phone. The person answering will take your card number and security code. These are teenagers or other employees that can write your information down and tip you off. ID theft. There are other pizza places that send the delivery driver out with the square so you have to sign for the purchase. Signatures are harder to steal. Order somewhere else until these guys come up with a way to protect customers information. Corporate probably feels they are safe until they are not. Just spent $60 on two XL butcher block pizzas. Went to put a slice on a plate and the crust is soaking wet in grease. To the point where the crust is soggy and disintegrating. I immediately called and was told by Bellagios Camas that this is normal and they can only give me a $5 credit. $60 worth of pizza that you can't pick up and eat is normal???? We wanted pizza, we were in the neighborhood. The store was run by a bunch of teenagers and the homeboy who took our order was on his cell phone texting the whole time. The fountain soda machine sounded like an old air conditioner screeching and the place was empty other than my party. We ordered the jalapeño cheese sticks and the basil chicken pizza and waited what felt like forever without any contact from the staff before we were brought our food and then plates as an after thought. The pizza was great, the cheese sticks even better an their idea of molten, oven browned cheese was heavenly.
